Not durable

Worked well for two years until it broke above the ear piece, which seems to be a common problem. Not built durable enough for multiple years of use.

Cheap!

The dongle crumbled. The oddest thing I have ever seen, but the micro chip and plastic housing were cracked and fell apart. My computer never leaves my desk… very weak made product!

The best headphones I've ever had

Outstanding noise-canceling headphones. They have a very comfortable design, and the active noise-canceling and microphone block out all background noise like dog barking or loud music, isolating your voice perfectly for professional calls. They work perfectly across Android, Windows, and Mac, and come in a highly practical travel case for portability.

Great until it breaks above earcup

Great while it lasted until it broke. Seems to be a common weakness evident in other reviews where it breaks at the hinge above the earcup. I got lucky and used it for 4 years before it broke today, but I won’t buy it again for $200.

Doesn’t last under normal wear and use.

Bought less than a year it snapped and broke in half from just normal wear and use.

Poor

Substandard product. Poor audio quality and hard to know if it’s turned off or if it’s on.

Buen Producto, llego completo

Muy buen producto, lo único malo es que las funcionalidades completas solo pueden ser utilizadas con el USB y no con bluetooth, el Producto llegó en buen estado y completo

Comfortable

Needs charging every 2-3 days. Great for being in the phone ALL day. Comfortable fit for my 24 inch round melon head. Would have 5 stars, but after 20 months of use, the right ear broke.

Comfort, clarity and smart design - all in one

This headset truly impressed me. The Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex is lightweight, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I love that it announces battery level and connected devices, and the software makes updates effortless.

The folding microphone, compact design, and included case make it perfect for everyday use and travel. Sound quality is excellent, and calls are clear and natural.

Very happy with this purchase - highly recommend.

Broke in a year.

Jabra wireless products have great connectivity and sound but are poorly built.

It’s my third Jabra product and each lasted less than a year only. I tried 3 different models and all were poorly built and not durable. I will be moving to another brand.

Nice headset

Poorly Constructed (or I got a bad one)

I am NOT satisfied with this headset. The sound quality was horrible from day 1. My voice sounded muffled and staticky to clients on the other end of the call. After only about 1 year of use, the left earphone completely cracked off the main headset base when I tried to take it off my head. Maybe I received a bad one. If not, this should be much higher quality for the price.

Don't buy Jabra headsets they use weak plastic and don't back the warrenty.

Don't buy Jabra headsets they use weak plastic and don't back the warrenty if you don't pay twice the price from an Auth. seller.

The Evolve2 65 has a weak point between the earpiece and headband.

Nice sound. Limited durability.

Arm was broken after 2 years usage. Sound, connection to Teams and size to move were excelent. They should improve arms to better material. Power bottom very sensitive, so it turn on when it was in backpack and this is annoying.

Product breaks. Not a durable product for daily use. It physically breaks from regular use.

The right side of the headphone cracked and broke apart from regular use after 1 year. This is a low-quality headphone that should only be used for a limited time. If you disagree, feel free to refund me and I'll remove this review.

Bluetooth disconnects very often and when I'm on my work calls

The first two months were perfect. After that, you're constantly disconnecting from Bluetooth.

The best sound quality

I've been so frustrated with Bluetooth ear-pieces lately. I ordered a Jabra ear hook earpiece. However, I got this much more expensive head-set instead. I gave it a try before returning it. And, it was amazing. The best sound quality, for both myself and the person I'm talking too. It also has a pass-through option, so you can hear the noise around you (if you want), or active noise canceling. It also come's with a USB dongle so it can connect to you PC. I've used that for online meetings, without issue.

Great headset with awful build quality

I really want to like this headset, the range is good, audio quality is fantastic, and microphone is loud and clear for work in an open office or at home. It's comfortable to wear especially if you wear glasses daily, and the noise cancelling features are good for tuning out noise.

But I'm on my second headset after barely a year and a half of daily use, the first headset broke on the left headphones less than 4 months in to ownership, which Jabra replaced under warranty. The second headset after a year of use has now broken in the exact same spot, and now no longer under warranty. If I knew this headset would be junk in a year like Apple earbuds are, I would've saved money and not spent $450 on this headset.

If you are looking at this headset as it's currently listed as a Wirecutter recommendation, AVOID IT.

Claims Teams Certified - but Jabra Direct says NO

We selected Teams Certified when purchasing. The packaging says, "Certified for Microsoft Teams", see picture. However in the Jabra Direct software, it clearly says "NO" for Certified for MS Teams, see second picture.

Don’t recommend

I bought this and it came in a bigger box. The box holder is bigger than the box. The box seemed used. Didn’t bring the wireless charger. And came in a different headset model. I ended up purchasing through the manufacturer.

JABRA’s performance

I’m happy with them and the quality is very nice. There a few things to improve though, for example, the max reach on the advertisement says up to 30 meters but after testing them I realized they only reach about 18 meters long. Also, sometimes when taking calls the headsets will have some audio issues making the other person hear you like with echo in the background. This can be fixed by removing the receptor from the USB port but it’s kind of annoying. Last but not least, they provide a great audio quality and their comfort is super good among others headset that I’ve tried, you can easily use them for hours and never feel uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend them!

Breaks Up…. Do not recommend

I have an older version of wireless Jabra headphones that I used for years and loved. Eventually the mic broke off from my abuse so thought maybe these would be better since they are a bit more portable. Unfortunately they are not as good quality… and I constantly have people say I “break up” and such. The older ones did not have that problem…. So I’m not impressed with these. It is too late to return so I’m stuck with them… but go with the older ones that don’t fold.

a comfy headset that delivers great quality

Amazing quality and intuitive Bluetooth. These headphones are extremely intuitive with pausing when I remove my right ear cup and the touch buttons on the side aren't bad and are really helpful. I've had these headphones for about a months and I love them. At first, I was concerned about how finicky the reviews described them to be but I love them. Not to mention the impressive battery life and along with the sennheiser dongle, they are great if you're looking for a comfy headset that delivers great quality.

Overpiced headset with a lot of features, flexibility, and convience

This is a productivity headphone for meetings and contact center related tasks. At $282 during time of review this headset literally cost a arm and a leg and is something you petition your company to help you get on your behalf. Now is this headphone necessary? Absolutely not. There are headphones at $40 or less that can do what this headset can minus the special features and wireless aspects. Does this headset have crazy amount of features you don't need in a communication headset that would be nice to have? Absolutely it does. To fully take advantage of this headset you will need to first pair it to a ios or android device via Bluetooth and download the app to get the headset tuned to your hearing preferences. From there you can get battery related info, EQ, ANC and pass through hearing, and additional features like a list of nature sound effects and asmr that can be played when you are working. The mic is muted when flip up and un-muted when flipped down and the Microsoft teams button can act as a mute button as well. The headset has lights on the side that can flash to indicate to those around you that you are in a call so they will visually know when to not disturb you. I found the Active Noise Cancelling to be a gimmick and kinda nonexistent, but the noise pass through that allows you to hear your surrounding is very well done, close enough to airpods's transparency sound but just a few details away. This headset has dedicated music control buttons on the back right ear cup and the music quality is acceptable for work headsets. It wont have that clear and crisp of a sound compared to airpods and fortunately there is some bass for heavy thumping songs, so expect it to be only adequate for non-analytical music or background music to lighten the work mood. Battery wise these things will last an entire 8 hrs of work day easy. Charging is quite convenient as it can be usb-cable charged or wirelessly charged. In terms of call and mic quality my co workers can not distinquish too much of a voice difference between this headset and my affordable $30 Logitech wired headset, but it did feel really nice to have no wires in the way. Comfort wise, these things aver very comfortable period. The cushions are very soft and smooth, so much so that I worry I can easily scratch or rip them because of how cotton soft they are. I can easily wear this for 8 hours straight if necessary, but in the summer it can get toasty to the airs if there are no ac. The dongle included is usb-c only and the charging cable is also usb-c to usb-c. For this price I did wish they include a dongle for usb-a, but for environment friendly reasons, we wont get much accessories even tho this set is so expensive. Overall, I can not recommend these headsets at $282 unless if that amount means nothing for you. Granted this headset is one of the most convenient and flexible headsets I have tried. Just turn it on and leave them on for the entire work day and when you need to hop in a meeting/call throw them on and flip down the mic, then flip up to mute and carry on. The device multi switch between the dongle and my phone via Bluetooth has been a hit or miss so far as it sometimes confuses which device to switch to if I have stuff playing on both devices at a time. So I only use them on one dedicated device. This headset is a great communication work device, just shave off some over done features and lower the price to $75 and below and they have reasonably competitive device.

Great headset but expensive

This is an excellent headset. The sound quality is good. And it has a lot of really nice features. Especially when you pair it with the app on your mobile device. I especially like the way you can do a hearing test in the app and it will help customize the audio profiles in your headset. It pairs easily with either the included dongle to a computer or a mobile device. In my case I paired it to my iPad with no problem. The only issue I found was that if I had the computer dongle plugged in and tried to use them with my iPad, the computer dongle kept taking over the headset again so I had to actually completely unplug the dongle to get the iPad to stay connected. I even checked and I was on the latest firmware, so that was not the issue. They’re great for video calls as well. The feature where you can push the microphone up to mute is excellent. My only other issue is that because of them being a solid cup headphone, if you wear them for a long time, your ears will get warm. But if you don’t mind the price tag, these are really good.

Great product but one bit flaw

Ear piece fell off within two weeks of use so what good is it now? With such a big investment you would hope that would not happen so fast!
