Great No-Built Mic, Webcam!

If you are looking for a non-built in camera, than I highly recommend this one! It has a mount where you can put on top of your laptop and Monitor for PC Recording/Streaming. This is one of my favorites I had! (The photo below is the camera!) I also love the privacy cover where you can just slide to the right.

Perfect plug and play camera (not audio)

This worked perfectly for me. All I had to do was plug it into a standard USB port and select it as the camera for my Teams meetings.

Like others, I don't see a microphone component, which is why it lost a star, but for the price, the image quality is great and I like being able to set it on top of my monitor, and have it remain stable, without any additional adhesives.

Great value! I just wish the listing were accurate about the lack of microphone.

Great Webcam

This webcam is easy to use as you connect it to the USB port and it is ready to use. The Webcam has a privacy shutter that slides open or closed. When the webcam is being used a green light appears. The webcam has an adjustable clip and adjust it to the frame desires. The video resolution is good as it is clear. Great webcam and great price.

Not very good quality and no microphone

The quality on this is not great, the sample I attached is in an office with pretty good lighting that has made other webcams look much better. This one is passable, but not going to win any awards for picture quality. Also it is important to note that there is no built in microphone, so if you want this for Zoom or meetings you will need to provide your own. Overall, for $25 this will work but the camera on your laptop probably looks just as good and is already there.

Good Picture Quality; No Built-in Microphone

This Go Pop Cam has good picture quality but renders my skin on the reddish side. I can see some slight graininess, but that is expected on a 1080p cam. Overall, the picture quality is decent enough for video meetings and conferences. Do note that this webcam does NOT have a built-in microphone, which may be a con for some, but for privacy-conscious individuals, this might be a good thing. It is always better to have a separate microphone that can be muted. The webcam also has a built-in sliding privacy cover, which is absolutely a must these days to protect privacy. There is also a small green light indicator when the webcam is turned on.

The overall build quality seems decent, but the cable could use a bit more length, and the mounting mechanism might cover some screen space on monitors that have thin bezels. On Windows 11, it was a plug-and-play experience, and I didn't have to install any driver to use the webcam. The webcam can also be adjusted vertically and horizontally. Overall, this webcam is decent for day-to-day use, but the lack of a built-in microphone and incorrect rendering of skin tone may be drawbacks for some users.
