My in-ears broke and I needed a quick replacement pair but didn’t want to drop a few hundred on new customs. These had really nice clarity overall, not a ton of low end but for singers I’d say these are a great option!
I did buy memory foam tips for better sound in place of the silicon tips it comes with. I was nervous about the size of them, they were bigger then I thought they’d be but they were comfortable and didn’t fall out leading worship at church.

The IEM sound good but...
My concern is that they look like the pair, but has differences. The logo is not the same as what is on displayed here or in reviews that I have seen on the internet. The components look identical, I'm just worried that these are knockoffs or something else entirely.
Anybody out there can confirm that they received the same looking ear monitors?

Audiophile grade headphones with one caveat
If you are a normal person who just wants better sound for your music and movies, look no further. For three times the price of your EarPods, these will provide your extra money’s worth in sound quality. You can power these perfectly from your phone alone without needing any external power amplification. In many ways, these sound better than my $200 AirPod Pros. But just know you’re sacrificing some convenience and comfort of the AirPods for the better sound quality of the AS10.
But if you are a social outcast like me, aka audiophile, then read on:
-Comfort: It’s fine. My ears are average in everything, I used the medium tips and they fit and isolate sound just fine. You need them properly inserted so you can hear the sound spacing properly, but they’re not difficult to adjust.
-Build quality: It’s okay. Not as fancy as a $520 Moondrop variations but for the price you can’t complain. They’ll last probably as long as you’re alive, which is what matters.
Included cable: It’s my favorite cable in terms of quality. I really love the texture and low stiffness. It doesn’t make any sound when it rubs against my beard or belly (huge belly people, this is for you). My only nitpick is that it’s a 3.5mm, which is good for most cases, but I had to switch it for a 4.4mm balanced cable for my own uses.
-Sound staging: For this I used my HD650 as a benchmark, and to be honest there are a few things these headphones do better, to my surprise. The better handling of the lower frequencies gives more room for the headphones to set the soundstage and everything sounds subjectively better than it does on my HD650. These still sound less good than the HD650, but they sound 80% as good for only 20% the price, which you can’t complain about. The bass feels in the front, with the mids sitting slightly behind, and the treble screaming right against your eardrum (I’ll talk about this bellow).
Set-up: these headphones aren’t amp or dac picky. But all my amps are solid state, so maybe a valve amp will sound different.
Frequency (Bass): Graphs don’t tell you everything so I’ll focus on what my ears perceive. The bass of these headphones are better than anything I have heard bellow $300 dollars. The next headphones that come anywhere close to these are the Moondrop Blessing 2 Dusk, which are 5 times the price of this. The bass is present, clear, accurate, but doesn’t bleed into the mids, doesn’t make the sound feel muddy or boomy. Well done KZ, I appluad you for the amazing low frequency driver. This has potential to replace all DDs out there for me. And the sub bass is just *chef’s kiss*. My only issue is that the powerful low frequencies feel ticklish to my ear drums sometimes. They physically resonate with the entire tissue of the ear drum which is funny feeling, but it’s no way a deal breaker. I’d rather feel the tickling than have them tune down the Bass.
Frequency (Mids): This is a V shaped set up, so the mids are lower than everything else, with a dip around the 500-1khz range. But they’re so accurate, clear, and present. They just take a small step back to let the Bass be the star of the show. But they’re not sacrificed in any other way, which is what you want out of a V shaped tuning.
Frequency (treble): this is where they messed up. Once you pass the 2khz mark, you start leaving the gates of heaven and entering the gates of hell. The treble is so harsh sometimes, there’s also some sibilance and distortion that makes things worse. If the Bass sounds like it’s coming from a $300 headphone, the treble sounds like it’s coming from bootleg $15 earphones. The issue is you can’t fix it with an EQ properly because the bad sound comes in spikes and is not consistent across the treble range. The sound from 2khz to 12khz is hell, then it dips and comes back again to attack your ears at 19KHz. The problem is I’m still 26 years old and can hear frequencies up to 19,700Hz, so the badly tuned noises above 19KHz are highly audible to me. I’m sure the engineers in KZ don’t care about those because they probably can’t hear them, but please KZ fix your high frequency sound for the young people who can hear it. We are your target demographic since older audiophiles usually are better off and go into the more expensive market.
Summary: Amazing headphones with the best tuned bass and subbass. The only issue is the treble (especially between 2-12khz and 19KHz+) where it needs a -3db retune, preferably with a treble dampener.

WOW!
I was bout to pull the trigger on some 600 dollar IEMs from JH Audio when my friend who is an Audio Engineer suggested I try these first. Boy was he right!
When I first tried them I had very low expectations and I was right when I put them in my ears. No bass, no treble, tinny highs. I immediately decided to send them back, but figured I'd try the other ear tips just to be sure. WOW! What a difference, I switched to the larger size tips and these things came alive! Bass, treble, clarity and a nice balanced sound stage. And most of all, I had so much headroom in the volume to spare! Even on the noisy airplanes I only had to turn the volume up to 7/10 to hear my quite movie dialog! Highly recommend! Just be sure to try all of the tips before enjoying them.

Wouldn't recommend
Ok sound, but the build quality isn't great. The cap is held in with glue. Mine broke apart with mild use.

Pretty good IEM's
I have been using the ZSN, ZSR, AS06, and now the AS10.....and I like using them all......but lately my go to are the AS10's because of sound quality.....the AS06's are no slouch either if you have them. Both sound the same in my ears and both get loud, if your used to tuning the volume way up you sure dont need to do it with these. I find more clarity when using the AS10's and the punchiness of the bass is good enough for me. And also get some foam tips.....the music sounds better because of the isolation.

Fantastic Sound Signature and a fantastic deal!
I now own 4 sets of KZ's, these are definitely the best all-around set. PLENTY of volume, and the eq curve is extremely pleasing to the ear. I cannot imagine I would fatigue very easily with these, even after hours of listening. Both in the comfort department and sound department. Plenty of highs without being sibilant. Plenty of lows without being boomy. Very comfortable in the ear and the isolation is stellar $25Db plus according to some sites. I haven't tested these on a gig yet, but, if they perform anywhere near as well as my AS06's they will be fantastic! I'm a singing drummer, so isolation is key for my in-ear mix. KZ is absolutely the best kept secret in audio right now. Get them before the secret gets out!

One of the Best Set of IEM's on the Market
Excellent Sound, at a Value Price
I have to get this out of the way right off the bat. If you have 100 bucks to spend on some IEM's. Grab these without hesitation and grab the upgraded cable for 14 bucks and be on your way!
With that out of the way lets talk about these headphones in three areas. Fit, Features, and Lastly Sound Quality
Fit / Comfort:
I don't have small ears, I normally have to use the large size eartips for all of my IEM's to get a good seal. These headphones fit nicely in my ear using the standard tips that were provided. The barrel for the sound to come out of is a bit larger than some of the other headphones that I have used. If you have small ears this might be a challenge for you to use these IEMs. I have since upgraded to the comply foam tips for a perfect seal. Isolation is very good when on stage. The foam eartips also enhance the bass response as well.
Features:
There's not much to say with these. You get the headphones, a cable, and a couple more sizes of eartips. The plastic seems to be sturdy and not cheap feeling. The flashy shiny alumimum trim panel in the box is nice, but I would have rather gotten a small case, or even a better quality cable with the set of earbuds than all of that. I have to take off one star because the cable that came in the box with my set, did not work on the left ear. I purchased the upgraded cable and installed it and it works perfectly. A simple continuity test would have shown that the cable was defective.
Sound Quality:
Last but certinaly not least is the sound. I was truely impressed with the details in the high frequency. Its clear crisp, but not harsh. Midrange sounds flat, and the low end is is solid and punchy. Even the subass is really solid on these. I ran a test on these headphones doing a frequency sweep in the low end. These headphones can go all the way down to 20Hz! That was really impressive! They are most defined at 40Hz and above. These headphones are really nice listening to any genre of music. For those bass heads that really like that loose sloppy low end, these might not sound that good to you. These are so clear and articulate across the entire frequency range. These work great for me as a Bass Player in the band. I can clearly hear everything that I do in the mix across the entire frequency spectrum. Vocals are great! Guitars are clear, and the bass is top notch The sensitivity of these headphones is amazing. I only have to use 40% of the volume I had to use before to get the same level of sound. When I run these thru an Axiom headphone mixer I do have to dial back the high frequency in my mix just a touch so it's not harsh. I do that because I want to hear my bass a bit clearer in the mix.
Summary:
You can't go wrong with these IEM's. For the price, there is nothing out there on the market that can beat these. My only negatives are the cable quality, no foam eartips, no case, and that they are a little on the large side, so people with small ears might not be able to benifit from having these.
In comparison my backup set of IEM's is the MEE Audio M7 Pro's. These headphones are $149 bucks and only have two drivers. These KZ's completly destroy the M7's. I wish I would have known about KZ before I was pushed into buying the M7's. I now use the M7 case to store my KZ's and have the M7's as backups in my gig bag.
Don't delay. You have to try these today! I don't think you will be dissapointed.

I no longer have to look up the lyrics to Rap God.
Bought these from another site, but wanted to share here. I liked these okay when I first got them, but still preferred my Tin T2s. I decided to try them balanced with a new cable(yinyoo) and also changed to some dekoni foam tips. They are now on another level above the Tin T2s. The clarity, soundstage, bass, non-fatiguing highs, are all spectacular. If I had to compare these to another headphone, I would say they sound like the Sennheiser HD650/6xx. Very clear and warm. The vocal clarity is unreal.
I can't really pull a star for these, since they sound so good, but I wish they were smaller, they can change in sound from varying volumes, the cable is okay(should come with a balanced option), the highs could be clearer, and a case would be nice.
These are super great. I am excited to see a 10 or 12 B.A. from KZ or CCA(their sister company). Please don't consider the TRN V80 over these(or anything). They are so bright, piercing, and bassy. The TRN V80s are the biggest disappointment I've had in a while. Also, please don't stick a penny in your ear.

Amazing IEM's for Bass Guitar
These sound great for Bass Guitar & way less than the $700 I spent 4 years ago on 4 drivers from 64ears. Added a Pelican case 1030 that I had for protection.

AS10 IEM’s, the very best from KZ, amazing clear sound
Presentation of the KZ AS10: the box differs from earlier KZ models, the AS10 comes in a sober, elegant black cardboard box with the KZ logo and winged top, in which the IEM’s are placed in a hard foam support and labeled Left and Right, with a classy engraved plate with the KZ logo and the model description. The unboxing is pleasant
The foam plate can be easily lifted with the attached black ribbon, underneath the foam plate 2 plastic bags containing the silicone tips (3 pairs in total, S-M-L , the IEM’s come with the Medium size tips attached), and the cable.
Also included are the manual, warranty card and a small certificate of authenticity.
The braided cable feels better compared to earlier KZ models, is not sticky, is flexible and have a good feeling to the touch,
is clearly marked L and R at the plugs, 3.5 stereo L bending jack, contacts and jack are gold plated, the cable is about 120 cm in length, the KZ .75 mm 2 pin plugs connect seamlessly and easy to the AS10 IEM’s socket. The cable have a memory wire next to the 2 pin connectors covered in a transparent tube, the memory wire make a perfect fit to any shape of ears and help to keep the AS10 IEM’s in place.
The shells of the AS10 are light weight, a little bit smaller compared to other KZ similar models, the nozzle maybe a little bit longer, what in my opinion make the KZ AS10 more comfortable to wear for longer times, shells are made from durable plastic, well put together, clean, without signs of glue spills, I got the black color model which have a translucent front and a black back, engraved with the model number and left and right marks.
Isolation in this KZ model is also better than earlier models, and sound leak is lower than other IEM’s.
When it comes to sound, is slightly V shaped, Highs are detailed, not piercing, maybe a little rolled-off, but without affecting the overall clarity, Mids are in the warm side, a little lower than neutral, female and male voices sound clean and crisp,
Low ranges are well balanced and punchy with no distortion and don’t overpower the overall sound of the music and voices.
Soundstage is wide and natural with good definition and separation of instruments were details are clear and defined.
As always the appreciation of the sound quality of earphones is subjective and related to personal taste, I recommend to hear good quality recordings. I tried them with diverse musical genres with optimal result, my favorites are usually classical, percussion, electronic, jazz and vocals depending of the mood of the day. No distortion or muddiness was noticed.
The KZ AS10 IEM’s sound good since I first tried, being a low impedance IEM’s they sound great with smartphones as well as music players.
I used the AS10 with the desktop and laptop computers getting an excellent result in sound quality, this IEM’s also have an amazing volume level, I used them with Samsung, Nokia and iPhone smartphones and Mp3 players.
In low quality recordings I used the help of equalizer to balance the sound, and it was well accepted by the AS10.
Also watching a movie in the computer or tablet with the AS10 give me the sensation of being in a movie theater with a good surround sound system.
As conclusion I can say that the AS10 is ahead of previous KZ models, with an clear and balanced sound and they can compare to more expensive IEM’s but having an affordable price, they are quality built and nice looking. I consider the KZ AS10 a must in any audiophile collection because of their capability to reproduce Hi-Fi sound. I am very pleased and surprized with the AS10 performance and comfortable wear.
Because all the above-mentioned, I rate the KINBOOFI KZ AS10 with 5 stars
