I’ve been very happy with this RGB video light. It’s lightweight and compact, so it’s easy to carry around in my camera bag. The brightness is impressive for its size, and the adjustable color temperature makes it easy to match with other lights.
The controls are simple and easy to use, and the battery life has been reliable during my shoots. I’ve used it several times for photo and video work and haven’t had any issues. It feels well made and dependable. Overall, a great portable light with good brightness, battery life, and useful controls.

Impressive
A steal for $26, got 2 and the possibilities are endless. Be careful when aiming it close to someone's eyes, it will blind them.
Don't expect to overpower a flash for $26, this are more accent lights, still very recomendable.

Quick and easy lighting setup
I was tired of setting up my lighting equipment for quick product shots. I purchased three of these lights and I wasn't disappointed! I would definitely recommend for anyone doing small scale photography. The only downside is that they get hot, I believe the aluminum knobs are acting as a heat sink. Overall I'm happy with the product and would purchase again.

Small but mighty
The see-through design is a nice touch. There is a quarter inch screw at the top and bottom to screw in a tripod mount to hotshoe adapter. There are two wheels and a button to change the settings. It is lightweight and pocket size. The functions are written on the device to switch between cool white/warm white color temperatures, RGB color modes and effect modes. The other knob is meant to increase brightness. It’s super easy to use! The LEDs have a nice diffused on the front where you can see the individual LEDs, but not when lighting your subject.
This comes with a wrist strap, shoe mount, a short USB charging cable and the manual. For its size is super bright.
Overall, it’s very easy and intuitive to navigate between different modes, change and brightness and adjusting for my needs plus a good value for money.

Great for the price
This is a good little puck light for the price. It has all the same features as similar puck lights save for there being no app connectivity. That's usually not much of a problem until you get used to being able to make adjustments on the fly from your phone, then it becomes a sorely missed feature. In the first picture you can see this light compared to another light I own, the K&F is on the right. Both lights are turned up to 100% and likely have similar output, but the K&F has a much more aggressive softening filter over the LEDs which effectively cuts the output by about a stop. In the next two photos you can see first the K&F and then the competing light, both still at 100. You do get a much softer spread of light, but again, at the expense of output (which is to be expected). Personally, I'd prefer output over softening, allowing me to choose when the light needs to be diffused. Another thing I wasn't fond of is the dials. I thought they would be great, but instead you find yourself spinning and spinning and spinning to get to the right output level. Perhaps if the dials weren't set to make such macro adjustments this wouldn't be a problem, but they're not. If you're looking for a little puck light to tuck in your bag on the cheap, this is definitely a good budget option. Just be aware that you're giving up features and functionality with this cheaper light.

Amazing little light!
K&F always seems to strike a really great position between price and quality of the products offered. This light is yet another example. Priced VERY reasonably at the time of this writing, I've found it versatile, easy to use, and just powerful enough to pull down your ISO and make nice shots.
The light comes in a nice box and includes a USB-C cord, a wrist strap, and little cold shoe attachment, and of course the light itself. Simple USB-C jack on the back to charge it up and you're ready to go. There are mounting points on the top and bottom of the light itself so you can chain multiple lights together. The wrist strap seemed odd at first but as I started taking the light with me more and more, the wrist strap was great for me to use to retain it or attach it to places that aren't magnetic.
So lets talk controls. They're simple and straightforward. If you want your tools simple, this is as good as it gets. One knob turns the light on and selects the mode for your light: CCT, HSI, or EFF.
Constant Color Temperature allows you to turn the top knob to change temperature or with a press of the orange button, light intensity.
Hue, Saturation, Intensity mode allows you to turn the top knob and change your hue, press the button, and the top knob controls saturation, and press again, you can change the intensity of he light.
Finally there's an effect mode that can simulate some fun effects for video work. I've used it a couple times and its OK but not earth shaking and similar to other lights.
Battery life has been very good and I can't complain.
Overall this is really an amazing little light that is very flexible for use cases. At the price, you really can't complain. My only issue is the light is mostly plastic and feels less than idea but I'm sure that's a result of saving weight.
This light is a big yes from me. I have 3 of them now!

Great for Travel
If you are like me, I constantly struggle between packing the bare minimum amount of gear I need and ensuring that I have what I might need when I get to the site. Often a small light such as this is exactly what you might need to help illuminate your subject should your destination prove to be a "low light" challenge. This K&F fixture is small enough to almost not notice you have it, yet provides just enough lumens (close up) to help your subject pop. Color temp and brightness are adjustable and it has a bevy of effects should you need them. For me the effects are superfluous but as a small key light in a pinch, this has great value. The display provides both color temp and level which is handy for reference. BrightIt also works well as a practical light for illuminating background objects. Its small size lets you hide it behind objects to give your background a bit of color. Two 1/4"-20 threaded inserts (top & bottom) provide adequate attachment options.
The only downside is that the rotary switch is a bit easy to turn on when storing/traveling with the device. It would have been good to have had a recessed push button to avoid accidental turn-on. Such a lightweight and small device I think I will leave it permanently in my travel case.

Better than I expected
I was unsure of this light at first but after using some similar lights there are a few features I like a lot on this. The knobs for control, the fact that it's so light (unsure of at first), the magnet back, the easy to use menu. The price is the last one.

Compact and useful color temp ranges/rgb
Let’s start with the good:
Easy to use controls, once you get used to them
Aluminum knobs that feel nice and are very tactile
Good CRI and the leds are diffused pretty well.
Battery life is decent too, considering the size.
The display, although tiny, is bright and easy to read
Not as good:
All plastic housing, but it is good quality plastic
The effects modes are limited in adjustability and all the modes involving “flickering” just blink at a fixed repeating interval. Things like candle mode end up looking like a turn signal.
Magnets on the back are just a bit too weak, the light slowly slides down the refrigerator due to a combination of weak magnets and a slick plastic back. A rubberized coating and/or stronger magnets would have fixed this.
Overall this is a good light if you need a tiny, compact adjustable temp/RGB light. Just keep expectations realistic, it’s not a 1000w video light. I am happy with it for my use cases.

Versatile, Perfect for Small-Scale Photography
After using this for a few projects, I can confidently say that this video light is awesome!
Pro: User-friendly design. The rotary controls on the side of the light make adjusting the color temperature and brightness a breeze, whether you're operating it from the front or the back. The intuitive controls allow for seamless adjustments on the fly, ensuring that you can achieve the desired lighting effects quickly and efficiently.
Pro: The color spectrum offered by this video light is impressive! Wide range of colors to choose from with a simple flick of the wheel, you can easily create various moods and atmospheres in your photographs (or videos). The ability to fine-tune the color temperature and saturation opens up a world of creative possibilities, allowing you to experiment with different looks and styles.
Con: While the K&F Concept RGB light performs exceptionally well for indoor small room and close subject photography, it's worth noting that the brightness at the highest setting could be a bit more powerful. This limitation makes it more suitable for product photos and smaller scenes (closeups) rather than larger-scale productions. However, for my needs as a hobbyist photographer, and making YouTube videos, the brightness levels are adequate.
One feature that I particularly appreciate is the light's ability to work with its own battery. This makes it an ideal choice for on-the-go photography, as you don't have to worry about finding a power outlet or dealing with cords. The portability and convenience of this video light have made it a go-to tool in my photography kit.
The light also comes with some built-in flashing effects, which, while not something I personally use often, may be useful for certain creative projects. However, I think the real strength of this light lies in its color selection and saturation capabilities, which give some pretty stunning stunning looks.
In terms of build quality, the light feels solid and quality, and the switchgear is positive. It's compact and easy to pack and transport. The light honestly feels like it should cost more than $30 - so I'd say it offers excellent value for money, especially considering its impressive features and performance.
As long as you don't need to illuminate a room, this light should serve you well - it's a good choice. I included some quick photos of it in the kitchen for scale - including one showing the internal LED position (brightness way down for the photo). Coke can for scale - and while I do have a USB charger battery in the photo (I just unboxed it and was still charging it) - you do *NOT* need to keep it plugged in to use it - it works stand-alone.

Great Little Portable RGB Light
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
-RGB Video Light
-Wrist Lanyard
-USB Cable
-User Manual
PRODUCT/THOUGHTS:
This portable light is very similar to the K&F Bi-Color light, but this one has RGB Ability.
-This is a pretty nice portable light. You can go from 2500k up to 9900K in the CCT mode.
-There are 2 knobs on this and one button. The bottom knob is your selector for CCT, HSI, and EFF (Effects mode).
-The Top Knob is your intensity brightness, changing HUE, Saturation, and brightness when in effects or colored modes.
-You get a standard ¼ thread on BOTH the top and bottom.
-The One button that you get, has a different function depending on what mode you are on, but this is what you have to use so you change effects, change your various settings in HSI mode, and your percentage to Color Temp in CCT.
-It also has a magnetic backside so you can stick it onto metal surfaces. But I like the design so much that I hardly ever want to use that feature for fear of it wearing down that logo & design over time. I got the white version and it really stands out. It’s just a nice-looking product.
I’ve been using this light together with the Bi-color K&F Light. I’ve been able to get some nice results when it comes to certain photos, and some interesting videos, using the effects features. These kinds of lights can’t replace a true portable professional setup, BUT they do give you something to work with, and they can actually get quite bright for such a small device. It’s made really well and I can recommend it.

Easy to use, great little RGB video light for relatively close subjects
I am using the K & F Concept RGB Video Light for photography and recording video. What I especially like are the easy-to-use controls that include a dial for turning the camera on selecting one of three modes (aka “gear”); a small LCD that shows the camera “gear”; and a second dial to adjust the selected option for the chosen gear. Some other small lights I’ve worked with have had controls that could be a bit finicky or tricky to work with, but these controls are straightforward and work great.
This is a compact light and is oriented towards illuminating subjects that are close to the camera. In the CCT “gear”, the brightness and color temperature of the LCDs can be adjusted, and the brightness works well for illuminating subjects. The HIS “gear” is used to select a range of light colors, with the brightness also adjustable. The EFF gear allows one of 21 special effects to be selected, with different adjustments possible for the effects.
The camera also includes a pair of magnets that can be used to mount the camera, although no magnetic base is included; a 1/4-inch threaded mount on the top and on the bottom of the case; a hot shoe mount with ¼-inch screw; a USB-C charging port; and USB-A to USB-C charging cable.
This is a nice, well-made, small light at a great price. It is an easy-to-use light for video or photography at close distances, while also providing specialized lighting effects for video if needed.

Like it's CCT variant, a little bulbous, all plastic, but very capable and a good value
I was able to review the RGB version of this light the same time as the CCT and came away liking them. The body is all plastic and pretty bulbous in size. It's not bad to use, just feels "inflated". The dials are easy to turn and put into position. It would be better if the power/mode dial had a push button lock as it is possible to turn it by accident.
The CCT/HSI/effects are easy to adjust with a very legible if small lcd. Changing the intensity, saturation, and hsi value is easily done on the dial but does require a lot of spinning if you want to go from one end of the spectrum to the other.
Battery life is pretty decent, and it get's nicely bright at full intensity. It's not going to be a main light like a 600+ watt video light or anything, but it is enough to do creative stuff mostly in the high iso open aperture or close up type shooting.
There isn't any type of wireless connectivity, which some other lights like this in the price range does have. I don't think it's really needed though, but could be a nice future upgrade.
Overall it's a pretty great light, mostly for the price. It's great to do some creative fun stuff with.

Powerful and versatile little light.
This little light really shines bright. It’s very powerful and so compact. The magnets on the back make it so versatile you can attach it to anything metal. See in my video I have it attached to a floor lamp.
Using the knobs, you can adjust the lighting from warm to cool for the white light. There’s also a red light that goes all the way into blue light. And There’s a strobe light effect. Everything is adjustable, which makes this little light so versatile.
It came out of the box already charged, but I’m not sure how long it lasts as I’m unable to try it out for long periods. But it is very powerful and does give good light.
If you can’t attach this with the magnets, there are two tripod holes to use.
Overall, this is a great little gadget for the price.

I dig the retro-cyberpunk look
At this point, I might have to start a collection of palm-sized video lights, because I just can't get enough of them for some reason. But with this light by K&F, I will compare it against my Zeniko VS5 Bi and my Neewer RGB62.
From a color accuracy perspective, these come pretty close when dialed in at 2500k vs the competitors. I think the varying level of diffusion of each light source gives it a slightly different hue of saturation, but the colors do look the same.
As for diffusion, I'd say it's the harshest of the three - it's diffusion cover is also the lowest profile, whereas the Zeniko's cover is domed out and made of a soft silicone material, the K&F's is of plastic and not removable. It's also not as soft compared to the Neewer.
There are magnets located on the back of these lights, and I'm pleasantly surprised to say that the K&F has the strongest magnet compared t the other two. Not by much, but enough to feel the difference. The Zeniko was the weakest, and felt like it could fall off at any time.
Now on to the MAIN point of why I like this light so much. It's the easiest to turn on and use. It has two dials and a button, and one dial will turn the light on INSTANTLY. Most video lights require a hard press of 2-3 seconds before it powers on, but not this one. It powers up right away, which is so much more valuable than you'd think. The knobs are also really easy to use, and super friendly.
All-in-all, I think these lights are great!

These mini lights are just getting so much better (and fun to play with)!
I have quite a bit of lights, and yet…never enough! What drew me to this one was that it was that it had a neat design, quite a large color temperature range, a high CRI (that’s fancy talk, meaning that it can accurately produce colors), and claimed to be able to do something cool: lighting effects alongside traditional brightness and color settings.
I am not disappointed—this thing packs everything it says it does and came with a few surprising features!
Essentially, this is a small light with a little screen on the back of it. That one could use for…anything a light is needed for (but is probably most naturally suited for mobile phone photography, videography, or video calls).
It’s nice to see that it charges via a USB-C cable (included) instead of micro-USB input. Though, I will note: like many included cables, this one is USB-A at the other end & is extremely short. So don’t think about realistically using this while plugged in—unless the light can stay right next to the charger OR you have another compatible USB-C charging cable on hand (which…most of us do or will soon enough!)
I love having a magnetic back too—this is becoming more useful to me as I have equipment and furniture that is made of ferrous metals so…there’s so many spots to just pop this on magnetically! The magnet itself is strong enough to hold the lightweight light, but nothing to brag about & not something I’d intentionally shake around!
Also: when using the magnet, you can access the dials but likely can’t see the backside of it (assuming it’s on a flat surface) which means you can’t see the screen nor can you access the button that changes the sub-setting you’re in (so if you are in CCT, for example, you can use the bottom dial to switch to HSL and back to CCT & you can use the top dial to adjust your setting…but if you are on the brightness setting in CCT, you can’t press the back button to switch to the sub setting, luminosity). Also, you’d have to remember what each dial does since it’s not printed on the front or side but…there’s only two dials.
Realistically, you would just take pull the thing off its meatballs post and change it and then put it down so…not sure that this really matters. After all, it is a tiny product!
And that gets me to what this does well: it gives you an almost full featured mini-key light! You have three modes: CCT, HSL, and EFF.
CCT is your white light. You can adjust only two things: color temperature and brightness. The color temperature ranges from an impressive warm 2500K to 9900K, so you’re getting beyond what most people need for white light. The brightness goes from 1% to 100%. It gets bright enough for a mini light, though it really needs to be close to you (selfie style close) for enhancement, but this is the same of any light of this size. I will note that I didn’t really notice it dim too much so even 1% is still fairly bright. Nothing out of the ordinary there though! I could imagine one using it for night lighting if they so desired.
The HSL setting is for colors. You can choose your hue in a somewhat annoying process of dialing through the degrees of colors. You get used to it though and you really do get to go through the color wheel. You can also change the saturation & luminosity, though I found those features to be just ok…essentially not at their best when you get further away from full luminosity and saturation, but still introducing enough variation.
The effects are where it’s at though (that’s the EFF)! Essentially you can create a mini light show by cycling through 21 light effects. Think flashing lights, so candles, club lights, ambulance and police lights, etc. it’s impressive for a tiny device and I was surprised to have so many of seemingly high quality for a budget product.
So, this is a nice mini-light for those who just want to add something fun to their photos, videos, or life. It’s feels like it’s made nicely, comes with a lanyard and a cold shoe-to-1/4 inch screw with two locking nuts. It’s nice that you have two spots (top and bottom) in which to insert a 1/4-inch threaded screw because it allows you to mount the light AND mount something else on the light.
So, for me, I added it to my webcam (which has a quarter inch thread) using another mount and was able to create a neat little set up!
For those who are wondering, what this is NOT is a professional or semi-professional key light—but I don’t think it claims to be! It’s a mini, multi-use light that is just well-done and could be great for anyone really!
I love it and I hope my experience with this helps!

Great looking, full RGB small light with 1/4 20 mounts
I now have 6 lights with nearly identical function and size to this light, so I will refer to my experiences with those lights in comparison. This is a small battery power LED (bi-color and full RGB) with probably the coolest design of any lights I have, and very easy modes of operation. I do wish the scrolling of the knobs made for faster action (takes a while to scroll up to 100% or down to 1% for instance) and I feel like the brightness is not quite as strong as some of my other similar lights, but the color temp measures very accurate, and the battery seems to last really well. I pictured the LEDs at 4000K with 1% brightness in order to show the amount of LEDs and arrangement. I have owned MANY K&F products over the years from tons of ND and VND filters, tripod, etc and these lights fit the same high end build quality as the other K&F products. There are two magents in the back that you can slightly see through the transparent backing. They hold REALLY well on nice flat metal surfaces, but even on a round pole, the can hold if positioned properly. It comes with 1/4 20 screw holes on the top and bottom, and a 1/4 20 cold shoe mount is included. Worth noting that there is not a cold shoe slot built into the light itself (for stacking lights) so you would need a 1/4 20 to 1/4 20 screw to connect two together. Not a deal breaker but I often connect my lights during storage to help keep them all together. Overall performance is great, and the built quality and style (if that matters) can't be beat. These are nice-looking lights!
