The seller reached out to me and sent me the missing magnetic mount at no charge and I love it! Total game changer in using the Flow 2 Pro in how quick and easy it is to set it up!

This could have been a home run… but it missed the landing a bit.

1. Stabilization is solid – The gimbal itself works really well. Smooth footage, easy to handle, and definitely gives that professional feel for videos.

2. Nice bundle overall – Comes with a good variety of accessories, which makes it feel like a great value upfront.

3. User-friendly – Setup and controls are pretty straightforward, even if you’re not super techy.

BUT here’s the issue…

4. Missing magnetic attachment piece – The part needed to attach my iPhone magnetically wasn’t included. That’s a big deal for usability.

5. No seller support – I reached out and never got a response, which is frustrating when something arrives incomplete.

Final thoughts:

The product itself has a lot of potential and performs well when you can fully use it. But missing parts + no customer service knocks it down hard.

Maybe… but only if you’re willing to risk dealing with missing pieces or lack of support.
