TLDR: Decent quality material and construction. Mouth piece a little bit thin. Bi-directional resistance dial for customizable resistance both ways. No physical instructions.
The mouth piece is a little thin but overall construction is decent with a resistance dial on the end.
There is a card with a qr code for instructions but no instructions in the box.
It should be washed before and after each use.
Nice storage case. No information on durability yet.

It seems to work
I've only used it for a day. The air flow does get restricted and you can adjust it. I thought the QR code was maybe going to give a tutorial on breathing exercises or something. Nope it just brought me here to make a review. But it seems to be pretty ok. Time will tell.

Nothing
This is all you get. When you scan the QR code, this page to rate the product comes up, not any instructions on how to use it. WTH? How can you evaluate something you don’t know how to use? Backwards is what I call it. That’s why I rated it at “1”.

Look a lil shaky like used
I'm not a big fan of it coming in an unsealed box especially when seeing picture of it in a different container or wrapping as for whether or not it works, I have not yet tried three stars only cause of how it looks

Compact form. Nice design and construction. Effective.
Don't be fooled by the small size of this product. It's a very credible inhalation exercise device. I used to swim alot, and was proud of my breathing mechanics. However, sadly it's been a long time since I've seriously trained. However, I am an avid bicyclist and meditate. Now, those might seems like unrelated disciplines, but breathing plays an integral role for both. So, I thought I'd return to some breathing exercises from my swimming days.
Back then, I used an inhalation device, but it was somewhat more bulky than this. I appreciate the smaller size and efficient design. More importantly, it allows user selection of 'resistance' to build up respiratory prowess. I just started using this product, and can already see how it will improve breathing capacity and mechanics.
Attached are photos to show real world images of the inhalation respiration training/exercise product. It mirrors the pictures in the product details. I find it to be a quality device with excellent design and construction. It garners a 4.5 - 4.75 star rating, with a high level recommendation.

Lack of direction
So the photo, that is what you get for directions.
I have not used a respiratory trainer before. The mouth piece fits into your mouth, and make sure your lips are closed over the mouthpiece. The end rotates and changes the amount of work you have to do to get air in.
I think i would have appreciated al title more information on how can you tell if you are making progress, what is the goal. I don’t know, something.
I ended up looking up any questions I had about respiratory trainers before I started.
The mouthpiece fit fine. It was a little big for me, but I managed. I started on the fully open valve. I don’t have any other problems. I was not sure about cleaning, because, well, you said the instructions. I decided to use a baby soap and water and let it air dry.
