Get GFI information and get label shipped to me as required by law. I will attach label to charger.
Hi
My electrician was moving the charger from one location to another, upon unplugging one of the blades on plug was dark and burned. We wanted to figure out of charger has GFI, however although required by law there what’s any label on the charger. No information. I could not figure out how to reach you. Can you please answer this review and if possible get in touch with me? We need to confirm if charger has internal GFI as required for all plugin chargers if it does not then we will add a GFI however if we add a GFI to a GFI device it may trigger in the middle of the night leaving car uncharged. Thank you for your help….

Charger
This product almost caught my house on fire. I should have returned this product when I first bought it.. the locking mechanism broke with in couple of days of using it. I had this installed by a professional electrician to make sure everything will go smoothly. And after a little over a year the item almost caught my garage on fire

Should be 25' long for outdoor connection
If I have known (and measured it first), I would have purchase a 25' length model for outdoor flexibility. So I backed up the car instead.
Construction seems to be OK. Though the cord is thick, I've no problem closing my garage door overnight to take advantage of TOU. from our local utility for the best rate. Video installation was helpful.

Worked great while it worked
By reading other negative reviews it looks like this charger is good for about a year and a half. Got this a little over a year ago and now it charges for a few minutes then the box keeps clicking then says waiting for signal. Connections are perfectly clean. From the other reviews I see the manufacturer is no help at all.

Neat no frills charger!
Had it for about a week now. So far so good. Charging our ID4 at 30 miles an hour at around 7.5 kwh. Easy install, just screw a back bracket to the wall and attach the charger with four screws on the sides. Hit on/off button and plug it it. No WiFi, but between the car app plus the screen on the charger have all the data you really need.

Perfect for my i3
This home charging station is perfect. It does the job well. I’ve had no issues with it. My electrician installed this for me. Cost was around $175.00 for breaker conversion and installation and totally worth it. It’s very staright forward to use.

4x faster than factory charger.
Great charger. Has a clear readout of output voltage, current draw and battery temperature.
Works perfectly for a 2022 Rav 4 Prime with 6.6kw battery.

Working beautifully so far, as expected
Speedy delivery, great functionality with the information window. Not as slick as my Tesla charger but I’m happy with how this one is working so far.

Home charger
Works really well. Make sure your electrician knows what they are installing. Extra long charging cable is a real plus.

Well thought out L2 Charger.
Good Packaging, easy to follow instructions, works with GFCI breaker, 14-50 plug is long. The cables are not too thick and allows me to close the garage door. Worked immediately with my Jeep 4xe. Pluses comes with mouting template and Hook. The best Pro is that it has an on off button.

Easy to install
I installed this charger in a matter of minute. The size of the charger is 8" wide by 13" tall by 3" deep. The cord that plugs into your car is about 20' long.
The power cord that plugs into the 40 amps outlet is about 42" long. Therefore, you can easily mount the charger about 30" in any direction. I had to mount mine away from the wall, please see the photos. Also, mount the charger as low to the floor as possible. Because the 20' cord that goes into your car will be longer, due to less wasted cordage that will be hanging from the charger.
This display on the charger shows the amperage currently used, the kWh consumption, the elapse time and the temperature of the charger.
To calculate the power cost, just multiply the kWh used by the cost of electricity per kWh (Which is 12-19 cents per kWh in Anaheim, CA)

Check your manufacturers max current spec
This product was easy to install but I have a level of comfort with electrical wiring that perhaps not everyone has. As of this writing it has performed flawlessly. The only regrets I have is that I didn't get the three prong 240v version because the wire running to the electrical panel would have been less costly and a bit easier to install and that I didn't get a lower amperage model. My vehicle maxes out at 16 amps draw so a charger that can go up to 40 amps is kind of a waste of money.

What a value!
I could not be happier! When I received it. The box had only been opened and then resealed. It was never used, never plugged in. Always nice when that happens!
As for the product itself. The quality is great. The IP66 protection from the elements outside mean I don’t have to worry about rain or even a water hose soaking it. The wire cord to the car and wall are both high grade strong wire. The connector at the car and the plug for the wall are both made out of high quality strong material. I had to cut my wall plug off Unfortunately and wire straight to the box as suggested by the manufacturer. When I plugged it into my 2017 Chevy bolt, it connected very fast to the car. It went straight up to the maximum amount 7kwh. The only issue I have is that it does not have any kind of control app with scheduling or other options. At this price point however, it is by far the best value.

Affordable Level 2 EV charger delivers what you need
I'm charging a Pacifica Hybrid with this charger. The Pacifica's on-board 16kWh battery takes about 2 to 2.5 hours (when charging from fully depleted) to charge. This is awesome!
The charger that came with the van takes 14+ hours (and it frequently did an auto-shutoff due to over temp and stopped charging due to being plugged-in outside in the sunlight).
I have it mounted near the driver's door when the van is in the garage, but the long 25 ft cord reaches out to the driveway if I wish to charge without pulling into the garage.
It was fairly easy to mount the charger bracket and cord hanger.
The hardest part was running PVC conduit and 8/3 wire from one side of my garage (from circuit breaker panel) to the other and mounting a NEMA 14-50 receptacle. But you can easily wire this yourself and not pay an electrician.

Simply put, it works and doesn't look bad.
Just installed device today. Seems to work well, charges car at 7.4kW. Display shows real-time charging current, real-time charging voltage, total kWh used since beginning of charging session, and amount of time elapsed since beginning of charging session. Note that image of battery on display is just an animation and not an indicator of battery level in car.
Note that when charging at a full 32A, the cable to the car gets pretty noticably warm. I believe the cable is rated to handle that kind of heat safely, but still worth noting.
Now car charges 6 times faster than with the 110v/12A charger that came with car.

Great product, even better support
AS you can see I have two electric cars. With the included 110 volt chargers by BMW the I8 would charge in 8 hours, the I3 in 12-14 hours. With this device, the I8 charges in 1.5 hours, the I3 in about 3.5. I looked online to see who had a reasonably priced electric vehicle charger and found Lefanev. Since I didn't really need wifi integration (both cars already do it with my phone) I didn't see the need to have a charger that talked to my phone, and adds like $200 plus to the cost. I could not find the back plate to mount the device in the package (though gotta say, gorilla hooks worked just fine in a pinch) and got in touch with they're support team. They answered within hours nad sent me a back plate soon after. Very thorough, and even made sure to confirm that I received it later. The charging end had no issues connecting to the two cars, and you could see how quickly each one is charging. Excellent product (I never turn it off actually though it has an on/off button), looks cool in a dark garage without "trying to hard", and the customer support CANNOT be beat!

Futuristic, yet not SciFi, appearance
• Great charger.
• Right price.
• Quick shipping (2 days).
• Almost bought the $600 ChargePoint, but asked my self “why buy the most expensive charger I can find? “ 😂
• Had to have an electrician add the proper outlet. Took him about 2 hours to do. He went ahead and hung it for me. Sharp.
• Very modern look and the pulsing light is a nice EV-ish touch. Charging up the Chevy Bolt! Highly recommend!! 👍🏻

Works well with my car
My original charger from Chevy was stolen. Spent some time looking for a replacement and found this at a reasonable price. Very easy to use, just plug one end in the wall and the other end into the car. Noticed it can charge at 240V, so I bought the adapter for it. My Bolt now charges a lot faster compared to the old charger.

Most options for the price. Love it!
I use this to charge my Chevy Bolt. Love the 32 amps! It charges my car from empty in about 7-8 hours. Makes it so I only have to charge about once a week or so and I can charge it in one night when I have a cheaper rate from my utility company. I did have to run a new 220v outlet to my garage which was kind of costly but that is nothing to do with the charger.
The charger itself is super convenient. I love the LED display so I know when it’s charging, how much it’s charging and how close my battery is to full. It also has a button where I can turn the charger on and off even if it is plugged in to the car. My car has a timed charging option on it so I never use the power button but it’s a nice option. It has a long old charging cable that will stretch to the other side of my 2 car garage. I like that in case I get another EV (which I certainly will). The best was the price. Couldn’t find anything with all these bells and whistles for this price. There are other chargers I found with an app but that’s the only addition I could find that this charger didn’t have.
The quality is good. Seems nice and sturdy. Installation was a breeze. Took about 30 mins start to finish. Instructions were very shoddy English so I didn’t use them. But I didn’t really need to either since it was pretty intuitive - the same as mounting anything else to a wall.
