The "0" Button is upside down

The "0" button is upside down... Help! Is there a way for me to fix this upsidedown button myself? Or do I need to return it for a replacement? Otherwise, it's a fun blast-from-the-past phone!

As the description states the phone has no display. So don’t expect caller information. But otherwise EXCELLENT VALUE and VERY ATTRACTIVE.

Simple to use for seniors.

The wrong color was sent. I ordered green and got blue. It works well for my 90 year old mother.

Yes I still have a landline

Easy to install and it fits in with decor. I still have a landline because it works when cell phones are knocked out of service ( learned during 9/11) and all junk calls are directed to it…none on my cell.

Not so great for hard of hearing!!

Bought this phone because it's for hard of hearing, well I have to say if I am not in view of phone I can ot hear it even with volume turned up all the way. It does have a red light so if I am looking in its direction I can see the light and hopefully answer before they hang up. It is lightweight and sleek, which I like and also has a light up eye dial which is great in the dark but soundbite doesn't do the job. I did connect to my Spectrum TV so if I'm watching TV the name who's calling and number comes up on my screen. And yes, I have turned up the volume on phone all the way!!!

This was just a conversation starter and something to hide the hideous phone jack. So it did it’s job!!

Phone Does Not Work--Pieces do not work together or separately

Phone and base each have a place for a phone cord but neither works when plugged into house phone jack--no dial tone. If the handset is connected to the base with the provided cord, there is no way to connect the set to a phone jack. A strange charger was included in box but doesn't connect to anything on the phone. Somebody put the package together with 3 pieces that do not work together or separately.

I like the design of the phone and am very unhappy that it does not work.

Trimline phone

I ordered this product for an older person. When I opened the box and inserted the telephone cords in the phone, I heard some broken parts moving around inside the phone unit. So I hooked the phone to my telephone jack and dial tone could be heard and then not heard. There was definitely something wrong. So I returned the phone for a full credit.

I love my phone.

My phone is mainly a conversation piece but it is connected to a land line and works beautifully. I have the ringer off but the phone light on the top on the receiver blinks when a call is coming in. I was looking for an original Southwestern Bell phone but this one even though it's much lighter than a regular phone works just fine.

I love the color of the phone! It is exactly the same beige/cream color shown on the picture. I expected the quality to be a little better but I simply use it as decoration so besides not expecting the phone to feel like a toy for a child, it works for me! You can either put it down on a side table or any piece of furniture or simply hang it on the wall. Although I personally like it, I wouldn’t purchase it if it was to be bought for actual phone use. It isn’t stable enough and simply would not work. [Photos attached].
