I bought this in November 2021. Though from the beginning they had minor comunication glitches in sound reception,,, every five minutes, for half a second there was a disconnection, but resumed automatically, it is specially noticeable watching Youtube. But that is minor. The ANC of the microphone and headphone excels... I work in a extremely noisiy envoronment and everybody hears me well at the other end, and I can hear them well. But nothing lasts for ever, specially when made with plastic parts. My headphones have a significant amount of superbonder fixes: in the boom, in the collars where the headphones retract; but must say that that has not impaired in any way the funcionality of the equipment (but if you did not do the repairs with superbonder the headphone would be decommisioned before). I had to rplace the the vinyl earpieces that got in piedes last year. There are no original replacements available. The one that a third party sells lasted less than a month. But since three months ago I started to have problems with the microphone boom: it feels loose, it disconnects while speaking. There is no Youtube guide to explain how to do maintenance to this microphone. Bottom line: you cannot get a more expensive headphone that this (I paid 450 in Nov 2021 for this set), performance/technology: superb, materials: plastic... posta sale support of customers: Jabra apparently do not care about second sales to currente customers and I say this because of lack of offer or parts that need replacemente (headsets cushions) and no orientation on how to fix known issues like the microphone coming loos and siconnecting. And what is more suprising for a premium brand: thet do not come with new models that solve the known issues of the premium model. Sort of thinking that customers are dumb and will continue buying from them. Jabra still has the lead in functionality in top end ANC Headphone with microphone with booms, but they make you start lookning for alternatives. I am going to try the Yealink BH76 (same functionality descriptions, half the price -170) I would love to continue with Jabra, but do not want to repeat the experience, eventhough thay have become more affordable (350). If they came out with less plastic, better support I would pay the premuim price: they have very good technology, but bad materiales and bad supports.

I've owned this headset for a little over 6 months now and would not recommend it to anyone. Bluetooth connectivity with Google meet, and the ability for it to switch between my laptop and phone without shutting it off and waiting for it to resync is hit or miss. At +$400, you'd think it would at least be able to sync up with apps consistently and reliably. Extremely disappointed in this Jabra product - I should have stuck with Plantronics.

Excellent device. Bought this as an upgrade since all new phones doesn't have the headphone jack anymore. My experience has been pleasant. There is a app where you can adjust settings to your liking pretty nifty.
