I bought this for my daughter in 2022. She loved it and it worked beautifully. However, she took it out of her nightstand to use and the battery had expanded so large the cover came off. Please be careful. The room was not hot nor was it cold. This is scary so be careful.

DO NOT PURCHASE ASURION PROTECTION PLAN! The screen cracked on the MP3 Player. ASURION denied claim even though I provided all documentation. Once w claim has been filed and denied then you can’t refile on that product. Called their “customer service” and kept getting hung up on or transferred to departments where the automated system goes silent. Not worth your money!

Only 4 stars because I do wish the battery life was better, however everything else is perfect. Also don’t delete chrome, as you will need it to sign into apps. I made that mistake but you can fix this by doing a quick factory reset! Kiddo loves it. So does woody apparently 🤭

Garbage! No app store. You can't download any apps, only delete them. Now I can't get it to connect to the WiFi that it was already connected to. I have reset the WiFi and Bluetooth, nothing. I just factory reset it and it still won't sign back into my WiFi, just keeps searching. I added an SD card with loaded songs on it and it makes me format the card every time I put it back in

The device may brick itself into a factory data reset loop. It is essentially e-waste now. Can't be flashed, can't reset itself, it's dead. (See example)
The OS is immutable (no app installation, etc. so updates would require firmware flashing).
The device would sometimes lose track of the indexed music requiring a complete reupload.
When it worked it was a decent little MP3 player. Buyer beware. YMMV

I have a family member stuck in the hospital for a while and wanted to give him something he could listen to music on without having to worry too much if it got lost or stolen. This Innioasis MP3 Player with Bluetooth and WiFi looked like it would do the trick, especially since it includes the TIDAL streaming app.
I had high hopes upon opening the box. The hardware looks nice and the interface is simple to navigate. Unfortunately, this thing is locked down by the manufacturer.
The device got on my WiFi network easily and I immediately checked for system updates. It said it was up-to-date so I assumed I'd be good to go with working apps. Then I tried launching the pre-installed TIDAL app. I immediately got a message stating I had an old version of the app. Okay, so I click the little Update Now button. Spinning wheel and nothing else. It's been spinning for over thirty minutes now with no change. Going to the TIDAL support site in Chrome pushes you to a Play Store link to download the latest Android version of their app. Unfortunately, the Innioasis doesn't include a Play Store app and you can't install it either. The instructions include a somewhat convoluted way to update apps by downloading them to another device, then copying them over the the Innioasis, then using the file manager to find the app, and finally trying to install the app update that way. NO THANKS.
So, as far as running TIDAL on this thing, it's a no go. will eventually stop working when those services start requiring app updates and you'll be required to try and figure out the whole update process - if it works.
So for me, the Innioasis MP3 Player with Bluetooth and WiFi is pretty useless so I'll be returning it and going with something that includes access to the Play Store so I can keep the apps updated and usable without having to jump through any hoops.

Bought this because my job does not permit phones to be in our work room to listen to music due to phones being able to take photos. Luckily this is perfect for it does not have a camera. I seen that in the photos advertising this product had Apple Music as an option and that is the App I use on my IPhone for music. I took the chance and bought it and it works great. Also I have a good 300 some songs downloaded on my Apple Music and I was able to download them on this device to just in case the WiFi does not reach my desk at work, and that is without an external memory card. This product is so far amazing and I am glad I spent the money on it. I was shocked on how great the headphones were that came with them, definitely not top top notch but way way better than a cheap set at a dollar store “almost like a set of Skull Candy headphones from 2010 quality”. Also my Bluetooth earbuds connect well to it as well with no problem.

Right out of the box things seemed off. FAIL. Can’t stream or play songs for more than 30 seconds before it starts buffering and the blue wheel spins and spins. It never starts playing. Tech support told me to do a factory reset which did nothing. I messaged again to try another step. Of this doesn’t work it’s going back. 12 YO Daughter was let down with her 1st MP3 player.

This is actually a really decent little mp3 player. I wasn’t really sure what I was buying because the seller is really bad at advertising their product, so I had to order it to test it.
It has a USB-C port, physical volume buttons and a sleep button. It’s basically an android phone without the phone & camera functions.
Music management is really easy. Just dump all your MP3 folders onto an SD card and then just pop it in. The default mp3 player app has all the basic functions you need. It has a file browser and basic playback controls, like scrubbing and “fast” forwarding. The control layout is really good and feels like the iPod classic, with the scroll wheel that can be used as a scrubber. This is better than what I was expecting. I thought I was going to have to hunt down a functional music player app, but it’s included with this device. Everything works perfect out of the box. Connects to my Powerbeats pro headphones no problem. Sound quality is good. No connection issues like some other cheap players on the market. Would recommend this device.

not sure who to blame. NO ONE has wrote a review based on what the capacity is of this mp3 player they received, so I'm somewhat bothered that the true capacity of the advertised product is NOT 80GB, but 16GB! I bought one and immediately checked on the device itself that it was 16GB in the settings when I ordered the 80GB player. Well, I realized after that call that the packaging INDEED has 16GB capacity printed on the back of the box, BUT there was a sticker SKU of 80GB for BOTH packages I received!
I kept one to try out because I've been trying out various mp3 players for on-the-go commuter travel.

I've only had this for about less than a week. It's a pretty good mp3 player for 16GB and adding a 1TB micro SD card. Increasing the capacity is certainly a feature that helps with the amount of music I have in my collection.
NOTE:
1. It's an Android operating system and does take about a little less than a minute to boot up probably because of the 1TB micro SD card.
2. Since I'm on the go, I do not use the Wi-Fi services on this mp3 player thus I do not use Spotify. This is strictly for listening while on the bus etc.
3. The battery is sufficient for now, but could be improved upon in other iterations hopefully.
4. The user interface (UI) for the app that plays mp3s could also use some improvements.
5. The screen/video for the device is pretty good which helps for the UI. Waking up while it's playing music still is just a swipe away from left to right which is cool.
6. So far I've only added over 50GB of mp3s and the shuffle feature is magnificent on this device, it will shuffle the collection 1 at a time of course. This feature is important for me because that's how I roll.
ADDITIONALLY: I almost forgot, this already came with a screen protector installed on the mp3 player, so no need to buy another for this...

So I bought one of these and had to replace it withing a few weeks because the max capacity of the battery lowered every day. I got the second one and have been using it for a few months and it works well sometimes but is very laggy and choppy if I use it for more than an hour at a time. The screen also gets scratched very easily and is laggy when I touch it which makes finding a specific song a pain when I need to scroll through a long list of songs. I knew going in it was a cheap device but it's not really worth it. I might just get a better phone instead.

This is by far the best mp3 player over had. Its durable, has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so it’s great for downloading and sharing files. The storage is alright but to me it doesn’t matter because I use a 500gb memory card which I just transfer all of my stuff there.I work in construction and I’ve dropped this product multiple times without having any problems with the screen breaking. So honestly you’d get your moneys worth with how durable this product is. I’d buy this mp3 player again if it were to break on me. 5 out of 5 stars for me!!!

I bought this for spotify. Only device that wasn't a phone or needed music conversion tools. I am very happy with this. I'll repost if it dies soon. I didn't like that Facebook was on it but it uninstalled easy enough. If you just want an Ipod like experience for mp3 and streaming music, this is definitely recommended.

I LOVE this MP3 player OMG!!! This is just what I needed for my huge music collection! For so many years, I've been looking for a music player that could hold more than 500GB worth of music but I could never get an official one out there. I even tried the iPod Classic 7th Gen 1TB players from eBay (which costs me almost a THOUSAND dollars) that obviously have been modded but those kept failing and crashing on me. After reading the features and reviews, I took my shot and bought it. And boy was I not disappointed. :)
I couldn't believe it when it came and I am still shocked at how cheap the price was!! I guess that's why we should never give up on our searches! It's just like an Android phone lol but smaller and has alot of capabilities. This MP3 player allows you to even add a microSD up to 1TB of storage!! Just what I needed! Music quality is very good, holds so much storage not just for music, but pdfs, other apps, can use Wi-Fi, etc. Definitely get one!!! I might even buy another one in the near future! Thank you so much!!

*NEW Update...sorry, I hope nobody puts me on some sort of 'you can't do reviews anymore' list due to my updates, but I feel like it's important to continually post and share information that can help others, even if happens in spurts, and more than a few times. Here is my new one...
They ask you to pick at least three bands; I chose several. I will say that they didn't offer that many truly underground bands, nor old school punk/metal stuff- but two cool bands they offered were The Pixies and Turnstile. And, well, I guess they based the AMAZING shuffling of songs that I heard, as a result! ! Mostly hardcore/Turnstile influenced stuff. And, the rest of them, which are probably also VERY fun and awesome!!!
Just be sure to charge this thing up because, as I stated earlier- it does have NOT good battery life :-(
*UPDATE- good golly, the length of time you can use it with one charge is terrible! It only lasts for several hours. I still love it, because it’s great in playing and shuffling through my vast music library (I still haven’t figured out how to just play an album in order, though). But damned if it doesn’t die out in a few wee hours of playing! I subtracted one star for this reason… /
I’ve only just started playing with this player, and have more to learn about it, but thus far- I’m really happy with it! My main reason for wanting it is so I can listen to my large digital library on my home stereo- and this actually has just the right hole to plug in (my stereo is old school, not blue tooth). I use the line 3 auxiliary input.
I transferred a portion of my mp3s onto it- I created a NEW folder because I wasn’t sure about the two that came with it, and it’s perfect, and plays beautifully! I should mention the first thing I did was try out the FM radio, which also works flawlessly; I was able to get a very clear signal from my local college station, and of course the bigger terrestrial stations also tune in perfectly.
I’be still got some more figuring out to do, but they did include an instruction booklet that is pretty good. Thumbs up on this- FINALLY I have an easy to use mp3 player with a good sized screen!!! I hope those older ones that have the thing you twirl to find your song with a teeny screen die a quick death and this is the next trend!!! :-)

Start off, set up the card for storage, so you can access the card from other sources.
That way you can plop it where ever you need to put music on it.
With a terabyte card, even a 512 card, you will probably never fill it.
Plays most videos.
Battery lasts a good while if you don't have the screen active.

I ordered this because my ancient SanDisk, which I love dearly, is on its way out and I need a replacement. This G1 comes with a charging cord (USB-A to USB-C), wired ear buds, and replacement ear pads. The player itself has a USB-C port, an aux port, a Micro SD card port, and a speaker/microphone.
I appreciate the aux port as my car is old and does not support bluetooth, but does have an aux port. I also appreciate that you can store your own music files on the player as 1) I work in a building that has little to no cell service and 2) my employer does not allow for streaming on the company wifi or on company devices. So it's offline listening for me! The Micro SD port is an added bonus so I can have a plethora of songs to fill my day.
The HiBy app for playing song files is decent. I've never used it before, but I could easily navigate it. Loading files onto the player was simple as well. The app did allude to creating an account either in the app tutorial or in the player instruction manual. I didn't have to do that to play my files, though. 🤷🏻♀️
The built-in speaker is decent. It's not going to win any awards or anything, but it gets the job done.
The bluetooth had good range and produces decent sound as well. I played with the EQ settings in the HiBy app to produce better sound quality.
The battery life is great! It even gives you an estimated lifetime in the Quick Settings menu. It took less than 2 hours to fully charge with 14% battery left.
Overall, I'm loving it! I haven't said my goodbyes to my SanDisk quite yet, but this will be ready and waiting when I'm ready... emotionally. 🤣

Specifically bought this with sd card so that I would be able to download a BUNCH of books at once. There is NO way to set the Audible downloads to go to SD card. Card and device now useless to me. Watched the video posted in questions and the settings it shows to adjust are not an option on my device. Waste of money.

I got this for my son a few days ago and he went to turn down the brightness and now it does this. I will be returning it and hope the seller sends a replacement.
Update: the seller did send me a brand new one plus an extra for the trouble.

Got this for my son after going through 2-3 different manufacturers and this one is the best and has held up great! I like it because it has Apple Music on it which he has his own account through our Apple family sharing.
The protective case is a must as it fully protects the player.
It’s Bluetooth enabled and he has wireless earbuds which make the sound even better.
My son and I highly recommend!!!

The 1st mp3 player I received would heat up to the point it burned my fingers. It would let me work on my music list while listening to my music, however, every 10-15 songs, Hiby would crash and close. I would reopen it and it would be okay for the next 10 or so songs before Hiby crashed again. They told me I had to return it for a full refund - I did and received my refund the next day. I reached out to the seller and they were MORE than happy to send me a replacement and wanted to know when I received it.
5 days later I got the replacement. While going through my music list AGAIN on Hiby, everything was going great for the first 25 minutes of making a new Playlist and then all of a sudden, the music stopped and the screen went blank. I figured it needed to be charged since I started using it straight out of the box. NOPE - it crashed and will NOT TURN ON. Still waiting to hear from the seller. I will DEFINITELY be returning this on ASAP.
I guess I will be taking my iPod Classic to a repair ship to fix the charging port and leave these mp3 players alone. Not happy at ALL!!!

I recently purchased an mp3 player and have been very impressed with its performance. The audio quality is excellent and the battery life lasts for several days of continuous use. The interface is easy to navigate and I appreciate the ability to store and organize my music in different playlists. Overall, I highly recommend this mp3 player for anyone in the market for a new one.

This MP3 device exceeded my expectations. It’s perfect for my son who is not yet old enough for a phone but loves to use it to listen to music. Was pleasantly surprised to see how advanced the device is, just like a smartphone without the cellular feature and even has normal apps such as Spotify, Facebook (which I deleted as this is for my younger son), etc.

worked great until it didn't, I was so upset when my little player stopped charging it was really good but now the only way to charge it is when it is shut down. but other than that i love it, its a great device to play music light browsing and watching videos I would recommend if you are prepared for a battery problem.
