Reliable headphones

These headphones are reliable and have good sound quality but I wish they were loader. I also wish the all round part actually fit inside my ear canal. Unfortunately, it is too big and sits outside my ear so it is not easy to hear and that is even with the volume turned up. If my ear canals were bigger it would be better but of course that is no fault of the product, it is a personal problem.

Jabra Quality!!

The Jabra Perform 10 earpiece exemplifies the brand’s reputation for quality, reliability, and clarity. The wired, plug-and-play design eliminates Bluetooth or the constant charging challenge with small earpieces, while the noise-canceling microphone delivers clear communications. The volume controls and the push-to-talk buttons are large and easy to locate making it easy to use in the dark or simply without looking (see graphic). Comfortable for extended use, it’s IP67-rated for a serious encounter with water, durable with solid feeling components and thicker wires. Excellent sound quality and effortless setup make this a practical and professional choice. It is a bit pricey but if it lasts as long as other Jabra devices I have it is totally worth it.

Great sound quality, but large earpiece.

I have narrow ear canals, so I think this earpiece may fit someone else better than it fits me. The earpiece is pretty large, and sits kind of funny in my ear. I tried several placements, and finally figured out how to place it so that I could hear well. Because it just sits there, there is no noise cancelling, and the highest volume is quite low. All of this said, the sound quality is pretty good. Calls are clear on both ends of the conversation. Though a bit bulky and fussy, I really like the quality and functionality of this earpiece.

Perfect For What It's Designed For. If You Know You Need Something Like This, This Is The One.

These actually work! I’ve had my share of struggles with Bluetooth earbuds, but this Jabra wired earpiece solved the problem. My phone is a Google Pixel 9 Pro, so compatibility wasn’t the issue—it’s just that wireless isn’t always reliable, and headphone jacks are getting rare.

This really is plug-and-play. It connected instantly with no fuss. The telescoping earbud adjustment gave me the snug, secure fit I was looking for, and the clip on the back of the push-to-talk button is strong enough to stay put.

If I had one minor wish, it’s that the cord were a little longer—but honestly, it’s not a deal-breaker. Sound quality is exactly what you’d expect for calls and Teams meetings: clear and consistent, without pretending to be audiophile-grade.

With Jabra, you expect quality and reliability, and this lives up to that. Five stars from me. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re specifically looking for this kind of wired earpiece, this is the one you want.

Clear Audio, No Drama—Even When the Dog’s Barking

I’m working from home these days – so when do the dogs bark? You know the answer! I’ve tested the Jabra Perform 10 Wired PTT Earpiece in Florida’s heat and humidity, and while the dogs are barking and I’m talking to that cranky client…

The Jabra earpiece holds up beautifully. The clip-on noise-cancelling mic is a standout—voices come through crisp and clear, even with background chatter. The push-to-talk (PTT) button is responsive and easy to find by feel, which is great for seniors or anyone multitasking.

Setup was plug-and-play with MS Teams. Easy to use with my wife’s Android device via USB-C. Says it also works with Zello, and Zebra apps, but I have not tried those. No Bluetooth fuss, no battery worries—just solid wired performance. The cord is sturdy but lightweight, and the earpiece stays comfortable during long shifts or outdoor use.

One note: it says it’s Android-only, but I tried it on my iPhone 16 and it worked without any issues. Maybe the “no Apple” was referring to the older Lightning connection? I can’t guarantee it will work for you but I have no problems using it.

Bottom line – Looks very well built and Jabra is a well-known name. If you need reliable communication for work, caregiving, or coordinating with family, this is a smart pick and a good value as well.

Clear and reliable for frontline work!!

Plug and play simplicity

The Jabra Perform 10 Wired PTT Earpiece has been an impressive addition to my work setup. The lightweight and comfortable earpiece design makes it easy to wear for long periods, and the in-line clip-on microphone feels sturdy without being intrusive. I especially appreciate the noise-cancelling feature, which helps keep conversations clear in busy or crowded environments. The push-to-talk function is smooth and responsive, making it easy to use with apps like Microsoft Teams’ Walkie Talkie, Zello, and Zebra. Audio quality on both ends is crisp, and I’ve had no complaints from coworkers during calls. The USB-C connection is reliable and eliminates the need for extra adapters, which is perfect for modern Android devices. If you need a dependable wired communication headset for professional use, this is a highly functional and well-designed option.

Good headset for corporate types who attend a lot of online meetings

This is a single eared headset with microphone designed to be used with Microsoft Teams' walkie-talkie applet among other uses. It connects to a phone or laptop using a USB-C port.

When wearing, you need to be careful to place the earpiece within your ear and adjust the length of the earhook to keep the earpiece in place. It's pretty easy for the earpiece to slip around until you get it just right, then it stays in place fairly securely.

Since this a mono earpiece, it's really not suitable for listening to music, but is fine for most podcasts. In meetings like Zoom or Teams is where this earpiece shines. It has a large microphone with built-in clip that allows you to use this almost like a lavalier microphone.

The microphone records voice very clearly. There is no real noise suppression that I noticed, but since you can place the microphone close to your mouth, like on your lapel or shirt neck, background noise is not significantly recorded.

It's a good headset, but at a price of just under $80, it's value lies in the corporate world where Teams is part of the daily workflow.

Great earpiece and microphone from a trusted brand

I'm surprised by how much I love this microphone / earpiece. It was incredibly easy to use - just plugged it into the charging port of my Samsung Galaxy and it was ready to go. Sound is great, and the microphone is VERY clear without any background noise coming through (including my dog, who chose that moment to incessantly bark at the delivery guy!). The clip with the microphone button has volume controls on the sides. The earpiece is reversable, and I found that it fit well in my smallish ear. I have a Jabra "puck" (conference room speaker) as well that I use for larger group meetings, and the quality of this is equally good. Love this brand, and am impressed by this product.

Nice headset with Crystal Clear NC mic! Decent value Good Warranty!

Works graat! PTT works well with Microsoft Teams and other apps I have tried. Make sure it's an android device as it doesn't work with iOS that I know of. The audio quality you would expect from Jabra who is the leader in headsets for a reason. The price is a little steep but you get a 2yr warranty and solid well built noise canceling mic and headset! Great for call centers and or retail employees. Also worked with my Handheld radio that takes USB C plug. Overall it's a solid work ready headset that is adjustable so don't worry if comfort is the concern Jabra has you covered.

Speaker is quiet

Overall, this headset is satisfactory. The push-to-talk button has a clear, crisp click so it’s obvious when it’s pressed. On a normal phone call or in apps that don’t support PTT, the button works like a normal headset button and ends the call. The audio quality of the microphone is good. The earpiece is comfortable and lightweight. The only problem is the speaker volume is soft, which makes it difficult to hear in noisy environments.

Great EarPiece

This Jabra earpiece is excellent quality and works well, even though it's designed for walkie talkies and not a phone. Its comfortable to wear and easy to use.The sound is good, making it a great value for the price. I highly recommend it.

Small and works well

It has good quality overall. The microphone and speaker both work very well, and it connects easily with both phone and PC. It feels safe to use, attaches securely to clothes, and fits the ear comfortably. The only issue is that it doesn’t come with a proper speaker cover, which would be helpful since different ear sizes may need different covers. Regardless, I like it a lot and it works very well.
