I like the sound of the delay but the mix control doesn't have much range. Even when it's all the way down, the repeats are still about as loud as the dry signal. I had the seller send a replacement but it behaved exactly the same way. I guess the manufacturer purposefully designed it like that? I thought for a brief second about keeping it and modifying it to work correctly but who knows what's in there. Surely all tiny, surface mount components. No thanks. If you don't mind not being able to turn the repeats down, it's a good sounding analog delay. Just didn't work for me.

Unbelievable: Who built these? Setup for disaster!
I'm a 30 year audio engineer / guitar player. After receiving my Analog Delay, I noticed all the nuts on jacks & pots were loose, so I went inside to take a look. There were NO inside-nuts on the circuit-board-mount 1/4" jacks! This means that merely tightening the outer 1/4" jack nuts, or having any tension on guitar cables will surely break the jack's contacts from the circuit board solder joints. I'm lucky I noticed this, and had spare nuts I installed. If yours comes like mine did, I highly recommend you do the same.

Works and is good fun
Totally works, you can dial in what you want with the knobbs. Honestly at the price point it's awesome and a great way to play with a single effect. Buy a bunch learn something about signal chain and build a pedal board with some wood and turn it into a couple hundred dollar project max. Afterwards slowly replace them with high dollar effects after you have an idea of what circuits you like. Plenty of hobby fun to have and i think would be passible for live performance if you wanted to try, but I'm just a guy.

Not a True Analog Delay.
Looking inside at its components reveals that contrary to the top review, this is NOT a bucket brigade (BBD) analog delay. It is in fact a PT2399 analog-voiced digital delay. A small but important distinction as the extra circuitry required by BBD circuits for filtering and noise reduction are what tend to make those pedals more expensive.
Still, at 20 bucks, this thing is undeniably a great value, but it is NOT the same exact thing as the MXR Carbon Copy, which the advertising is clearly intended to make you think.

Carbon copy clone really good.
This is an MXR carbon copy clone just like joyo has their delay pedal copies this is a mini pedal the bsave space on your board. Metal cast buttons are plastic but it's not wobbly at all. I have this with a cheap compressor and kmise dream and chorus pedal. I have heard their digital delay which sounds great, I just always wanted to try a carbon copy type and for less $$$$.
