Quality ingredients and helped me focus

I've finished the first month of these calming and focus pills and I'll be continuing to take them ongoing. The ingredients are good quality and I've experienced no adverse sides after taking them for an entire month. I really noticed being more calm and on task at work after just a few days taking them. I didn't get stressed as quickly and felt focused on more tedious tasks instead of yawning and getting sleepy. I'm not sure, but I think these helped me sleep better as well. I noticed my quality of sleep improved since I started taking them. Great price and great quality, will be in my daily supplements. These pills are easy to swallow, odorless and tasteless.

This supplement is fantastic. The combination of ingredients seems to work very well together. I believe the ingredients are legitamate as I know how kava is supposed to taste and the numbing effect it causes. This has helped me so much yi get good, restful sleep. I will strongly consider buying this supplement in the future when needed.

Calm Focus

I have been taking these consistently as suggested on the label in the evenings after work now for a few weeks and I do feel like they help me relax. I like the mix and I feel like I have had some positive results from these. Would recommend trying. Came clean/sealed/safe – no stomach issues or anything. Thank you!

Combination

I have taken Ashwagandha before for mood. This contains sensorial Ashwagandha which is said to be much more potent. I have seen Kava used in other products for stress so I think this will be a good combination. The capsules is medium sized (see my photo). I had no problem swallowing them. My one complaint is that if you take 2 capsules, as recommended by the bottle, this is only a 2 week supply.

Pros:

-When you open the bottle, it smells vegetably.

-The company seems trustworthy

-My sleep has improved lately. My energy has also improved slightly as well. I've made some other changes... so I don't know if its these pills or the other changes I've made or a combination....

Cons:

-30 Days supply. You must take 2 capsules, and there is only 60 capsules.

-rice bran filler. I don't need that crap.
