Great product but unfortunately the upper pad came loose.

Fortunately the top pad came loose I think they put it on slightly crooked. Bought a new one to replace it. I still love this product I don't think anything beats it and sound quality.

No lo recomiendo

La caja original de los audífonos muy muy maltratada, no se conectaban bien, se escuchaba un solo audífono(el derecho).

Unbeatable, Older Design & Functionality.

The sound quality in these is unmatched. I had my last pair for over 5 years, and hadn't really noticed that the sound had degraded a bit until I got the new pair. Holy cow, talk about high fidelity. Music of all genre's sounds great in these, and settings are easily tweaked to pair with whatever you're doing; gaming, jamming to tunes, watching a movie, or on a voice call.

I play a lot of FPS games, and let me tell you, the bass ROCKS! I had to jump into a quick match right after I got these just so I could really enjoy how punchy the bass is while playing shooters. It really helps you feel immersed in the game. And of course, dtsX surround sound is unbeatable. No more getting ambushed!

The last of the #35 series of Logitech headsets. Logitech's new headsets are suffering in quality, but this older design is still chugging away. It's super comfortable, and heavy duty. My last pair fell off my desk hundreds of times before the USB plug finally wore out.

I love that you can color match with your other Logitech gear, and GHUB recognizes it immediately -- no compatibility issues. It holds a pretty decent charge (About 9-10 hours in my experience). It also still works on the charger, I know some headsets don't offer that.

The only complaint I have is the leather earmuffs occasionally make my head a little sweaty. But those are easily replaced with fabric covers for a mere $15-20.

Logitech G935 Review 5/5

Nice headphones

Hubby loves it! He doesn't hear me when he has it on and I am talking to him so I am guessing the noise cancelation feature works well. Lol. He says it's pretty comfy.

Used and abused, delayed shipping

After waiting an extra two weeks due to shipping issues and complaints, we got a used pair sent to us that has someone’s fingerprints all over it and the padding is worn down as well. My son worked to earn these and having him open the box to find a worn and abused headset inside was embarrassing. Will see if the replacement gets delayed and arrives damaged as well. This is disappointing.

After 3 years of light use the left channel doesn't power up

The headphones were great when I first got them. They do tend to make my ears hot so I don't like wearing them for long periods of time. I only wear them occasionally when gaming. They were pretty solid for at least the 1st year of using them. When I started to have some issues with audio I contacted support and they had me reset them which seemed to fix my issues temporarily. At this point I've waited too long and they are now outside the warranty period. When I power the headphones on everything lights up, but you don't get the initialization beep from the left headphone. There is no audio from the left headphone when this happens. If I power them off and on over and over again they might work 1 out of 15 times. Even when I can get them to work temporarily they cut out in the middle of using them. I haven't tried taking them apart yet, but I've stubmled across some videos for fixing the faultly power button on the G933. I assume this is the same problem with my 935 headset. I probably wouldn't buy them again.

Could have been better

I love the headsets look. I dislike that I recieved it broken... Going to attempt to return it and get a new one that is hopefully not broken upon arrival... I have the worst luck.

Excellent Condition

Arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition! Box has no damage! Would purchase again! Purchased the wired G635 a couple years ago, my son loved it. I’m certain he will enjoy the 7.1 surround wireless headset this time around.

Great sound when it works, but terrible build quality

While it was working, this headset was easily the best 7.1 headset I’ve ever used. Sounds were crisp and really immersive. Build quality, however, is terrible. The left ear pad wore down and eventually came off entirely. The top cushion which allows the headset to sit comfortably in my head came unglued and was constantly falling out of place. The left earpiece eventually developed a problem which caused the left surround to fail and make a crackly noise. Eventually, the headset stopped working at all, only flashing read despite several troubleshooting attempts. Granted, the headset is several years old now, but was adult-handled the entire time I’ve owned it. I won’t be buying another Logitech product (and I’ve bought many of them!)

eh…..

the power switch if faulty, u gotta jiggle it for the audio to be clear. It’s okay with video games on console and streaming movies/shows but music is trash on it. you can forget using the aux cord just a bunch static.

Mixed Review

While 90% of the time these headphones work great, for someone who is a PC gamer like my boyfriend these aren’t it. They have a problem when the mic gets flipped up and he loses connection and it is super aggravating. Needless to say, he got a different pair and I got these as a hand-me-down. For me, these are perfect. I don’t game nearly as much. But if you are looking for something long term….these aren’t the best.

as soon as the 2 year warenty period ran out both earphones started cutting out.

As soon as the 2 year warranty period ran out both earphones started cutting out.

This is the second pair of these headphones that I have owned. The fist pair did the same thing. The earphones started cutting out until they eventually were completely dead. I just thought is was a fluke. So I bought a new pair, but again right when the warranty window ran out the earphones started to cut out.

These headphones are far to expensive for this kind of problem. I do not recommend buying them

Logitech really let me down with this.

I'd like to start off by saying I have never had problems with Logitech products before. I have been using them for decades (mouse/keyboards) and the products are usually top notch lasting YEARS.

However this set of headphones really let me down. I bought them in 2020 around Christmas time and the power button like others here have spoken about failed in exactly a year's time, Christmas 2021, and the ear pads and head rest at the top started to flake around the same time. Similar issues happened with the mic flip to mute and unmute option. I thought it was just a bad batch, as you can see in the picture it's still in great condition. I never dropped it, never hit, knocked it, bent it. I take really good care of my things.

So I decided to try again and luckily I was still within warranty so I contacted custom service about it to get a replacement because like I said I am a fan of Logitech products and have been using them most of my gaming life. 20+ years. So I really wanted to give them another chance.

Customer service was GREAT, let me just say that. They sent a replacement for me with no hassle and this time. This second set I took EVEN greater care of them and to my surprise in almost a year's time it started to fail with the same issues, (power button and flip mic) Sometimes I have to turn it on and off or just touch the power button slightly when I turn it on just to get sound out of both sides of the headset, you can really tell that there is some sort of electrical shorting happening around the power button. Recently the mic wouldn't even come on after the usual power on sound alert. I have to unplug the USB dongle and plug in back in then turn on the headset again and most times that fixes the mic turning on at least. I am really disappointed in this set of headphones from Logitech, a real let down.

When it was working it was great, good sound everything but after a year power button and mic issues are the downfall. I really think they need to change the power button from a switch to a press button.

TLDR: Headset was great while it lasted, but the power button, the not getting consistent sound on both sides, flip to mute mic failing, and ear pads flaking after a year both times are real issues.. Regretfully I'm gonna have to look elsewhere for a better headset.

Received dirty Used Headset

My headset was super dirty, dandruff all over them, and the ear pads were absolutely filthy. Did not even feel comfortable trying them. Set up return within 5 minutes after opening the box.

Quality control has gone out the door

When you buy a headset for over $100 dollars, it should work out of the box, right? Logitech no longer has that design philosophy.

Mine was shipped NEW with a hardware issue from the g933, making it almost impossible to listen to audio. Neither earcup will ever be the same volume no matter how much power button adjusting you do. For no reason should a new model carry the same issue as its predecessor, especially when my g933 took 4 years to develop this issue and STILL WORKS BETTER. This one seems to have it as a feature.

Not only that, but the top headband isnt even secured properly, they slabbed glue on it and called it a day, meaning itll start falling off in a month or so after buying.

And the software... logitech g hub is the worst proprietary software I've ever used, cause it cant even recognize their own products half the time without a long and arduous quest line to reinstall the software after removing ALL residual files, just to do it again next time you restart.

Coming from a long time logitech fanboy, i will no longer be buying any logitech headsets till these issues are finally addressed. The only reason in my book it deserves a 2 star is the audio quality, WHEN IT WORKS, its phenomenal. Good luck with that tho

Really Good headphones for Gaming!

Bought these headphones because I have been gaming for a few years and read the reviews for these headphones and decided to try them out. I'm glad I decided to get them because they are very comfortable and for gaming really good. Especially the microphone because it has HD quality. All my friends love the way I sound and think I have a really expensive microphone. I let them know about these headphones and I'm more than sure they have bought it.

Bulky but great headset!

I just recently been a Logitech fan. Already bought mouse and keyboard and this completes my setup. I’m happy that my partner gave me this as a gift.

Overall the headset is great! Except that it is bulky. And also the left ear is making cranky sound. But overall experience is great!

I enjoy using it.

The headset is comfortable, its design is clunky and the microphone isn't the best. Here are some pros and cons

+comfortable

+inexpensive

+7.1

+wireless

+metal band

+battery life

+profiles for games

-microphone isn't the best. Let me just add I own a 200$ studio microphone so comparing it to this isn't the best but all my friends over discord agreed this microphone sounded like xbox party chat

-squishes on head too tightly

-too many buttons and clunky

-volume control is a wheel with no ends

Overall I'm happy with the product and price.

Lasted a year, then shorted out - replacements have also failed within a year or less

After a year, this headset suddenly stopped charging. Opening it up, I checked to make sure the battery pack was still good/connected and found char marks on the clear plastic covering the wiring. Not sure what happened, but it seems this shorted out or was never soldered right to begin with. It's been a year, so Im doubtful I can get any replacement. Not worth the money.

Update 1/15/2023:

I've had this replaced by Logitech twice under warranty now, and have submitted a 3rd request for yet another failure. Kudos on the company for continuing to honor their warranty and to replace defective products. But each one has failed in a different way within 6-18 months. The second had one entire side stop producing sound entirely. The latest has developed hissing, crackling and cutting out at any volume level. I'm asking the company either for a full refund of the MSRP or an equivalent replacement from another product line rather than just another G 935 destined to fail within the year and have to wast both my time and their money yet again, but likely I'll be crossing my fingers on yet another of these.

Nahh

The sound quality is good, noise cancellation is weak, which I don’t really care about. Also, pads are leathery material so it might be annoying in hot/humid weather. I like the weight and bulky size of this headphone.

Update: 6 months in, the sound started to echo heavily like someone took the source of the sound and walking away. It keeps fading away until some point where I can barely hear the echoed sound. I tried the good ol' "hit once and it works" method and hit it on the table once. It sounds fine now. But I'll be looking for a different headphones soon.

Surround Sound Works Great!

What I love is when playing games the surround sound works great! I can tell the general direction of where something is coming from and can respond. I like that I just have to flip up the mic a little to mute, You can see this in the pictures where there is a Red light coming by the mic. The charge on these last me a long time when playing games. I wish the noise cancellation was a little better and that I could control the gain on the mic a little more. I only gave it 4 starts because it is a bit heavy and can get a little uncomfortable, but that tends to pass quickly. Still very happy, works Great, simple to set up and use.

Great product, plz don't get this for its mic, has some of the best surrounded sound on a headset

So I made a mistake, I thought the volume rocker on my head set was faulty, turns out I had to reset my p.c., anyone else who has this problem out of the box, try reseting your desktop, now I can control my volume with the headset, something small and simple but gave me a headache for hours, took off a star cuz the box it came in was highly damaged, so damaged i was going to return it and the headset had these lil dents in them

Balanced and very comfortable headset.

My first ever wireless headset and it works amazing. The customization options you have in the G-Hub are on another level. You can also select various different RGB settings to whatever you like and also change the mode in which your headset is in depending on what you're doing.

It’s a good product

My volume button for some odd reason it doesn’t work prior. So I have to change the sound / volume through each game . And if you have Xbox one it’s not wireless to it but it comes with a aux cored that connect to your controller n headphones..

Also after few weeks my charger wouldn’t charge my headset . I have to move the wire in weird ways so it can charge

Nice headset but super fragile.

Not even a month of use and this headset broke after dropping it once. I accidentally knocked it off my head bending over and fell from about 3-4 feet from the ground. So I get it, it's my fault but I'd say it's pretty fragile. Where it broke is the rotating part of the hinge. It looks like some cheap plastic that's used to keep it together.

While I used it though. High quality sound. Buttons are kind of weird to get used to. Also don't understand the lights on the back of the headset but you don't need to use them.
