I’m a YouTuber who spends long hours editing videos, and I wish I’d found this mouse sooner! I’m able to get so much more work done without getting carpal tunnel thanks to the mouse’s ergonomic design. Plus the color is very pretty and matches my desk setup.
If you have a computer with only USB-C and no USB-A ports, make sure you order an adapter because the dongle is USB-A. I only realized this after I purchased, but customer service refunded me for buying the adapter. It was totally worth it and the customer service is over the top, if you have any issues they will fix it!

Me llego sin el usb, solo con el cable.

This is very cheaply made. And really doesn’t feel all that good in your hand. The color is nice and I will do another update once I use it, which should be soon.

Despite having issues at first with my mouse, the customer service was amazing and resolved the issue effectively.

This is surprisingly comfortable. It looks strange to me, but it’s actually quite comfortable. My hands are on the larger side so if you’ve got small hands, this probably won’t work for you. But I really like it. I gave it four stars instead of five because sometimes it doesn’t register and I have to click it a few times in order to get it to Move my cursor, but that could very well be because I don’t use a mouse pad.

This is my first time using an ergonomic mouse, and I’m hooked! It fits my hand perfectly, and my wrist no longer hurts after a few hours in front of the computer. The right and left click buttons are perfectly placed for my fingers, and the cursor moves smoothly on the screen.
The only downside is that it’s a bit bulky, so if you travel frequently, it will take up more space in your bag. However, the comfort it provides more than makes up for that.
It’s a wireless mouse and it comes with a durable USB to USB-C charging cord. Note: doesn’t work with USB-C to USB-C chargers.
Great mouse so far in my opinion!
Chelsea
4 stars instead of 3 because, to be fair, this was one of the cheapest upright mice I found.
PROS
- It feels great in my hand! The soft plastic is nice, and my arm immediately feels less tension in this position.
- The forward and back buttons are easy to reach and feel okay
- the main L and R mouse buttons are so quiet. Like, SO quiet. It's really satisfying
- charged out of the box, and I like that it charges with a cable instead of taking batteries. Charging port is right in front where mouse cord would normally be so it's no problem to charge while you use it.
CONS
- No adjustable DPI, and the mouse is soo slow. Will be hard to get used to.
- The mouse doesn't glide over my mousepad like my other mice do. It just takes more effort to move it. Which is made worse because the DPI is so low, because you really gotta move the mouse across the whole mousepad to click on something on the other side of your screen
- Mouse wheel is not horrible, but doesn't feel super amazing either
- There is a button on top that is awkward to reach with the thumb
- overall doesn't feel expensive. Which is okay because it wasn't expensive. But maybe don't buy if you want a more luxurious feel on the mousepad.
I'd say that if a slow DPI isn't a deal-breaker for you, this mouse is very comfortable and a pretty good value. I may end up returning it for a different one that is faster, though.

I bought this mouse back in may 2021…it is now July 2024 and it’s still working strong! Durability wise it is worth the cheap price for this little guy. He has surprised me in lasting this long and going strong. It has quiet clicks so it’s silent for working when my house is quiet. My only caveat is that even me with small hands, it gets a bit uncomfortable to use after a while. Because it’s more of a small form factor of an ergonomic mouse and more travel friendly. Those are great but if you use this full time at your desk, you may start to feel a bit of soreness in your hands. I also think it has a great texture of being a matte mouse..HOWEVER, it catches all your lotion or greasy fingers. If that’s important to you take that for what you will. It feels velvety matte but it shows fingerprints :( . The light on the side looks a little funky but it’s fine for the price of this mouse haha. And also the battery on this is really great! It lasts me a long time before I need to charge it again!

Just received this mouse yesterday and used it this morning at work. The mouse has a nice soft touch to it. The click is not annoying at all. You don’t hear it like your traditional mouse. In the video it sounds loud but it is not! It’s nice to move around and easy to handle. I’ve never used an ergonomic mouse before so it will take some time for me to get used to it. Over all, really good product!

Spending long hours at the computer has made ergonomic peripherals a must-have for me, and the Vertical Wireless Ergonomic Mouse is a prime example. Its sleek design and intuitive functionality have greatly improved my computing experience. The standout feature of this mouse is its ergonomic design. Unlike traditional mice that force your hand into an unnatural position, this vertical mouse offers a more relaxed grip, reducing strain on the wrist and forearm. The vertical orientation encourages a neutral wrist posture, which is crucial for preventing discomfort and potential long-term injuries from extended computer use.The wireless capability adds significant convenience. Without cords to deal with, I can move freely around my workspace without feeling confined to my desk. The setup was simple, and the mouse maintains a strong connection with my computer, even at a distance.Another impressive aspect of this mouse is its rechargeable battery. No more constantly replacing disposable batteries. With a simple USB cable, I can easily recharge the mouse, ensuring continuous use throughout the day. This not only saves money over time but also reduces environmental waste, which is a significant benefit.Performance-wise, the mouse offers precise tracking and responsiveness on various surfaces. Whether working on spreadsheets or editing photos, the cursor moves smoothly, enhancing my productivity.Overall, I am highly satisfied with the Vertical Wireless Ergonomic Mouse. Its smart design, wireless ease, and reliable performance make it an excellent choice for a more comfortable computing experience. If you're looking for an ergonomic mouse that combines comfort and functionality, this mouse is an essential tool for any workspace. 100% recommended

Easy to use, long lasting battery life, very comfortable.

This is the best ergonomic mouse I used, so you might be wondering why I rated it 3 stars. It’s mainly because after a few months of use, the scroll wheel doesn’t work good. When I scroll down it sometimes starts going up a little which is so annoying. There is a 2 year warranty so this isn’t the biggest deal. They sent me a replacement which fixed this issue.
Other than that I like it a lot because it’s really light weight. I mainly bought it because I had wrist pain from being on the computer all day. I originally bought a heavier ergonomic mouse and my wrist pain got worse cause it was so heavy. But this one is so light that after 2 months of use my pain went away. Also the side buttons are really nice.
One thing that is annoying is how it saves battery. It’s annoying because if you don’t use it for like 30 seconds you need click once to turn it back on. So let’s say you’re watching YouTube, and 2 minutes in you want pause the video. You will have to click the mouse to awake it and then click again to pause. It’s not a huge deal but for me it annoys me. It does save a lot of battery because of that feature but I’d rather not have to double click. It’s a small thing you wouldn’t think about until you start using the product.
Still out of all the ergonomic mouse’s this is the best one I found so I recommend it

Um….how did I not know about this sooner??!! I spend my day using my mouse 95% of worktime. After suffering a minor thumb accident, I developed an inflamed thumb tendon. I couldn’t use my normal mouse without pain, spasms and trigger thumb, which then started median nerve pain & numbness in my thumb and index finger. I purchased this mouse in hopes it would ease the usage of my thumb thus calming the inflammation down. Wow. What a game changer. It completely rotates your hand sideways eliminating your wrist being in a downward position on your desk. It also completely releases thumb pressure of any kind. I had zero learntime on this. It is so much more natural and easier to use than the traditional mouse. Everyone should consider purchasing this if you have any type of carpal tunnel pain, or in the very least to circumvent future problems with CTS.

Purchased in Jan 2022 and as of Oct 2023, it doesn't function anymore. It worked fine the first year, speed and connectivity was good. Starting past the first year I noticed the battery drastically declined but it still functioned. I don't game or do heavy WFH stuff, just normal daily use on my personal laptop.
For the price of the product, unless you plan on only using it for 1 year, this isn't worth it nor do I recommend this for mouse for even daily light usage. The charge no longer holds past a moment (video) and is useless in my home now.
Eli
Solid computer mouse. it is definitely more comfortable to use than a standard mouse. My only complaint is that charging port is a little hard to access on mine. You can still plug it in but it takes some finagling. Overall a great mouse though.

I work 4 day - 10 hours shift use my mouse a lot. This mouse helps me navigate through my system very quickly. It does what it’s suppose to. I notice that when I switched from a regular mouse to this one it made all the difference in my wrist. The only thing I do not like is that the battery is very short. While using the mouse on the job it’s died on me. Luckily I have a port close to my mouse where I am able to connect it. But it’s a bit tedious and bothersome to have to work like that while it charges. You’ll definitely have to keep an eye out. There is no way to tell when it’s low battery.

This is my second ergonomic mouse and I love it, its super light weight, smooth and easy to "install", there's no installation needed really, all you do is plug the USB to your PC, the computer reads it and boom ready to go. It charges super fast and if out of battery you can charge and use it at the same time. I'll have to see how long the battery lasts, but so far I love the feeling of it. Totally recommend it.

I have been working at a job where I use the computer a lot so I have started to get pain in the joints of my hands with the regular mouses because I tend to tense them up as seen in the video. This handshake mouse is much more comfortable and feels natural. It allows me to extend my fingers instead of contracting them all day. I would recommend getting a padded mousepad since your hand is turned and putting most of its pressure on your wrist bone. This is also not battery based and it comes with a chord to charge it.
Laus
I was searching for something comfortable and found it. I recommend it!

This mouse has been a life changer it’s so comfortable to work with and it’s so easy to get used to. My hands aren’t as tired as they were with a regular mouse.. I just really love it.
Also I want to mention the exceptional customer service they have. A few days ago I accidentally lost the usb that connects to the computer so I contacted their customer service via email and I got a new usb by Friday, no questions asked! They were so quick to respond and just so helpful.

I have ordered this mouse twice now, and I will continue to order it as long as they keep making it! I type all day for work (heavy computer work, I average 120 wpm typing) and had been previously diagnosed with tendinitis. This mouse helped alleviate my symptoms for a very long time. I ended up having bilateral (both sides) carpal tunnel due to my job, and my wrists both needed surgery in 2021. I honestly don't think I could have gone back to work so soon without this mouse. As you can see from the photos, I still get a considerable amount of swelling in my hands. However, when I use a traditional mouse, I can't even get through the day. I absolutely love this product. Recently, the second mouse I purchased in 5 years (I had purchased it July 2022 because my old one ( I believe it was over 3 years old) finally stopped holding a charge. I contacted customer service directly. They were SO nice, and so helpful! I didn't think that they would honor the warranty because it had been so long, but they sent me out a brand new mouse with very little questions asked. I was in contact with a woman named Susan via the email on the listing who was so nice and helpful! She got me my new mouse shipped VERY quickly and it works so well. The only thing I will say is to make sure you pay attention to the instruction manual - make sure you're using a wall USB charger to charge the mouse instead of charging it with your laptop/computer or another device- the mouse charges SUPER fast. The newer model does not have a green light to tell you when it's charged, like the old model did. The newer model has a red light (shown in photos) that automatically turns off when it's fully charged. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really back their products. I will never buy my ergo supplies from any other company. I will be a lifelong customer for sure. Thank you !

Review for LEKVEY Vertical Wireless Ergonomic mouse.
Not recommended for adults (ESPECIALLY those with bigger/longer hands), though it might be effective for a child or small adult.
As it stands, if I grasp it as recommended (with finger-tips on the buttons), I am holding the whole mouse with my fingers only, and no part of my palm touches the mouse (see YELLOW line in image). If I grasp it in the palm of my hand, my fingers extend well beyond the buttons, forcing me to "claw" my fingers to use the buttons. In both cases the corner of my palm still rests on the desk/surface which gets uncomfortable quickly, and downright painful under extended use (see RED line in image). I would estimate that they would need to increase it's size by about 50% in length, and maybe 25% in height for it to fit my hand properly (i.e.: to keep my hand completely off the desk and fingers on the buttons).
For reference, the average human hand is ~7.6" long. Mine is 8", so only 6.5% larger than average.
Pros:
- Relatively inexpensive
- All the buttons work
- Sleep-mode does extend time between recharges
Cons:
- Due to it's small size, it forces all weight and pressure to a single quarter-sized spot on the outside edge of your palm which can become painful in fairly short order.
- No comfortable way to hold it while also accessing all the buttons, forcing me to constantly reposition my hand between moving the mouse and using the buttons.
2022.01.05 UPDATE:
The vendor reached out to me to address my concerns about the size of the mouse, and while I will not go into all of the details, I will say that this vendor has gone above and beyond all my expectations. The mouse is still too small for me personally, but the customer service I have received leaves no doubt in my mind that I will continue doing business with them. Simply outstanding. Would give 6-stars if I could.
The only thing I will add is that LEKVEY has listened to it's customers and is actively working on a larger model to address the size issue. I eagerly await it's arrival.
2022.03.19 UPDATE:
I thought it was worth mentioning that I gifted this mouse to a friend a couple of weeks ago (who has much smaller hands), and she loves it, confirming that the only negative with this mouse is it's size.

This mouse is very ergonomic. I’m on the computer a lot because I work from home, and I haven’t experienced any hand cramps or wrist strain with this mouse. The mouse is very responsive. I don’t even need to use a mouse pad for it. The battery on it lasts pretty long without me having to recharge it because of the sleep mode. Overall this mouse is great and I have had no issues with it.

Yes it don’t make my wrist hurt when I use it but when I constantly have to move my hand back and forth from keyboard to mouse it’s so light I keep knocking it over and my hand doesn’t just easily switch from keyboard to mouse. Always hitting the pointy tip and knocking it over. Pretty annoying.
Mikel
I bought this mouse to see if it would help ease some pain I've been getting my hand/wrist after prolonged use. I guess it does a decent job at that, but not as much as I'd hoped. It's also extremely difficult to use if doing very precision-oriented work. I wouldn't use it for drawing or gaming. For programming it's okay. I thought maybe I'd get used to it with practice and get better at precision tasks like image cropping within a few pixels of where you want to crop something but 11 months later I still lose a lot of time and struggle trying to get exactly the pixel I'm after, where with a standard mouse I never had to think twice about that kind of thing. Also double clicking gets awkward unless you press hard with your thumb to stabilize the mouse. Because when you're clicking you're applying force in a direction that moves the mouse, so you have to apply equal counter pressure with your thumb to prevent movement you don't want. This is also part of what makes precision a problem. With single clicking you can click without too much pressure to worry about that but double clicking takes getting used to.
But what brought me here though is how the middle mouse wheel is failing. If you want to scroll down just a bit, it is commonly scrolling up instead. This is a mechanical failure of the mouse wheel causing this. You can feel how it isn't "catching" and moving the parts inside when you scroll just a small amount, and it's registering movements in the opposite direction a lot which is maddening (scrolling the screen up while you are scrolling the mouse down). As a programmer this has rendered the mouse near unusable.
It gets a star because I can't complain too much about it's primary purpose which is to provide an ergonomic grip. If your main issue is with pressure at the bottom of your palm at your wrist, this will help with that. My issues included pain there which was helped by this. But I also have pain shooting up the right side of my hand up into my pinky. This didn't help that. Everything else about the mouse is sub-par or terrible.
Edit: Went from 2 stars to 3 stars because of customer service. They reached out about the failed mouse wheel and sent a replacement. They told me they changed the mouse wheel components, and indeed the new mouse has a different mouse wheel. In my attached picture the top mouse is the one with updated mouse wheel, and the bottom one is the one with the failed mouse wheel. I'll update the review again after using the replacement for a while.
Edit 2: After many months the new mouse wheel is still working perfectly. All things considered I still put this mouse at 3 stars out of 5. If you really need an ergonomic mouse to help with pain this has a real chance at helping you (didn't solve all my pain but did help some). As a mouse, it's just okay. With the wheel fixed the primary problem is that your clicks apply force in a direction that will move the mouse so again this is not good for precision work like drawing or gaming.

I'm a software engineer and ignored wrist and forearm pain for almost a decade. Finally it got really bad so I had to take some steps to improve my condition. I purchased 5 vertical mouses, 1 of the more expensive ones and 4 cheaper ones, to see how they compare.
My conclusion is that you just can't judge how a mouse will fit you from reviews. Even reviewers with small hands like mine, had opinions I wholly disagreed with. And I think it's because people use the mouse in a variety of ways. For example, some people rest their hand entirely on their mouse while others use a "floating" hand. Some anchor their wrist and move their hand, while others anchor their elbow and move their forearm. Some have small hands; but, wrist pads and wrist braces raise the wrist, cancelling the problem of (or even overcompensating for) small hands.
Especially if you're like me and rest the entire weight of your hand and also anchor your wrist, you're not going to be happy with *any* vertical mouse *at first*, because your hand will feel like it's sagging down the mouse, and when you try to unsag your hand the mouse will feel insecure because you're unanchored your wrist. (This is where the cushion of a wrist brace helped immensely. After 2 weeks I was able to use the mouse even without the wrist brace. But man, did I hate all 5 mouses at first.)
Anyway, moral of the story: Bite the bullet and purchase a few mouses. $150 gets you 1 quality mouse and 1 or 2 cheaper ones.
Here are the products I compared:
Miscellaenous:
- There's a reason I didn't try the famous Evoluent VM4R. The updated model is getting flack for not living up to its predecessor, and its predecessor apparently hasn't shipped a driver for Mac OSX Catalina, which is what I'm on.
- The Anker and Lekvey have exactly the same chassis (and therefore size). The Anker is battery powered while the Levkey is charged. The VicTsing is slightly larger than those. The Jelly Comb is significantly smaller than any of them.
- See photo attached for comparisons of things like click and scrollwheel feel.

Comfort-wise, it was an improvement upon the mouse my work gave me, which was giving me hand cramps. With this mouse, the only uncomfortable thing was that my pinky was a bit squished against the desk, but if I had a larger size mouse that wouldn't be an issue, and for many people it wouldn't be anyway. I am of smaller stature so i wasn't expecting that, but not terrible. The material was soft and satin-like. Very comfortable.
Unfortunately, I must have received a faulty product, as I was never able to get my mouse to function properly or sustain connection when it was made. It would charge, the light would be green, and i'd give it a whirl. Sometimes it would connect, then disconnect a few minutes later. Other times it wouldn't connect at all. I thought maybe it was human error, turned it on and off, tried to see if it could be worked around. I took too long though– should have reached out to customer service directly before the return window closed. I am still hoping they can reply with a magic fix but otherwise i'll have to buy another mouse since this one isn't functional.
UPDATE: They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I might end up buying elsewhere as I want to avoid this issue (get a wired mouse, which they don't offer at the time of this post) but otherwise I would definitely order from this company again.
Overall: If your unit is not defective, this is a great mouse, and if it IS defective, customer service will take care of you. Their email is [email protected] :)
SECOND UPDATE: Got the battery version and it functions perfectly! Bumping up to 4-star.
Alex
Love this one. It is light weight, don't feel any weight of the battery (comparing to my Microsoft mouse which has 2 AA batteries)
Also, USB transmitter is very small you can insert it on USB port and forget about it.
In pictures I compared with my old ergonomic mouse provided by my office. It us huge, I have to lift my are to move. This new one is small, and i can just move my wrist and head.
It comes with an USB cable that can connect the mouse and computer via USB, which I thought it can be used as wireless or wire. I was wrong. Nothing happens when connect the mouse and computer via the USB cable. In other work wireless mouse only (which is fine with me)
After full charge, the USB port on the mouse will turn gree.
The left side of the mouse has red line light, which will always be red, regardless the battery status.
This mouse do timeout if you don't use it for a while. To wake it up, you can either move it around or press one if the buttons on the mouse.
At last, there are some improvements can be done to make it even better
They should improve on the locations of the buttons.
Back, forward, and another buttons are useful. HOWEVER, all the buttons are located at the top of the thumb. You need more effort to lift you thumb up to reach these buttons.
Please, if you can, change the buttons locations. They should be placed under the thumb. ALSO, forward button is located toward to the end. I wish it is located at similar position as the back button, but located either on top or bottom of the back button. So you don't need to bend your thumb, but move it up and down.
Should allow user to chang battery if it goes bad. I did not see how batter can be replaced.
