Great headset for work meetings

Adjustable headset that works as described. The sound quality is good, and the cord is a great length.

Product came damaged!!

Product came damaged, all scratched up and broken, it kind of looks like somebody stabbed it with something sharp because I don't understand how some of those scratches got even on it since it's a hard plastic and the scratches are deep....like HOW????

Great wired headset for calls and everyday use

I bought the Jabra Evolve 10 wired headset and it has worked great for me. The sound quality is clear, and the microphone does a good job picking up my voice during calls and meetings. It is simple to plug in and use, which I really appreciate.

The headset is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for longer work sessions without feeling annoying or heavy. I also like that it is wired because I do not have to worry about charging it or dealing with connection issues.

Overall, this is a great headset for work, online meetings, calls, and general computer use. It does exactly what I needed it to do, and I would definitely recommend it.

It’s amazing, the feeling while typing …

Buenos

Están cómodos, lo único es que el micrófono es bastante sensible y se escucha el sonido del aire ya sea de la respiración o de algún ventilador cercano

Headset review

It’s a very good headset but it doesn’t block out noise that much

But would still recommend

Good buy

I bought these because another brand stopped working. Very comfortable for long wear. Sound clarity good, easy to set up, just as described. USB compatible for laptops or PC.

I received this headsets on the july 22nd and is today Aug 10th (not even a month) and the mute button decided to go for vacation with no return. This thing isn’t working at all. It is the cheap version of Jabra, but cmon

Perfect for work from home/ office work

I am so inlove with my headset. It is so comfortable on my ear, it really helps with the noise canceling and it is light.

Soft foam cups, mute and volume controls, long USB cord.

I got these headphones for work meetings at home. I didn't have any problems getting them recognized and setup by my work laptop. No additional drivers or software were necessary. I like soft ear cup foam. I don't get tired of wearing this headset for the whole day. Overhead spring is quite strong, but again it's getting overly compensated by soft ear cups. The USB cord is quite long. Volume and mute control dongle is hardwired to the USB cord. When you press mute button during Zoom or Teams, the LED indicator near mute button changes color from green to red. Volume control is also supposed by both applications and OS.

A very light weight wired headset with good sound quality

This is a really impressive headset. It’s extremely light weight, which means the headband doesn’t have to squeeze your head tightly to keep it in place. The sound quality is everything you need for calls and video chat. No, it doesn’t make music sound as good as a $300 set of cans, but it’s ok for background noise.

The wire is long enough that you aren’t too restricted in movement. The mic pics up well, and does a decent job filtering out background noise. Being wired means you don’t have the weight of the battery, but it also means you don’t have any sort of Bluetooth latency. And I didn’t realize how bad my BT set was until I took a few calls with this wired set.

If you need a light and affordable headset for daily use making calls or video chats, I definitely recommend this one.

Crazy comfortable and works great

RECOMMENDATION:

Thumbs Up: Works great for Zoom and Teams calls

THE GOOD:

1. Jabra always makes good stuff and this is no different. The headphone pads are incredibly soft and comfortable to wear.

2. The headset is really lightweight so does not weigh on the top of your head.

3. The top headband is flat, which a great design as it reduces pressure on the top of your head. This always gives me headaches and these do not.

4. The boom rotates 180+ so you can choose to use it on the right or the left.

5. There is an in-line volume control for mute and volume up/down that has big buttons and works well.

6. The sound is great for Teams and Zoom calls – not sure about music as I do not use them that way.

7. The mic works well and does help to block out background noise.

8. Very affordable for what they provide.

THE BAD:

1. The headset uses a USB A plug, so if you only have a USB C you will need an adapter as the headset does not come with one.

Lightweight and clear sound

Cord is long enough to move around a deks, usb works for many office equipment. Easy to setup and install. No issues with static or hearing. Ear cushions are light and airy. Very light weight and doesnt bother my sensative ears when wearing. Sound quality is great and you can tell it has some noise cancelation bt not to where you cant hear your suroundings but enought o help you focus on your call. Easy to use and functional.

A little tight on my head. Sound quality was good. Headband is a little flat on top.

This headset is a little tight on my head. I wish they made the headband a little bigger. The sound quality is good and the microphone picks up speech well. The headband is a little flat across the top whereas most people's heads are round on top. The ear pieces don't breath so since it's a little hot in our office I do sweat a tiny bit onto the earpieces. Nevertheless, I am willing to deal with that in order to get the sound quality that this headset produces. I also like the controls on the cord that allows me to adjust the volume and mute the mic without having to go to the computer.

Great value for a simple to use Wired Headset

Getting a Jabra headset at this price point is a great deal. They are very lightweight, don't squeeze my head and are plug and play with Windows. The earpads are super soft and comfortable, to the point that I cannot imagine them lasting years but really only time will tell on that; but at this price point, that is OK. Audio seems fine to me, especially given the price point. Teams has built-in Noise Suppression and Voice Isolation into it so not as important for the hardware to do it. I did upload a video that I used the Snippet tool (it includes no noise cancellation features) to record my voice and it seems pretty accurate. I would recommend these to anyone who doesn't want to worry about keeping a wireless headset charged and has available USB-A ports (wish this was USB-C and included a USB-A adapter).

Plug and Play

I like how compact these Jabra Evolve 10 headphones are; they are very lightweight. The setup was plug-and-play via USB-A. I do think an included USB-C adapter would be a nice addition. I’m not using these headphones eight hours daily, in the office or working from home. My use case is that these are for traveling, commuting, offsite, and in my backpack as a backup pair of headphones. The sound quality was OK, I had no problems with the microphone, and I like that it swivels down into a speaking position; as far as noise canceling goes, I did not get any complaints over MS teams. I don’t like the on-ear fitting of the ear pads; the padding is comfortable, but too squishy for me, and they feel like they can slip off too easily. They work; Jabra has excellent support and a good web presence.

Great headset with a slightly annoying clicky microphone boom

Reasonably affordable entry-level stereo headset. Decent comfort provided by supple ear pads and audio quality is clear for all voice, whether listening in a meeting or talking. My only quip is that the clicking of the microphone boom does detract from the overall experience, and seems significantly more basic and cheap-feeling, and uncharacteristic of the Jabra headsets I have enjoyed owning. The audio quality produced by the Jabra Evolve 10 is significantly better than my much older (circa 2014) Jabra UC Voice 150 Duo, and does a better job isolating ambient noises, but the Evolve 10 also slightly heavier and I don't think the ear pads are as breathable and, despite being much softer, it is not quite as comfortable for all-day use... but the UC Voice is basically only good for being in meetings or on phone calls all day, not enjoying music or much else.

My main headset now is a wireless Jabra Evolve 65, which does most things excellent, but it is slightly heavy for all-day wear, so for over a year I was more likely to grab my older UC Voice headset on meeting days. All the Jabra devices I have used still work great despite hundreds of hours of use. I have several coworkers that swear by Shox for their headset, but I like noise isolation for meetings.

Great For Meetings

Parts of my review is based on what you get at a price point of $26.99 as of the date of this review. I did not expect a professional headset. This Jabra headset will do fine for a person who needs to occasionally attend a virtual online meeting.

**** SETUP ****

There is virtually no setup required. After connecting the USB cable Windows 11 Device Manager immediately recognized this headset (photo 3). No driver install is required. I connected to a Zoom test meeting, both the audio and microphone tested good (photo 4).

**** HARDWARE ****

The USB cable is about seven feet long. This will allow sufficient movement when connected to a stationary device such as a computer.

The inline control is located on the USB cable at about waist level allowing the user to see the buttons while the headset is in use. The mute, volume up and volume down buttons are relatively large (photos 6 and 7). In addition the volume up and volume down buttons have their own distinctive beep when pressed allowing the user know without looking at the inline control.

The headset is lightweight and comfortable. Although the earpiece is comfortable it is covered with very thin material (maybe vinyl?) that can tear easily if there is contact with a semi sharp object. For this reason I am dinging one star.

**** SOUND ***

Again, this Jabra headset is not a professional device. It is marketed for online meetings. Sound quality can be a subjective opinion. Here is mine. Dialog is very clear. I have no issues when listening to music. Of course the quality of sound starts with the quality of the source.
