I really loved the pedal, it was super easy to set up, the output sounded super crisp and the build was very high quality. The knobs/buttons and the actual pedal itself was made of all metal or high quality plastic and felt sturdy. It has rubber feet so it doesn’t slide which I also really appreciate, as I’ve used a couple that slid around a lot. The effect was also very crisp, it gave a much fuller sound to the my strums and was very interesting to experiment with. The controls were easy to mess with and understand, and there was little to no delay (that I felt) when I was playing. I used an entry level Ibanez and amp, and both worked perfectly.

Klowra Verdict: decent priced effect pedals w a surprising build quality
The options on this pedal extend it's musical use beyond a usual octave pedal. Tracking is good as it gets. If you get the blend right you can add some extended thickness and timber easy to get weird things but one has to work at it to get something really useful. For the price it is a very good clean octave pedal that is polyphonic, no apparent overt glitching burble so it does a good job. Don't expect a super sounding 12string or great tone bass just enhancement to your tone and some cool attack delay string pad and freeze function is nice. You have to play around w it to get something different.

Excellent multi-octave pedal
I’ve used three Klowra pedals now and this one shares a few common attributes with the others:
1) Excellent build quality, materials, and design
2) An absurd amount of functionality crammed into one pedal, often to the point that it requires a lot of learning to remember even how to do basic things
3) Great audio quality and creativity in the effects.
Fortunately, this multi-octave pedal doesn’t suffer as much from the complexity curse in #2, and does a fine job of “just being an octave pedal.” It’s also not too difficult to play with the knobs and find some versatile and usably weird results, like synth or organ-like sounds.
It’s best used on one or two notes at a time from the guitar, though, as doing multiple octaves off of a thick chord will result in a thundercloud of sound that is hard to control.
Overall a good pedal with a lot of flexibility, at a price that is not within reach for everyone, but is a solid investment for players who want more than just a single-octave pedal.

Detune From Another Dimension and Deep Pitch Control
This octave pedal is seriously impressive. The tracking is tight even on chords, and the way you can stack upper and lower octaves with independent control gives you a ridiculous amount of range. The detune is what really makes it special. It makes your octaves sound so weird but cool at the same time.
You can push the frequency up for these high, almost organ-like textures or drop it down for thick sub octave foundation that makes single notes feel massive. Stacked into reverb it turns into a full ambient pad. Add a chorus and it gets extra weird in the best way. Even through light overdrive it keeps definition instead of turning to mud.
I ran it through my Ibanez AZ into a solid amp and it sounded huge. Leads feel wider, riffs feel heavier, and chords take on this layered, almost synth-like character. The enclosure is solid, knobs feel smooth, and the artwork actually matches the sound. It looks dimensional and it sounds dimensional.
All things considered, if you’re looking for a creative octave and pitch tool that actually inspires new ideas instead of just copying what you already play, this is a really incredible pedal and I’d highly recommend it. Totally worth the price, it’s an amazing pedal that I definitely plan on keeping in the rotation.

A Great Blind Buy.
Great octave and pitch shifter pedal. I really enjoy making my Telecaster sound like a church organ. Pairs nicely with reverb pedals such as the Walrus Ambient Reverb. Stack with a tape delay and really have some fun.

More than a Octave Pedal
The Klowra Verdict Polyphonic Octave Pedal & Pitch Shifter is an incredibly versatile piece of gear that goes way beyond a standard octave pedal. While it delivers polyphonic octave shifting for guitar and bass it's packed with additional features that turn it into something much more dynamic, like a true organ emulator and even Mellotron-style textures that evoke those classic retro prog vibes.
This pedal opens up a vast variety of tonal possibilities. On a clean tone, it can make everything sparkle with those ethereal upper octaves or lush harmonies. The octave controls give you precise, wide-ranging tonal shaping, letting you dial in exactly what you need without things getting out of hand.
The built-in swell function adds beautiful shimmer and dynamics to your playing, creating those dreamy, ambient swells that feel almost orchestral. There is a little latency noticeable when using it, but honestly, it still sounds amazing overall and doesn't detract from the magic in most playing scenarios. The lower octaves can sometimes muddy up chord work, especially with complex voicings. Pairing it with an EQ pedal afterward makes a huge difference in tightening things up and shaping the sound exactly how you want it—highly recommended for cleaner, more defined results.
Build quality is solid, with a sturdy enclosure and an intuitive layout that's surprisingly easy to use despite all the features. For even more fun and expressiveness, hook up an expression pedal.
Overall, the Klowra Verdict adds a ton of fun and inspiration to your rig. It's especially great for players in varied settings—like house of worship bands—where you might need subtle harmonic layers, or atmospheric textures without needing a whole rack of pedals. Highly recommended for anyone looking to go beyond basic pitch shifting!
