Awesome but poor battery quality

Love this so much unfortunately the battery life is beyond bad. It doesn’t hold a charge for a full 8 hour even when I charge it for one hour on my lunch and 2 fifteen min breaks during the day and this past week it hasn’t even been charging over night to the point I don’t get lights on it . Very poor quality if you work in a call center and rely on it.

Pros: amazing range - can almost walk out of the building and still maintain a connection. Can adjust settings in the Jabra app. Sound and volume are amazing! Interfaces with Skype (Lync) and my cisco soft phone with no issues. Battery life good so far (not much of an issue because I dock it when I'm not using it).

Cons: a little uncomfortable when wearing for more than 2 hours. The charging wire and usb wire are a little of a pain to set up when going into our adult daycare office space (a co worker tripped on them when walking by my desk) - but really can't fault the product for that.

Overall: Great purchase for my needs - no longer teathered to my computer and the quality of the device is great.

Edit: Had to drop a star as the power cable did not hold up to being packed up and moved regularly. See the photo. Have to buy a replacement power cable - not happy about that. Other than that the product itself is awesome. Hey Jabbra - I talked this product up to my coworkers - want to send me an extra replacement power cable?
