Butter smooth sound, iykyk - I love it!

I had a review all typed up and it disappeared!!! So I’m going to keep this short and sweet. Love the keyboard so far, have had it 2 days. Using mainly for work, although I will use it for gaming eventually. My previous keyboard was loud and clicky clacky - although it was also customizable, I hated the gaudy wires that came with it so I wanted something sleeker. I did get the wired version of this one, only because I’ve had issues with wireless in the past, and I have no complaints. I’ll include video of me typing on new vs my previous one. This one is butter smooth, which is what I wanted. I chose the brown switches! I didn’t think any of the other review videos truly showed how it sounds and unfortunately, mine doesn’t either. When I rewatched my video, the keys sound so loud! It’s not like that! It’s pretty quiet!!! Second video is my previous Razer keyboard for reference

Excellent quality. It is a pleasure to type on this mechanical keyboard. I also got the rubber wrist rest.

Good. Like it. I replaced the caps.

I didn't plan on spending much on a keyboard, I've used thrift store ones for years now. I'll admit hearing other people who used typewriters recommend this one helped my decision. I'm still not entirely sure how I feel about it, the feel is very very soft, it is quiet. Unlike any mechanical I've ever used. The original keys were nice, but I already had other caps I replaced them with (wanted green keys!). I removed the foam from the spacebar, and I think still the spacebar is the strangest feeling key for me. I can still type plenty fast regardless.

I do not test it anymore, but for years my speed was 151wpm with 0-1 errors, so by all means I should be quite picky. But really, I've typed on so many things by now that I can use whatever. What I find here is that it feels as if each time I lift my finger, the sense is as if the key hasn't returned upward. It's a bit mentally confusing. Since I'm still typing fine, I will probably get used to it. I just wonder if I can improve the spacebar somehow.

I DO NOT EVER use RGB, it was easy to turn off. I like that this board does not have bright lights for caps and numlock, instead it lights up underneath the keys which is less grating. I've tried to see if I can change the color and brightness of those lights too, but didn't find it and it's not too important to me anyway.

I also like returning to keys that are a little covered by the board as opposed to my last one where the bottoms were totally exposed. And there are no distracting bright logos or other writing on it.

Just Buy This Keyboard now!

I should of bought this sooner. I'm a Linux IT System designer and used my very old school full sized keyboard for years vs probably 20 or so keyboards that I have tried at least. This is very Heavy duty and that's a plus! The brown keys(Loud clicks) sounds like the 1970's typewriter, but I do love the action in the full stroke downward. Its very accurate and sensitive in key touch which is adjustable on each key stroke. I love the red key enter color and the escape key red color also. The sound knob is just very simple and cool in the fact that is turns smoothly and the volume increases or decreases perfectly. I have the wired keyboard which in my opinion is the best for IT. Never liked Bluetooth due to temp lag.

Just buy this keyboard and thank me later.

A Big improvement in aesthetics, multiple functions with programmable keys, heavy weight, and its not cheap feel make this a big WIn.

My old trusty full sized keyboard is packaged up in a box waiting for the durability test of this keyboard. I believe if you don't spill drinks on it, this will last a time. Plus, you can always replace each key individually if you want to. I may have to swap out the brown color keys due to loud sound. I wear hearing protection daily from the sounds of servers humming. You will fall asleep guaranteed from the server sounds but this keyboard strokes let me know I'm still awake. :)

Excellent keyboard! The "clickity clack" sound is very ASMR!!

Excellent keyboard. The tactile feedback that a keyboard provides you is more important than you think. Once you try a high quality keyboard like this Keychron V6-D3, you'll never go back to cheaper ones. You may also customize the under-keyboard lighting when you depress a key. There are various colors and various ways the keys light up was you press a key. Of course, you may turn this off completely if you like.

A Game-Changer for My Typing Experience!

I recently upgraded to the Keychron V6 Wired Custom Mechanical Keyboard Knob Version, Full-size, and the difference in quality between my old membrane keyboard and this one is significant. The feel of the keys and the sound they make are incredibly satisfying.

One of the standout features is how customizable the keyboard is. I was able to switch some keys to match my old keyboard layout, and the change was easy with the software provided by Keychron. Although there’s a learning curve, and I still find myself making errors while typing, it’s just a matter of getting used to it.

The packaging was superb, ensuring the keyboard arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this keyboard. I wasn’t sure at first, but I do not regret buying this one as my first mechanical keyboard.
