BRIGHT

One of the coolest things I bought. Very very bright out of the package. My son and I can't wait for night to play pass. He absolutely loves it too. Would be awesome to take to the beach and play pass on the sand.

This football is so cool! It automatically lights up when you hit it and stays lit up for about 10 seconds. It's super fun for kids and looks awesome when playing in the dark. The football is durable and works well. The battery has been going strong for a while now too. My son has loved playing with this. Overall a super fun football and a great value too. Five stars!

My thoughtful review and thoughts on this football after playing with it.

I love this football. It’s got a great feel to it. It feels like you’re going to be able to throw it a far distance and you can. It’s easy to catch. Feels good in the hands. It’s got a little weight to it, but nothing irrational.

The color of his fantastic it’s got this NFL type of blue and green that goes together really nice. Really great quality, well construction it was made to really be used durable and holds up.

I have a lot of fun doing this around with family and friends. Good for kids and adults. Good functionality altogether.

I like how soft it is, but you can still really throw it. A lot of football balls that are soft. You can’t really draw, but there’s enough weight on this where you can actually get it around.

It’s not too big you can see in my hand. It’s not a standard size but big enough to have some fun. I definitely recommend it. I like it.

Glowing Football

This is a great kids' football to use in the evening. It's smaller than an official football, and is softer since it is more like a nerf material. However, it's still a good ball to use when it gets dark since it lights up. There is a battery pack in the center of the ball that is accessible through an opening on either end. There is a light in the battery pack which glows when the football moves. The battery pack slides in and out with the push of something like a screwdriver, but it stays intact when the ball is thrown. My son really liked this ball since it was a good size and weight for easy throws. The ball has a nice green glow that looks good at night. The light shuts off after a minute or so of inactivity.

[Sorry about my sketchy camera work!] Works great right out of the box, well balanced, flies nicely. I'm pretty sure it's *not* waterproof, so we didn't try it in the pool. It is really fun, and we had a great time father-and-son'in it!

So cool

I got this ball for my son who loves to play around throwing and catching, especially when we are stuck inside. This ball is great for both indoor and outdoor use. The ball is a soft foamy material, so no one gets hurt. It would also be a lot of fun to have at night at the beach or outdoors. Once you remove the tags, the ball is ready to start using. The ball lights up as soon as you pick it up and shuts off automatically after a minute or two of not being in use. The battery is inside the ball and can be replaced when the battery runs out. It's really bright when it is lit up and makes the entire ball glow.

This football is so fun! Nice and bright even when not on. I do NOT like the fact that it already is peeling (see last pic) and has been played with for less than 5 mins. It does come with batteries installed and appear to be easy to change (gotta push the battery out from one end of the football). The light will go off after 45 seconds of not being played with and lights up as soon as you start moving it.

This is become a favorite for my kids

First things first, as other people have said it does not have an on or off switch. This is my only reason that it doesn't get five stars.

What you do get, is an excellent alternative to the name brand foam ball that's out there. The texture is on par with the competition, same with materials. It isn't easy to get the lighting mechanism in and out but it is possible to do it. As with my second photo you can see that if you have tall grass or hard grass it will get damaged.

The ball itself does not glow and I did not expect it to Glow as well with the light provided, but the first night that we used it it stayed bright and provided us with a good hour of fun. The light is activated by motion and turns off around 30 to 40 seconds after it has been sitting undisturbed.

The price is reasonable enough to look at getting a couple. But please don't let your dogs use it as a chew toy.

Cool color, feels great, kids love it

This light up football has a foam-like feeling (easy to squish) and a small size that makes it perfect for kids. It lights up when hit, dropped, and/or impacted in some way, and says lit for about 30-45 seconds once the movement has stopped. It's easy to throw and catch. I've seen other light-up footballs that trend a little too large for my kids, or they end up being kinda hard. The soft feel of this football makes it perfect for indoor play.

There are instructions included that very clearly demonstrate how to take out the LED light and change the batteries, and they offer a video tutorial as well. These are some of the most helpful instructions I have seen with a toy like this!

Overall, I am super impressed with this. The size, feel, and color are perfect for my kids (and me, I'll admit! It's fun!)

Great for night play

I like that this football can light up. It is perfect for playing with at night time. I also like that the batteries are included, which is very convenient. The football is well made with good quality. It is lightweight and comfortable to hold and easy to catch. It can be given as a wonderful gift.

So fun!!! So simple in that it lights up on impact or when it’s shaken. Foam seems nice. We’ve been having a blast with it.

This soft, glowing ball is a lot of fun!

Really cool ball! It is very soft, sort of like a nerf ball. It fits comfortably in hand and is easy to grip. The size is good for both kids and adults. With a light bump, the light inside comes on and it really looks awesome and is easy to see in the dark. Within about 30 seconds of inactivity it turns itself back off, so super simple. No battery installation required. However, it's one of those things that when the light does quit working, there's no replacing the batteries or the light. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

So Much Fun for Everyone

We love it. The kids, toddler, and even my husband had a blast playing with it. Super bright and perfect for evening play.

It really is super cool! This is going to make our summer nights & bonfires so much more fun!

SO cool! It glows SO bright! My boys were ecstatic & are taking it outside right now to play! I told them I had a surprise which was followed by “well, you don’t really have great surprises usually” (so not true)😂😂 But they love it! I’ll probably have to purchase a second!

The first picture is in a room with light coming in the windows. The second picture is what it looks like under a blanket. The third picture is how bright it is glowing through my super thick blanket!

Motion activated, soft, and fun

Note that there is no on/off switch. I debated knocking off a star because I’d rather have a physical switch but decided not to because I can see some people liking the automatic motion sensor doing that for you. It shut off about 38 seconds of no motion. So if you loose it in tall grass in the dark then you have 38 seconds to find it by the light.

Overall, my kids liked the small size and how soft it is. They said it makes it fun to just toss around without much care.

It is soft so I wouldn’t expect it to hold up well to a dog or rough play like fighting over it when playing 500.

Football With Style

This is a nice football. It is a great size for a young boy with young hands. My son does great even with a full size football but this one is even better for him, he is able to throw to his max capability and catch even better tool. It lights up so he can still play in the night time like him and his brother and sister like to do. The foam allows for great gripping.

Nice Nerf-like football; super bright

Great Nerf-like football. Small size makes it great for kids. Tosses great and the kids seem to really enjoy it. Lights up SUPER bright and lights shut off quickly when not in use and activate quickly with motion.

Tip:

Be careful taking it out of the box though as the foam can tear easily. Not sure how long it will hold up to play but it’s great while it does!
