Quality headphones with great sound

These are great headphones! They plug right into your laptop, have a comfortable fit on your head. They are sturdy, have great sound, and are great quality. I purchased a few other brands before buying Logitech. All of the other brands weren’t compatible with my laptop. I highly recommend these!!

Could Use Improvement on Durability

I bought this headset a year ago. It just broke on me recently. I’d say purchase this product for short term use. It isn’t as durable and can be a little tight on the head if you were glasses. I did enjoy the microphone quality and that it didn’t need to be charged. I would not suggest this product for heavy use. Also feels wasteful having to buy replacement every year or so.

Breaks easily, low quality

This was my second time buying this headset, I thought it snapped in half the first time because of user error, but it turns out these are flimsy and even though I bought this one 6 months ago and it’s already broken, customer service did not offer a replacement or refund. There are much better options out there. It also hurt my ears after being on for more than a few minutes.

Poor Long Lasting Quality

I had my Logitech USB Headset H390 for 1 year now and previously worked normally, but it suddenly stopped working today. I have tested it on multiple USB ports and at least two different computers. It is no longer detected as an audio device and there is no sound or microphone input at all. The headset was working before and is now completely inoperable across all devices. Great product but not for long lasting quality.

Cheap garbage

Do not recommend, will not purchase again. I'm surprised by this low level of quality from Logitech. Sound quality is acceptable, but certainly not good (compared to other inexpensive headsets I have from AOC, Phillips, and mPOW). The headset lasted 9 months until one random morning when I tried to put it on for a call and it snapped along the top right. I'm usually pretty good about repairing things, but this can't be easily repaired or splinted because of the shape and tension in the top piece. Sadly, it's just garbage now.

Good while it lasted…

Sound and comfort were great until it broke! After just 5 months (unable to return of course) the inside adjustment area cracked, making it unusable. For the price, I expected much better quality. Disappointing and not worth it if you want something that lasts.

cheaply made

I used this headset I bought in the late 2000's and accidentally rolled over the cord a few too many times and it stopped working. I was delighted to see that the price had only gone up from $20 to $22 to over all those years.

Well, after a few months of light use (work calls), I went to put it on one day and both sides of the plastic head piece snapped at the same time. I did not stretch it - just the normal movement to put it on my head. It seems they have made the headset so cheap (thinner plastic) that it's not durable at all. I tried to hold it together with duct tape, but it keeps sliding off when I'm on calls, so I'm shopping for a different brand now.

Tangled cord

Honestly I hate this headset. the sound is good, the mic is good. Its cheap. But WHY???? Why on earth does the cord tangle up. I’ve only had this for a couple months and its been doing it almost the entire duration. I would not recommend this headset.

Last less than a year.

I really like this headset but as you can see it last less than a year.

Just like the picture

I loved them so badly!!! Great quality!!!

Work well for the money but break easily

There is a pretty thin piece of plastic joining the top headband and the side pieces. As you can see in the picture, you have to be gentle when you take these off your head or it will snap. I expect this with no-name imports but am surprised to see this with a brand like Logitech. It would be an insignificant cost to make this thicker so it's not a weak point.

Smaller than expected

They are really small and feel cheap like I can break them if I move too much. The pads barely fit over your ears as well. They work great though.

Mic issues

Had these for only a week with coworkers randomly unable to hear me. Mic is the worst and agree it's uncomfortable squeezing.

Pretty color

Volume is great it's got a little clip to clip onto your shirt and it can adjust the volume on the clip

Cheaply made won’t last

I bought these 11/2023 and wear them for work. They snapped at work and became totally useless to me. No warranty my fault. Don’t buy these you will regret it!

LEFT EAR ONLY / MUTE BUTTON

I was very shocked to receive this product to find out that the Mic only rotates for the left ear and does not work on your right ear

Nothing into the description that I have found tells you that this is a left ear only model. I’m very disappointed in this feature.

However, the headset is very comfortable, as well as has a sharp appearance.

UPDATE:

After using this now for a couple of weeks another feature that is a major problem is the MUTE feature; this button is way too easily activated and causes problems during a conversation when it accidentally gets activated.

Broke

I have had it for 3 months and the right side broke..

I also wish the ear pads were bigger but other wise it’s great

Wasabi

Tanglemania

It sounds great and people hear me clearly, but it tangles like a bad hair day in less than a month.

Es muy bueno, cómodo. Se ensucia rápido…

100% recomendado

Muy bueno y cómodo. El sonido es bueno y el micrófono también, se ensucian rápido cuando son blancas obviamente pero es fácil de limpiar

Impossible to untangle

Cord continuously curls and tangles, and is impossible to undo and straighten. Every time I try to straighten/uncurl it goes right back or even gets worse. I don’t want to damage it by trying to correct it with counter-bending. The cord just keeps getting shorter and shorter 😵‍💫

Broken Product

This is the second pair that I got replaced since the first pair did not work. Now I have to go back to UPS to return AGAIN.

The Lolly Life

Not for me

These weren’t for me…so these are fairly good headphones but they rly hurt my ears! Since they don’t go completely over my ears & sat on top of my ears, they hurt, & I couldn’t wear them! If u can wear headphones that sit on top of ur ears & that doesn’t bother u then these would be a great pair to get, otherwise stay clear of them.

Awful headset

Was immediately disappointed when I opened this. The headset is so tiny it doesn’t even fit on my head. It doesn’t cover your ears what so ever. Gave me a headache after 10 minutes DO NOT BUY

Ear pads are still uncomfortable for glasses-wearers: recommend switching pads to Earzonks

So far this headset seems to be a perfectly good way to conduct Zoom meetings and Skype calls while bypassing the computer's external speaker system. I haven't yet had a chance to judge how effective the noise cancellation is. I found that the OEM ear pads were thin and unforgiving, leaving my ears very sore after about an hour. The problem is always the temples of your eyeglasses, because any headphones with spring tension in their headbands necessarily press your ears against the temples of your eyeglasses. The answer is perhaps for manufacturers to leave horizontal channels in the padding to accommodate the temples, which I have never seen any design attempt. Failing that, you should go for cushier, thicker, much more yielding ear pads. Luckily for me, I had an extra new pair of very thick soft foam earzonk L cushion replacement pads for Grado headphones (see photo), and they happen to fit these Logitech H390s as if they were designed for them. I strongly recommend this accessory to any glasses wearers who intend to spend long hours wearing the Logitechs.
