I don't drink coffee except for the rare occasion; so caffeine works very well for me. I'm not sure if this supplement was the reason why I was alert, but I did feel the difference all day. I intermittent fast on occasion and a heavy meal can make me sleepy or tired, but today with this supplement I felt alert all day after a meal. I don't appreciate that it has caffeine and I don't know if that's the main reason, but it appears to work as advertised. I didn't feel any negative side effects either so that's always a positive in my book. I'm surprised that with the little amount of ingredients and the quantity of those ingredients worked well. I'll continue with this product as it seems to have an immediate effect.

I got these for when I'm playing warzone. They seem to give me a boost of energy and help me be more alert. I feel I play better when I take them and able to make quick decisions and be more accurate with my shots and make better plays. I feel as though they work and I really like them.

This has 4 ingredients, and at least a couple of them (if not all) you may have consumed separately or in something like an "energy drink".
I found this to be a decent alternative to a cup of coffee. But then I consume copious amounts of caffeine, beta-alanine, and L-theanine a day.
