I am updating my review because I purchased this in January 2026 and today, I'm getting notifications that the battery is dying and I need to get a replacement. It's less than a year that I own it. Would not recommend or buy again.

I’m not sure I’ll keep these. I really dislike that if you push the panic button, that the tile also makes noise. I wanted my kids to have a safety feature that was discreet. It’s not exactly discreet if the tile makes noise when you press the sos.

It easily breaks where u put key so I had to tape it to be able to use. Case is weak

I don’t like these tag. It won’t show you live location like air tag, so far it update the location every hour. I don’t recommend it

Love these! We use them to keep track of all our expensive electronics - headphones and speakers. It has come in handy a number of times! Like when I dropped my beats at the park! Compatible with our Life360 app we were already using for family members. The location accuracy is so impressive, great value overall.

The new Tile design is a downgrade. The loop snapped after just one month of mild keychain use—kept in my bag, only taken out to lock and unlock doors. My older Tile had a tiny, annoying hole, but at least it lasted for years. This feels like pure enshitification of what used to be a reliable product. I lost my keys, which I finally found, but the tracker with the broken loop had already fallen off. If you depended on the old Tiles, this version isn’t worth it. I don't care for the colors.

They track my movements or any other movements you want as long as they are attached to what you want them attached to and then you just open your Life360 link and it shows you exactly where I am! I use this app to track myself. Because of my ex-wife!

The old Tiles were great. With the new Tiles, the integrated holem the part you connect to your keychain; breaks w/o fail every 6 months. or less. I tried to open a ticket with the Tile company, but after chatting with the AI for an hour on their website, I could not find a way to even get a support email. It's kind of sad that such a good company made cheaper products that break so easily. I lost one tile and if you look closely at the green, it is starting to break.
I gave them 2 stares, because the product did/does work, it is just that the key attachment breaks easily and it is impossible to talk to tile customer server.

Seems good and easy to use but I think a design flaw for the orange/navy color is that the back side qr code print is too faint to be scanned easily. The Green/Light blue design has a QR that is much easier to scan.

It found the tracker that I had inside my bicycle seat. It finally fell off after the bike crashed 5 times in one day. The first night Tile said it couldn't find it. The next day I was 14 miles away and it gave me a range of two street addresses. I went, and It was right there. Totally reliable. I have 11 and just ordered another.

I love this slim Tile, BUT I can't change the battery!! I'm very disappointed about this fact!! It is sealed around the battery and the hard shell is also sealed and hard to open. It is obviously not meant to be opened or have the battery changed.

Weak design. Broke in my pocket . Useless

The little loop broke off so you cannot attach.it too anything. Not even a year old. If you ate buying one do not get plastic.

This is the third one I bought and I bought this for a friend actually because she loses her phone all the time. And the worst part is that she loses it at work. So the ringer is usually off you know, to be respectful to everybody and not have your phone ringing in the middle of meeting. Anyways, they do have limitations. Every once in a while, I will be here and it won’t catch it. But a lot of times it has saved me when I have put my phone somewhere crazy and my Tile has saved me hours of looking.

I bought this because I wanted to be able to find my keys when I missed paced them, I love the color and it works great, also good small size and clean look, bought it on sale!

Sooooo, I can't tell ya how many times these little guys saved my butt,(probably a dozen or so) but I do have a bit of beef. I currently have 4 running tiles which I haven't had any battery problems or reception issues but I've got to say that this company has to work on the body of these gizmos. It's a bit strange that my oldest tile looks the best. Why they made the newest one more fragile is ridiculous. My newest broke within 2 weeks and my wallet tile is completely taped together. Check the pics. Come on people; these things travel distance. Can't you up the plastic quality and make these things more durable!? How would you be able to put these on a child's belongings? They'd be trashed in a few hours. Anyway, good product but needs to go back to the drawing board. Way back. - Love

I absolutely LOVE this pink Tile—it’s both functional and adorable. As you can see, it looks amazing clipped to my keys and bag and blends perfectly with my pink accessories. It doesn’t look bulky or out of place at all, which I really appreciate.
More importantly, it works flawlessly. The app is super easy to use, and with one tap on my phone, my keys start ringing—even when they’re buried in my purse or hiding somewhere at home. It has saved me so much time and stress.
Setup took just a few minutes, the connection is reliable, and the battery life has been great so far. I also love that I can use it to find my phone, too—such a bonus!
If you’re someone who’s always misplacing keys (like me 🙋♀️), this is a must-have. Practical, stylish, and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

They don't show real time updates and if you're not nearby their location isnt exact. If I have to hunt down my object then they have a veryac woman.

I would be lost without this little device I can't tell you how many times I misplace my keys and it works both ways if you misplace your phone you just hit the button and it makes your phone ring or vice versa

I'm forever "losing" my phone in my house and decided to see if Life360 could help me. It has been a lifesaver in getting out of the house on time. I still misplace my phone but it's easily found when I press my button. So cool!

Best thing to own if you're always losing your keys like I am. I love the size and how easy it is to use. This is a quality tracker. The app is easy to navigate and i like that i can see where my things are if I need them.

Tile Life 360 did an amazing job from start to finish. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and the final result completely transformed the space. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, timelines were respected, and the crew was professional and clean. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend Tile Life 360 to anyone looking for high-quality tile work and a stress-free experience. Location accuracy is correct!

This tracker works great for keeping up with keys and small items. Setup is quick, the app is easy to use, and the range is solid for everyday tracking. Alerts are reliable, and the network support makes locating items much easier. Handy little device that gives real peace of mind.

I'd been looking for a tracker for several months. There are quite a few out there. I decided to try the 'tile'. Now i can find my keys and phone with ease. Worked great for me. I ended up buying the thin wallet card for my son after his wallet was misplaced. He has used his tracker a time or two as well. Pretty cool!

Do not recommend. I ordered this item November 17th 2024 and battery died May 21st 2025. Button was pushed approximately 10 times to find my phone and my phone rang the tile to find the tile also about 10 times. Says battery is suppose to last 3 years but barely lasted 6 months.

Frequent beeping easy to find. Easy to set up. Tracking accurate. Very functional specially for me coz I ofter losw my keys. Right thickness and lightweight. Good buy!

Setup was very easy, and took about 3 minutes. You have to download the tile app, but they provide a handy QR code for that. I attached it to my keys. Although it will find my keys if they are misplaced, my fave feature is how I can double-click the logo to get my iPhone 11 to sound out. I misplace the phone inside my house at times. The app is straightforward and easy to use. It allows you to enable/disable the SOS function; I chose to disable it from accidental triggering. It comes with a 1 year warranty.
