This is a great product

I don't think people realize that you have to adjust your settings to make sure you get crystal clear inbound and outbound sound by changing to any of the A-E/G

It works great for me, in an 8hr shift working from home.

Used and no instructions

Sadly this is how it came. No original box and no instructions. Not very hopeful that it even works.

2/5/2024 update - Even though it had no instructions, I was able to get it hooked up by googling the brand and model. Somehow it only took me like 5 min to hook up from watching youtube video. I'm saying that because I am not tech savvey at all. So far it sounds good. I will try to update again when I use it more.

Works quite well with my cheap dialler

I got this for my work from home use as I already have the same headset at work. I had to plug the Jabra into the headset port of my dialler for it to work. I made a test call and had to increase the mic volume button on the back of the Jabra desk unit initially for better volume for the receiving party. Works perfectly with very good call quality, even with background music. Incoming calls require to be picked up by the dialler and by clicking the big multi-function button on the headset, a minor hassle. The power adapter is the thin two prong US plug which works with. 100V to 240V power supply. Very happy with my purchase.

It came looking like it was used and scratched up. You couldn’t hear anything out of it!

Product box was opened, not sealed and looked used

Open out box and product box was opened. Not even sealed and look used. Will be returning asap!!!
