by far my favorite budget amp, runs my 5 tweeters and 15 inch sub with no issue at all. has never gotten too hot, which is crazy because i live in arizona. nice and loud and punchy. perfect size for where i installed it and was extremely easy too install. for anyone who gets this amp i recommend you put feet on the bottom for increases air flow.

The amp barely made it. Do not buy this amp. It shorts out and will cause a fire

Not for you daily bumper...
Sounded good for the first 3 songs, then took a turn for the worst.... got too hot and went in protect mode. I'm only running 1 12" sub. If you jam like me spend alittle extra and get a better amp.

Good quality amp. Moves my solo baric l7 without any problems.
This amp moves my L7 solo baric without any issues. Make sure to use a good install kit. This amp allows you to connect up to two subwoofers. I have room to install another one in the future if I want. I’ve had it for a couple of months and it hasn’t overheated or stopped working at any time. Once you set it up and equalize it to your likening you will be set. Make sure to leave the side with the knobs out for easy adjustment. Good quality amp. Trustworthy brand. The remote volume knob is great. I put mine under the dash and when my girls head hurts I can turn it down so the bass won’t bother her. Great find.

A/B Numbers are a lofty PMPO, not RMS obviously. D class is a good budget amp that hits pretty hard.
Class D amp review:
I got the 500 class D amp to upgrade from the A/B amp from last Fall and there is a very big difference. I'm running a 12" JBL sub and the A/B amp just wasn't getting good power on it and my 10" bandpass actually sounded better since it could push it. Today I added the Leigesaudio 2.5 farad capacitor on the system and upgraded to the Class D amp and now the 12" JBL actually thumps reliably and moves the mirrors. I will talk about the capacitor and the performance improvement of the power with it on for that product's review but this amp is a bargain for the $65.99 price point. It comes with the same bass knob and mounting screws, but it comes with 2 replacement fuses so you can replace the set with out having to pick up you own. The tuning is a little better as well as it has phase adjustment. So while I'm giving the product 4 stars it's because it's 5 for the Class D and 3 for A/B. Just skip the A/B and go for the D.
Class A/B amp review:
Ok, first off is the class A/B amp has a single 25 amp fuse which tells you that it's going to be sub 400 watt output before you even hook it up. So the 1600 watts is purely a perfect test environment peak momentary power output. So this is the split millisecond of perfect power and performance where it pushes everything out (then probably dies).
There is 2 speaker output for a mono amp but it is setup - - + + for terminals so pay attention to the wiring diagram if you want to wire up 2 subs. The manual is also confusing as it lists MAX Power for 2/4 ohms twice 800/1600 and 300/600 which neither line up with the 400 watt draw of 25 amps at 16 volts listed. Comes with speaker line in adapter wiring harness and a remote for the bass level. So pretty standard fair nothing missing.
My JBL GX602 is a similar power consumption and same 25 amp fuse with a 280w RMS on 2 ohms so I'd expect very similar performance. Without the ability to run diagnostics I'd guess for a 4 ohm single bridged output it will RMS between 150-200 watts. So it seems to drive my JBL Stage 810 sub solidly for a 200 watt RMS 4 ohm sub that peaks at 800.
With that in mind you can wire it up with any amp kit since a 10 awg kit should provide the current and have a matching fuse rating. It is not a bad amp for a small sub but I would have hoped for a company expanding into hardware that LEIGESAUDIO wouldn't have gone down the marketing road of overpromise under deliver with rounded up PMPO numbers rather than solid RMS output so installers enthusiasts wouldn't have to guess or feel they're taking a risk. For those not paying attention or going purely off the largest number they will be very disappointed as there are amp out there in this price range that will RMS well over 500 watts at 2 ohms which this cannot.
So for an entry level amp with standard features it's 5 stars, but as advertised it's 1 star because it's way off.
