The zipper hard shell protective case turned out to be a felt pouch that wouldn't protect anything. I’m very disappointed because I bought this to replace my old jabra that got crushed in my backpack specifically for that protective case. The felt pouch will do nothing to protect these headphones from being snapped again.

Great Headset for Work and Everyday Listening
As an online teacher, I’ve found the Jabra Evolve2 65 to be extremely useful and a great addition to my teaching setup. I spend a lot of time on video calls and virtual lessons, so having a headset that is comfortable, reliable, and provides clear audio is very important to me. The sound quality is excellent for both teaching and listening to music between classes, and the microphone does a great job making my voice sound clear and easy for students to understand. I also appreciate the noise isolation because it helps reduce distractions when I’m teaching and makes it easier to stay focused on my students. The headset is comfortable enough to wear during longer teaching sessions, and the memory foam cushions are soft without feeling overly tight. The wireless connection is another feature I really enjoy because I can move around without being tied to my computer. The battery life is also impressive, which is especially helpful when I have several classes throughout the day and don’t want to stop and recharge. I like that it works well with Microsoft Teams and that the included USB-A adapter makes connecting to my computer simple. Overall, these headphones have made my online teaching experience more convenient and enjoyable. They provide good sound, a clear microphone, comfortable fit, and dependable battery life. For anyone who works from home, teaches online, attends lots of virtual meetings, or simply wants a quality wireless headset for calls and music, I would definitely recommend the Jabra Evolve2 65.

very comfortable for all day wear
I was honestly very surprised by the quality of this headset. At first look and feel, the earmuffs are super comfortable, it feels like it's made of memory foam that is very soft to the touch. I really appreciate how the earmuffs have R and L so that you can easily know which way to put on the headsets after picking them up. The quality of the sound and are really great. I can hear clearly over the Bluetooth connection. The appearance of this headset is sleek and clean. I love that it's able to connect to my phone or my computer right away so seamlessly. It also is able to tell you the battery life right after it turns on.

As a Vine reviewer, I've used many wireless headsets over the years, and the Jabra Evolve2 65 has easily become one of the best I've tested for both work and personal use. After using it daily for Microsoft Teams meetings, conference calls, and music, I'm extremely impressed with its performance and comfort.
The first thing that stands out is the sound quality. Voices come through crystal clear during calls, and the noise-canceling microphone does an excellent job of reducing background distractions. Colleagues have commented that my voice sounds noticeably clearer compared to my previous headset.
Comfort is another major strength. The dual-ear design provides good isolation without feeling too tight, and the ear cushions remain comfortable even during long meetings. I've worn it for several hours at a time without experiencing discomfort or fatigue.
The Bluetooth connection has been stable and reliable, and the included USB-C adapter makes connecting to my laptop effortless. It integrates perfectly with Microsoft Teams, allowing me to join meetings and manage calls without any hassle.
Battery life has been fantastic. I can go multiple workdays between charges, and I never find myself worrying about the headset dying in the middle of an important meeting. The advertised long battery life is definitely not an exaggeration.
Music playback is also surprisingly good. While I primarily use it for work, it delivers rich audio for music, podcasts, and videos when I need a break between meetings.
Build quality feels premium throughout, from the sturdy frame to the well-designed controls. Everything about this headset feels like it's built for professional use and daily wear.
Overall, the Jabra Evolve2 65 delivers excellent call quality, outstanding comfort, reliable connectivity, and exceptional battery life. It's a fantastic investment for anyone working remotely, attending frequent Teams meetings, or looking for a high-quality wireless headset.

They were a bit smaller than I expected
I’ve been using this headset mainly for work calls and online meetings, and the call quality has been very good. Voices come through clearly, and the boom mic picks up my voice well without needing to sit right against my mouth. Pairing was simple, and the included USB-C adapter gives me a more reliable connection with my computer than regular Bluetooth alone. The headset it a bit smaller than I expected, however the ear cushions are soft, and the headset feels sturdy without being too heavy. It’s comfortable for normal meetings, although after wearing it continuously for a few hours, I do start noticing the pressure from the on-ear design. Music sounds clean and balanced, but I see this more as a work headset than something I’d buy strictly for music. Battery life has been excellent for my routine, and I can get through several workdays before thinking about charging it. I also like the carrying sleeve, though the USB-C adapter is very small and would be easy to misplace. This has been a dependable headset for calls and everyday work, with the long-session comfort being the main reason these are worth the value.

Nit their best headset
I am not paid to endorse it. This is my honest review of this product.
I have been using Jabra headsets for years. Im kind of collector (I have a thing for headsets :)).
This headset is lightweight, comfortable and has great battery life. It charges for a whole day on a 15 minute charge and this is true to life. The bluetooth connection is solid and goes to the end of the range.
The headset easily connects to Teams and your phone. If you have both connected at the same time, the headset will prioritize the Teams call. It will switch off your music and automatically route the call to the correct device—with Teams taking priority. This feature is consistent across all Jabra headsets I have.
The sound quality is good due to the larger speakers in the headset. The evolve 2 is the type of headset that sits on the ear. If you need complete noise cancellation, get the evolve 3s but a higher headset number ( 85’s— not 65’s).
The reason I gave these a 3 stars instead of a 5 stars (almost a 4) is because of the boom and the price. (Can’t tell you how many headsets I’ve wasted because of broken booms). This particular model has a boom.
The “Evolve” number is connected to the quality of the headset. But, the model number also matters. An Evolve 3 for a 75 is different than an Evolve 3 for an 85 model. The evolve2 75 has a headset without the mic boom for a lease expensive price.
This is an expensive headset at the moment $290). I am not sure why. Their better headsets are less expensive at the moment. I might pay $100 for this one but I am going to spend $290, I would upgrade to one of their nicer models like a 75 with no boom.
You do not need to use the bluetooth fob to connect your device.
Picture shoes an Evolve 2 65 versus an Evolve 3 85.

Excellent headset for calls and virtual meetings
I have used several products from this brand over the years and they have consistently been reliable. This headset is no exception. Setup was quick and straightforward, and I was connected and using it within minutes. The sound quality is excellent for both listening and speaking. I tested it during a virtual meeting and specifically asked the other participant about call quality. They said I sounded clear and natural on their end. One of my favorite features is the microphone boom. Being able to quickly mute and unmute a call by moving the mic is incredibly convenient and much easier than hunting for a button during a meeting. The headset is comfortable to wear, the battery life is impressive, and it performs exactly as I would expect from Jabra. Overall, this is a high-quality headset that works great for calls, virtual meetings, and everyday use.

Excellent battery life and comfort—great for travel and everyday use! 🎧✈️🔋
I've been very happy with this headset so far. I recently used it on a plane trip, and the passive noise cancellation worked surprisingly well. It did a great job reducing cabin noise, making it much easier to enjoy music and movies during the flight. The memory foam ear cushions are comfortable enough for extended wear, and I never felt the need to take them off.
The battery life is another standout feature. It lasts a very long time between charges, which is perfect for travel and busy workdays. Pairing with my iPhone was quick and effortless. The only minor drawback was that connecting it to my MacBook took a little more effort than expected, but once connected, it worked fine.
I haven't had the chance to use it for business meetings yet, so I can't comment on microphone quality. However, based on my experience with comfort, battery life, sound quality, and noise isolation, this has been an excellent headset and a great value overall.

Decent but Expensive, they are the Entry Level in the Evolve2 Line
Stars 3.7
Pros
• Good Microphone performance
• Clear sound
• Bluetooth multipoint (see cons)
• Excellent battery life
Cons
• Not that comfortable to wear and cumbersome
• Business use case only
• Lots of noise leak
• Ears can get sweaty on the earpads
• Mic boom can be fragile (need to be careful when using)
• Bluetooth can be wonky with connects, disconnects, and latency (delay)
Summary
These are hard to recommend at this price point, the Evolve2 65 are Jabra’s entry level model in this series. The issue is premium price and the compromises related to this headset (see cons). Does it work yes, but there are just too many other contenders in this price range that more feature rich and provide better all around performance.

• 8 hours of battery life on 15 minutes of charging

I couldn’t be more pleased with the product.
I admit that I’m a cheapskate. I buy $15 USB headphones, they break, I recycle them, then ‘rinse and repeat’. Without exception, they all had mediocre sound quality and aren’t the best fitting. Time to get rid of the USB cable, find something that has Bluetooth, better sound, and is comfortable to wear.
I spotted the Jabra Evolve2 65 and decided to give them a try. Boy, I’m glad I did. Comfort level is far better than what I’m use to, the audio bandwidth is clearly much wider, and the sound is rich. Add not having a USB cord on the desk is much appreciated.
Inside the Jabra box, the headphones are in a soft base. The dongle is stored in a small slot in the case. The inside flap of the packaging box illustrates the controls along with a simple explanation of how they work. Finally, simple instructions that weren’t printed on a small piece of paper using size 1 font (the warranty and Safety Info are printed on a separate piece of paper and the font is small).
Four buttons supply all the features you need and are easy to use. Some of the buttons are different sized, allowing you to determine the function by feel. Flipping up the microphone mutes the microphone, a clever feature. There’s also a “Do not disturb light” to let other know not to disturb you. I don’t need that since I work home, but that sure sounds like a handy feature. Apparently 8 devices can be paired with it, but I only tried two. Pairing is a breeze, no issues.
The comfort factor is spot on, very light weight. Measuring on my kitchen scale resulted in 0.395 lbs.
Since I’m going to be using these on my work computer for meetings, I won’t be using the dongle, it will be paired with the computer’s built-in Bluetooth. My employer limits what can be connected to the computer via USB for security reasons. I did try the dongle on my personal computer and it was recognized almost immediately. It did alter the sound quality, but I won’t be reviewing the dongle other than it was working. One nitpick is with the dongle. Very small and black. That will be easy to misplace. Why not make it a bright color to make it easy to spot on a desk, etc.?
As an RF engineer, I was curious about the Bluetooth range. I took my phone, fired up a podcast, placed the phone vertical on a back patio table, and headed out to the ‘back 40’ with the headphones on. One trek resulted in an amazing ~240 ft. before the signal broke up, a different path resulted in ~160’. Both very impressive numbers, probably far exceeding any claim. Granted, there’s so many variables that can affect the result and I consider these to be quite the exception, not the norm.
Just for the heck of it, since these were passive noise canceling, I’d figured I’d see how well they worked when I cranked up the garden tractor. I wasn’t expecting much, a garden tractor requires full ‘over the ear’ isolation, the Jabra’s are ‘one ear’. My suspicions were confirmed; they didn’t cut it (nor were they advertised as such). Just curious, that’s all in case anyone was wondering.
In closing, I couldn’t be more pleased with the product. Great sound, combined with comfort and well thought-out controls. A+ in my book.

Excellent portable business meeting headset. A must have for business travelers.
As a business traveler I am constantly needing to be in meetings. I have tried several options and all have their downside when traveling. I use a Jabra set at my desk at work so when the chance to have a portable set come up I jumped. These are the perfect for Team's meetings. The fit it great. The headband expands to support your head, and it padded for extra comfort. It has 2 ear cups, so the sound (specifically voices) is clear and easy to understand even in a busy airport. While I didn't notice noise cancellation they covered well so most outside noise was toned out. The quality like all Jabra items is excellent. They are very portable and charge from a standard phone charger or your computer. They come with a nice cloth bag making them easy to toss in a bag. I highly recommend these for any business person needing a good meeting headset. And excellent value for the money.

When Quality Sound Matters
These were given as a gift to a music and sound design professional, and they’ve been very well received. While they are not intended to replace studio reference headphones for critical recording or mastering work, they excel at what they’re designed for: crisp playback, excellent voice clarity, and comfortable all-day use for virtual meetings and everyday listening.
The audio quality is clean and detailed, especially for speech and general music playback, and the passive noise cancellation helps reduce distractions without feeling overly aggressive. The microphone performance also stands out, making calls and remote meetings sound clear and professional. Highly recommend.
Comfort was another big positive. The memory foam ear cushions and lightweight design make them easy to wear for long sessions without fatigue, and the battery life is more than enough for full workdays.
For a music professional who spends a lot of time in meetings, editing, reviewing audio, or simply listening throughout the day, these make a thoughtful and very practical gift.

Comfortable wireless headphones with everyday convenience
These Bluetooth wireless headphones seem like a solid option for anyone looking for an easy, cord-free listening experience for music, calls, work, or travel. I like that headphones in this category usually offer the kind of convenience that makes daily use much simpler—quick pairing, wireless freedom, and a more comfortable experience without dealing with tangled cords. They also tend to be great for commuting, working from home, workouts, or just casual listening around the house. Overall, they seem like a practical choice for anyone who wants dependable wireless audio and everyday versatility.
Pros:
• Bluetooth connectivity makes listening more convenient and cord-free
• Great for music, calls, videos, and everyday use
• Comfortable design for extended listening sessions
• Portable and easy to use at home, work, or while traveling
• Usually quick to pair with phones, tablets, and other devices
Cons:
• Battery life means they need regular charging
• Sound quality can vary depending on the Bluetooth connection and source device
• May not isolate noise as well as premium over-ear models
• Wireless performance can occasionally be affected by interference or distance
• Fit and comfort may vary depending on head shape or ear preference

Terrible microphone!
I have had this headset for 5 months and have taken good care of it. I work from home with two toddlers. This headset was recommended because of the mic noise cancellation, where clients cannot hear background noise. Well, that was a bust. I have to keep the volume low for that, and even then, they still slip through. More over, even if I turn the microphone volume up, client's complain of my voice going in and out. Coworkers and managers and even friends (I also game with friends) have been complaining of this. It's not worth the money, at all. I'll try the POLY headset instead, maybe it will be worth the money.
Included a picture of the headset for views, to raise awareness.

Worth the Investment
Bought this for everyday, everything kinda use. Perfect for work, talking on the phone, video conferencing apps etc.
Charging speed is super fast, Volume Control is easy both on the earphone itself (with up down button and pause/track button) or on your laptop or phone volume control. Clarity is as clear as internet or phone data can provide, Durability is great, Microphone Functionality is great and people can hear clearly. Wifi range within home/office depends on your wifi signal and strength. In icy case I would say a good 25-30 ft distance without obstruction. I go cook in the kitchen while my phone may be in the living room. Highly recommend.

In a year and a half teh right ear stop working. No guarantee
I only use the headset to work from home, and the right ear suddenly stopped working and I hear noises in the middle of my calls, which makes me have to restart them.
Also the synthetic are faking off.
It is really expensive for the support that I received. Not worth it.

great headset
I've been using the headset every day for the last 2.5 weeks. I have a jabra evolve wired headset which I loved, and this wireless headset (which is more expensive) is a significant improvement! I was so surprised that the sound is so rich and clear when I first use it. If compare to my jabra wired headset, with evolve 2, I don't need to increase the volume by much to hear the other party clearly. I was also able to hear myself loud and clear which is important for me. If you need to mute the microphone, you can choose between hitting the mute button or simply adjust the mic up. I've only needed to charge the battery once a week so far for about an average of 32 hours usage per week.
Everytime you turn the headset on, there will be a voice that annouce if battery is high, medium or low. I downloaded the software on my macbook and it shows the battery percentage when you are connected. You can also adjust certain settings using the app on the computer.
Cons:
- when you mute/unmute yourself, there is a voice that announce "muted" or "unmuted", which is quite annoying for me, especially when the other party is talking while I mute/unmute myself. The volume of the mute/unmute announcement is pretty loud too which could distract you from listening. Hence I only now mute/unmute myself when there is a pause. and I don't think you could change that setting to a tone from the jabra app either, which is a bummer
- there is no mute light, which I personally prefer to have it as a reminder. especially when I forgot to mute muyself at times and have the headset down on the table while I was doing somethign else.
- I do get some ache/pain after wearing it nonstop for 2-3 hours, although the ear cusions and headband cushions are super soft.
Other than the cons, I do like this headset overall.

Jabra's E65 vs E2 65
Pros: Longer Battery, software available for better control and tuning to your needs and preferences, sturdier, bigger/confier earpads. Automatic mute when mic arm is raised, automatic pause when it senses you've taken them off your head. Automatic switching between active devices. Busy light indicator (can be turned on/off)
Cons: mic arm can only be used on the right side, not reversible. also mic arm magnetic latch was taken out.

A year later, some issues but still happy with them.
The sound quality is incredibly good. And the battery is just the best I've tested. I only charge once a week, and I use the headphone a lot during the business days of the week.
A year later and it works great.
I removed 1 star from my review because the microphone seems to have a robotic sound while in a group Teams meeting (regular teams phone call, webex, zoom, or GoToMeeting no issues), also I need replacement cushions, but nowhere to be found. And finally, if you are listening to music, and you lean back a little bit, the music stops. That is a battery saver feature that cannot be disabled.

Beautiful companion for office meetings.
I bought it last year June. Every penny was worth it. As a technical lead in my software firm, I have 1-3 hours of meeting daily. The battery easily lasts me a week in my scenario. I use it for every purpose I have for the headset in front of my pc.
Pros:
1. The quality of the mic and headphone speaker is excellent.
2. Jabra direct desktop version is good enough but could be much better.
3. The performance of the device is so far flawless.
4. not a fingerprint magnet.
5. hardware controls such as mute, volume up/down, voice command(with my phone) works fine.
Cons:
1. While talking(in-call) in a device(laptop/smartphone), it can't pair to another for later usage scenarios. It can do it when the call is finished. So let it pair to devices before you are planning to switch between.
2. battery indicator in Jabra direct software doesn't sometimes work if it is in charging mode.

Very impressed!
I bought these USED LIKE NEW and I could not be happier with them!
The sound is awesome!
It fits my head and ears very comfortably.
MUTE was a very important feature for me. You can use mic ( up is mute, down is unmuted) and it will tell you so. BUT the bonus is, there is also a button that mutes it!!! I use both from time to time. (see pic 3. that's the mute button)
Also has lights to let other house guests know you are on a call.
Excellent battery! I can talk on it for over 3 8 hour days before it says battery is at medium.
The most amazing part of this is I have a two story house(1700 sq ft) and I can go all the way to the basement, from my upstairs bedroom where it is connected, and I can STILL hear the conversation on the phone! yes, it's a bit choppy and sometimes it will disconnect. But the minute it's back in better range, connects right back to the conversation. Most of the headsets I researched (and it was a LOT) only reach about 33ft) So I am IMPRESSED!!!
I can honestly say, if you get one of these, you will not be disappointed. And if you are, if
something is not right, reach out to the seller. Let them know before leaving negative reviews. More likely than not, it's a flaw in that specific headset. So give them the chance to make it right.
Hope this helps you decide!

amazing product if it just worked as described
Looks fantastic. I love the features and the materials. However, it seems like the internal quality is inferior. I ordered the product when the prices dropped, planning to use it for ZOOM class. The speakers worked fine, so I didn't expect an issue with the product, but when the online courses started this week, I was surprised when I found out that the microphone wasn't working, and if I lower the microphone to unmute the speakers wouldn't even work. It sounds crazy and unreal, so I've attached a video.
I have requested a refund. and considering alternatives
