Where is the charging wire? Can’t even be used if it can’t be charged…

Ordered this speaker for my daughter to use while riding her bike. While she LOVES it... The first one somehow popped off when she hit a small bump, causing the speaker to, of course, hit the ground and get scraped up. I noticed a small hole forming near the part of the strap that slides into the notch on the speaker to attach it to something. I reached out to JLAB customer service and heard nothing back. I requested a replacement, received said replacement, and she just brought it in to me, showing me the strap is ALREADY ripping. This is the first day she used it. Highly disappointed in the quality of the strap to attach the speaker to things. It almost seems like there's a weak spot in the strap where it slides through the notch. Same spot ripping on both speakers.
Pics show 2nd speaker.
ETA- JLAB customer support reached out 6 days later, wanting my address to send a new speaker and prepaid label to send the others back...

Excellent product

Works wonderful and is truly water proof. I dropped it in our soft cooler that had a good amount of water in the bottom and continued working perfectly. Has great sound quality and volume.
Lasted a whole 7 hour river float on one charge
Secured well with the strap
Well worth the price!
*pics were taken after its use so there is some sunscreen on the item. Item arrived in perfect condition.

Jlab Pop Party Portable Bluetooth speaker. 8 hours of playtime. Magnetic, waterproof, connect up to 100 devices. Use the app to customize your sound. Sync the lights with music. We use this usually daily. We have a few around the house. Very handy on the go also.

This is a great little speaker sounds way better than I expected especially at the price point. I also really like the app that you can use with it I use the ambient sounds every night when I sleep. Its a powerful little speaker in a small footprint. I'm considering buying the big brother to this one.

Was good for a week. Then it glitched and turns off and on, over and over

Worth it. Sound is pretty decent. Functions pretty okay. Just wish it had a volume control.

A lot of sound for such an affordable speaker! Great battery life and I love that it can be paired with other Jlab speakers! Super easy Bluetooth connection with adjustable sound and light settings within the app. Also great for travel for those who like to have sounds to go to sleep with as that is all included in the app as well. Also love the colors available! Great for those who need power & functionality but on a budget.

This JLab Pop Party Bluetooth speaker is impressive. It’s small and compact, but definitely not small when it comes to power and sound. Right out of the box it feels like a good quality and well made speaker. On the top there’s a silicone loop that opens so you can hang it pretty much anywhere, which is super convenient. I’m honestly blown away by how loud and clear the sound is from something this tiny. It even has a full-range driver and a passive radiator on the back, which really boosts the sound and enhances the bass way more than I expected. For the size and price, the audio quality is genuinely shocking. It’s also extremely easy to use since there’s only one button. The instructions are clear, simple, and actually helpful. When you turn it on for the first time it automatically goes into pairing mode, and it connected to my phone instantly with no issues. A feature I love is that every time it connects, it tells you the battery level which is super cool. Another fun thing is the lighting. There are six light modes, including one that changes to the beat of your music, which is way cooler than I expected from a budget speaker. And on top of that there’s an app that lets you customize everything. You can adjust the light speed, brightness, and colors, tweak the EQ, use LabSync to connect up to 100 speakers, customize what the button controls (single press, double press, triple press, long hold), turn the voice prompts on or off, enable battery saver, and even update the speaker. For a such a small speaker, it’s packed with features. The build feels durable and solid, like it’ll last a while. And the battery is impressive too, it holds a charge really well. I’ve used it for about 4–5 hours so far and haven’t needed to recharge it yet. And honestly, you cannot beat the $24.99 price (as of 12/3/25). It’s an incredible value for what you get. Overall, this is an amazing portable speaker. It’s compact, loud, clear, easy to use, full of features, and well made. It’s perfect to throw in my purse and take anywhere. I’m seriously impressed. Absolutely recommend.

Nice and good quality speaker.

These speakers are so cool! I bought a mount for them so I can mount them on the outlet in two different rooms. Easy to pair. Easy to sync to other speakers to have simultaneous music in multiple rooms. Cool lights, but you can also turn lights off in app. Highly recommend.

This is a super impressive portable speaker, particularly at the $25 price point. This is small, portable and water resistant. It has cool RGB lights, that flash around and go to the music. The sound is very good for the size of this. The back of it has an open woofer design, which you can see and feel pump to the music.
Battery life is good, it lasts for hours on high. It is USB-C chargeable too. You can use their app with this to customize it.

We got this speaker for our son to use with his MP3 player and it is literally perfect! The size is great. It's not too small but it's also portable and not too big. The sound quality and clarity was better than expected for the size and price. It's not a professional sound by any means, but it's great for the value! The lights are AMAZING! They pulse to the beat of the music which is super fun. This speaker also has a little tab that you can attach to a clip if you wanted to as well. Overall, this is a great option for a little speaker. It's a good value, has decent sound, and is super fun with the lights. I'm super happy with this! Our son is going to love this and we are going to order a second one for ourselves as well!

Incredible sound got such a small speaker!

This is a nice solid feeling speaker with a little weight to it, and better sound than I expected! Easy to connect and set up, with pretty straightforward directions. The battery life is quite long, haven't managed to run it down yet and I've been using it for an hour or so a day for the last 4 days. It's IP5 waterproof, so it hasn't become a shower speaker yet, and definitely won't be a pool speaker.
I took away one star for the LED light control. It's ok and I would have been perfectly satisfied with the 5 or 6 patterns it has, but in the directions it tells you to download an app to get more control. I HATE having to download apps for a single specific piece of hardware like a speaker!

Super portable speaker! Premium build quality that leaves a small footprint and big sound. The bass is punchy but you can adjust the sound settings in the app. The app is super easy to connect to and the Bluetooth range is awesome! The lighting is adjustable as well within the app. Overall a great value for the money! 5/5 definitely taking this with me to the parks and beach!

For $25, this isn't a bad speaker by any means. The lighting is pretty nice, the durability seems very present, and having a mini sub-woofer on the back is a nice touch. However, I recently found another speaker that's cheaper, has the same purpose and just a slightly bigger size, yet can hit a much higher max volume. The sound quality between the two is similar, both are very solid, but the bass on the other speaker is a lot better. This JLab's speaker's bass is not super impressive, it's not horrible either but I can't really commend it for anything dazzling. The size and portability is definitely convenient, and it's easy to set up and use on its own or with the app. I'm not going to say don't buy it, because I think at $25 it's a fair purchase to make, but I'd say consider doing some more perusing of other options, including non-brand name products.
Also, a dynamic lighting that syncs up with your music output would be a nice addition, considering they have an app that they can design to access Spotify/the music player directly on the software side.

This is such a small package that my jaw absolutely dropped when I got this speaker connected. I was a fan of HBL before JBL was cool, but they have really went and done it with this little speaker. It looks amazing. It’s actually pocket sized! It has the led color changing lights that seem to be on most everything these days. I have to say that was the easiest Bluetooth pairing that I have ever completed in my life. My Bluetooth wasn’t even on yet, when I got a notification that a JLab was available for audio. I clicked it, BOOM, connected and the speaker ready had my name.i went to run so sound through it and the clarity and rich sound was unreal! Even more amazing considering how small and portable the speaker actually is. All of my kids will won’t this speaker! The setup was super easy, the sound is perfection, it looks super cool and is portable enough to fit anywhere. My younger self is wondering why she is still carrying around a suitcase of a boom box for half of this sound! It even has bass. This is no doubt an amazing and durable little speaker that will last many seasons to come as it’s made with great quality and the goal of awesome, portable sound. This is a great value for the money on an excellent quality speaker. The battery life seems to be as good as it gets in portable speakers. I am super happy with this product.

I don’t understand how this gets anything less than five stars. At this price point, it’s an absolute standout. The speaker is compact, feels solidly built, has fun rainbow lighting, and pairs effortlessly. The sound quality is impressive, and the back even delivers a surprising physical bass effect. I also love the built-in loop so you can hang it anywhere. Overall, it feels far more expensive than it actually is. One of my favorite finds!

This speaker has a good kick for its size. The back has a small woofer that helps give it a fuller sound and bass. I couldn't turn it up all the way or it'd be too loud to tolerate, so it's definitely loud enough. At high volumes it does get a little muddier sounding, but no more than I'd expect for a speaker this size. It feels sturdy, although I assume I'll need to be careful with the woofer speaker thing on the back that flexes. The charging port cover is chunky and easy to open and close. I definitely recommend downloading the app to get a bunch more settings like adjusting the lighting or equalizer or turning off the loud voice that announces when it's turned on or off or any settings changes.
