This is a mighty little vacuum and I really like it super easy to handle and really good on the stairs. What I really like about it is it picks up super fast and well, but it’s not loud that to me is great. I highly recommend it.

So far everything has been fine. Shipping was quick and vacuum was packed very well.
The vacuum has strong suction and the display is actually pretty and has a modern look. I really like the accessory to hang vacuum on the wall. The plug for the battery charger fits right in the holder so you set the vacuum on holder and can be charged very easily.
Customer service seems very attentive as they reached out to verify warranty was in effect once I registered.

Good vacuum picks up lots of little dog hairs. I like that there’s a light to shine on the floor so you can tell what debris there are. I have tile floor around my house and the wheels catch/get stuck even just on hard floor. I gave it 4/5 because of the wheels getting stuck and The battery also doesn’t last too long if you are on setting 2 for about 1400sq ft. Some things like toy fluff you should pick up because it chokes the vacuum on the way up sometimes. It’s lightweight which is nice. I recommended it to my friend for her new how. I

The company and their product is exactly how they describe it!!! Works great so far and most important, they have a great customer service team!!! I'd definitely purchase their products again and again :)

Works great! It is so convenient to just grab it and not have to haul out the cords and drag them around the house. Works great on floor, carpet and rugs. The charger, which is attached to the wall, is very convenient. Power and suction are good. It was easy to put together when I received it. It is very light and easy to handle.

Great buy! - just recently received it and it was so easy to put together and felt very durable. I noticed a huge difference compared to my old vacuum. This thing picks up everything and is smooth and not very loud. The customer service is excellent! Activated the warranty and was emailed by the team at Jellypig who offered to send a battery replacement and hepa filters free of charge! Highly recommend!

This is actually 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. We have a Dyson and it's as if JellyPig purposely studied Dyson's vacuums from top to bottom and solved every problem! There is no button you have to hold down until your fingers crank or you get a callus in your palm - instead, you press the button once for on and it STAYS ON until you press it again to turn off. Now, Dyson claims that it conserves battery by only activating the vacuum when you hold down the button, but that's because Dyson's battery life is so abysmal in the first place. In contrast, we tested out the JellyPig in multiple areas across our 3 floor home and yet, the battery still had 75% when we were done (even though it was only a test run and we didn't fully clean each floor, the total surface vacuumed was at least 1-1.5 floor's surface area).
There is a such a huge list of other pluses:
1. The vacuum stands on its own so you don't have to look for a wall and prop it against the wall carefully.
2. The vacuum has a floor light, which really helps you see much better where the dirt and dust are in your home.
3. The battery is easily removable, unlike Dyson's, where you have to screw it out and back in.
4. There are three ways to charge it - on the wall with mount, removing and charging battery only, or removing top half and charging that only.
5. The floor brush is easily removable just by pushing a notch on the underside - in contrast, you need to go find a coin to twist apart the switch on the Dyson to remove and clean the floor brush.
6. There is a battery indicator, so you're not stuck wondering when you'll be out of power.
7. There are helpful, bright blue buttons everywhere so it's obvious how things come apart or work - for example, we didn't realize the rod was telescopic until we read the manual and then we easily found the blue button to extend it.
8. Comes with a 2-yr warranty automatically that is extended to 3-yrs if you register the vacuum. Dyson only has a 1-yr warranty.
9. The instruction book is so detailed and comprehensive and there is a sheet with tips and even some more tips on the vacuum itself.
10. The price is unbeatable value vs. a Dyson.
11. Each included box has a picture on it so you can tell you which contains what without opening all at once and for easy storage when not in use.
There are only two slight cons and they pale in comparison to all the pluses: 1) The JellyPig is heavier than the Dyson. 2) There are two wheels on the bottom that Dyson doesn't have - although these wheels may help the JellyPig move better, you cannot vacuum straight from right to left of each stair; instead, you need to first vacuum up and down the right corner of each stair and then vacuum right to left. Again, these are such minor points, that if fixed, would result in a 5-star rating, but as it stands now, a 4.5 is already high.

I'm very happy with my Jellypig x100 Vacuum cleaner. It works well, is easy to use, and does a great job cleaning. I tried other vacuum cleaners but they do not have the suction power that Jellypig delivers. I'm pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!!

Best vacuum ever, better all around than the 450$ Dyson we had. More versatile, lighter, more manueverable, longer battery, 3 yr warranty and on and on. I shorten it up and use on our carpeted stairs as a handheld, gets dog hair etc. nothing left behind!!

Ordered this vacuum off recommendation from my daughter purchasing one and also reading the reviews. We are very pleased with the function, weight, and power of this unit. I would recommend this purchase, for the price and quality you will not be disappointed.

Whisper Quiet, Sleek Design & Surprisingly Powerful!
I absolutely love my JELLYPIG X100! Not only is it sleek, stylish, and surprisingly cute, but it's incredibly functional and powerful. The whisper-quiet motor is a game changer, especially compared to other high-end vacuums I've owned.
It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and perfect for smaller spaces without compromising on performance. What really impressed me is how beautifully it works on my high-quality rugs and carpets, delivering excellent suction while being gentle on delicate surfaces.
I've owned both Dyson and Miele vacuums in the past, and I genuinely prefer this one! The self-standing design is another fantastic feature, making it convenient to store and use.
For the price, the quality, design, and performance are exceptional. Such a great find and highly recommended!

I'm using my "Jellypig cordless vacuum cleaner" and I'm loving it, super easy to assemble, I'm 73 years old, super light, low noise, and I was still surprised by the service of this company, gifts that will be sent by them, a three-year warranty, an extra battery and 2 "HEPA" filter that over time I would have to buy to replace it. I recommend one hundred percent!!!

My favorite extra features of this item is the light on it and the heads ability to lay flat. It makes cleaning my hard surface floors feel much more sufficient. I got this with the intention of vacuuming of my floors between my dyson and would say it does carpets for surface cleaning but excellent on hard floors. I'm fond of the design that it looks like it matches my dyson without the dyson cost. I did my research before hand and comparisons. I've used my fairshare of name brand stick vacuums too and I'm happy with my purchase. I have 2 resident dogs and a short haired foster dog so having this light weight vacuum easily accessible is nice. The attached pic is from my first use.

So far I am loving tbe vacuum. I use it in my kitchen and hardwood floors, and it is wonderful, and it's powerful. Customer service has been fantastic. They even offered to give me a secondary battery for free. This has been a fantastic purchase, and I would recommend this to anybody. It even fits in our pantry next to our fridge.

Honestly, a fantastic product, works and does everything you need it to. It's modular so that's quite nice. I had fun playing around with it pretending it was a gun while unpacking lol. I mounted it up on the wall and it has a charger inserted right in between so when I leave it to rest it charges automatically. This product was well thought out. Additionally, the support team is amazing and is offering more assistance than we expected. I would highly recommend it :)

Received my vacuum overnight and love it. Easy to assemble and use. Not heavy or awkward. I even received a free gift
Chris
Lightweight, great bang for your buck. Runs real quiet, hard to believe it’s vacuuming because it’s not loud at all. I checked, and sure enough it works really well. I ran it over my hardwood floors, and over the carpets in the bedroom, library, and small area rugs I have. Does the job.

Very nice and lightweight! Not too tall either! It's great and I'm happy with my purchase!

You know those dust bunnies that have been living under your bed for years... it's time bid them farewell with this Jellyig vacuum. Apparently our house isn't as clean as we thought lol. Intentially left the underside of the bed as dirty as possible to show how well it works. Seriously impressed with this vacuum. No, no one paid me to write this. Best part: It does everything it's supposed to. Funny to say that, but it's nice when something actually works well and functions as you'd expect it to. This vacuum is super light weight and is very quiet at any speed. The suction is great and does a very good job even capturing the smalls bits along the edges. The light on the front makes it very easy to see anything dirty on the floor. The battery lasts quite a while and is very easy to charge as it can be charged multiple ways with the supplied charger. The container is easy to dump, the roller brush is easy to remove any hair or debris, and it comes with an extra filter as well which is a great bonus. The brush and nozzle attachment work very well and I appreciate that the brush has softer bristles to actually take the shape of whatever you're cleaning. I saw other pictures and videos showing a very concise line from where the vacuum had/hadn't been, and it really does THAT GOOD of a job. The stick/body is telescopic for varying heights, my short wife and our kids included, and it's very easy to disconnect/reconnect any of the pieces and parts on the fly during use. Very impressed, would highly recommend.

If you are in need of a vacuum, look no further!! This is it! I almost went with a name brand vacuum but I am so glad I chose this one! Assembly was fairly easy and straightforward. The cordless design allows for ease of cleaning without tripping. Even though it is battery powered the suction is amazing. It gets in very hard to reach, small spaces that even my broom couldn’t reach!! This vacuum is very sleek and lightweight. It has a bright light so you can see all of the dust. I have lvp floors and this did not scratch my floors at all. I went from vacuuming my hard floors to my rugs with ease! I would say it is compatible with any floor. It also comes with other attachments that you could use for your furniture or car. It is very versatile. For the price, this vacuum can’t be beat! I am very happy with my purchase!!

This is my very first cordless vacuum cleaner and I’m so happy I bought this brand. It’s not as expensive as others. I have wooden floors and it picks up all the dust, dirt, and most importantly cat hair. Additionally, the light in front of the head makes it easy for me to see everything that needs to be vacuumed. It's lightweight as well! Definitely will be purchasing another one in the future! Highly recommend.

It gets the job done. Just tried it out and it got all the dog hair in my living room. I bought it just to sweep my floors.
I also like that it stands on its own.
It doesn’t have a whole lot of suction so I don’t know how it would be on carpet but it’s great on hard floors and fur. For the price point I would say it’s good.
Miss my Dyson though.

I was surprised at how quiet this vacuum was. We all expect a vacuum to be loud and obnoxious, and yet, with the same suction power as a regular vacuum, it was very quiet. The touchpad, as well super intuitive to make it easier to see if I need more power or less power. The battery charged rather quickly as well, and I haven't needed to charge it since I got it aa few days ago. It's also super easy to maneuver, so not as stiff as normal vacuums are. It has been very easy to turn and maneuver around and is real customizable if I need to reach harder areas. Overall, I really like this guy!

The quality and customer service is very good. The unit works well and the construction is top notch for the price!

Good investment. Decent battery and good hepa filtration. Picks up pet hair easily. Comes with 3-Year Warranty and I really haven't needed to turn it up to high speed works well on hard floor.
Ania
This vacuum is worth every penny! The suction is powerful enough to pick up all pet hair and dirt from hardwood floors and rugs. It's lightweight, the battery lasts a long time, and the self-standing design is super convenient. Performs just like high-end brands but for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend!

So far, I don’t understand why there’s negative reviews about this vacuum. I have been using it consistently for the past few weeks since purchasing it.
In my opinion, with all the cats I have , litter, and hair all over the floor, this is by far the best vacuum I’ve used. And I’m not just saying that. The vacuum has lights on the main floor attachment, so it’s easier to see all the dirt on the floor. The battery life is actually quite impressive. I could do a full charge on the battery, and vacuum the entire entirety of the house multiple times over and over before it dies. Granted, I am using it on the lowest setting, but even with the lowest speed setting, I’m not going back over areas 25 times because of missed pieces of litter or hair. I honestly rarely even put on the other settings, because the low is just fine, and also makes the battery last longer too. I have used the middle speed setting for rugs, and that’s pretty strong!
It’s really lightweight, and easy to maneuver everywhere. It’s also quieter than most vacuums, especially on the first setting. And the attachments that come with it, make it so much more versatile to adjust and clean whatever areas you can’t reach with the main vacuum head. It’s also small and mighty! It can stand on its own, or it also has a thing you can attach on the wall for easier storage. I personally just leave it standing up in the corner of my room. Also, the vacuum head while attached is so thin that it can slide under most surfaces without getting stuck or bumping the furniture. Which is a huge plus for me with all this litter and hair going everywhere. Figured I would mention that as well, since I’m sure someone else in the world would like a solution to that problem.
I have had no problems as of yet, but I have messaged customer service to activate my warranty, and they were very responsive and helpful. Should something happen to the vacuum, I’m sure I could reach out to them and they would be able to solve my issue.

This bagless cordless vacuum is awesome! I have eight levels to clean and it is efficient, quiet, light weight, easily maneuvered, and perfect size for myv2800 ft house.

I want to update my review with this product. The customer service went the extra mile with me and not only they replaced my equipment with a new one, they upgraded the vacuum cleaner and sent me a refund for the damage vacuum. This one is lighter and works great. No problems at all. So I want to recognize Jellypighome for an outstanding customer service. I did not had to ask for this return, they kindly offered to me. I definitely highly recommend this company and their products. Thank you! You deserve 10 stars!
