Great keyboard for sim racing
Bought this keyboard for sim racing also because of my limited space in my room hate reaching from my sim racing simulator to the desk to reach my mouse. Really liked its compact size and that it serves as both purpose (mouse and keyboard)

Works great on iPad
Purchased this to use on my iPad Air to type when I'm not home and it's been great so far. It's completely made of plastic so it feels a little cheap, but it doesn't feel like it'll break at all and is very light, useful for sticking in my bag. It's a perfectly affordable and functional keyboard. I chose this for the track pad placement, physical clicker buttons, and because I never have issues with Logitech. Would recommend. It's still going strong with the included batteries.
You need to purchase a USB-C to USB-A cable separately to get it working on an iPad of course but it works. You might need to enable or disable Full Keyboard Access in ios settings to get the tab key working.

Horrible Trackpad
I've owned many laptops over the years and am quite accustom to using trackpads to navigate. The K400's was absolutely the worst trackpad I've ever tried to use. It was so intermittent and unresponsive I consider it frustrating at best and truly unusable. The unit I received was also causing constant low battery warnings on my PC even with new batteries tested @1.6V. I'm returning this KB and do not recommend.

Must have for sim racers
It being a wireless keyboard with a built in trackpad makes it so convenient for people with sim racing setups because you don't have to go to your desk constantly to change some settings around. There's also games like Forza Horizon 6 or Assetto Corsa which doesn't allow me to use my steering wheel buttons to navigate the UI, which this really comes in handy for. I can see this also being useful in office settings with the 18 month battery lifespan and the fact that it's really quiet.

Great keyboard with mouse pad!
Lightweight keyboard. Quite small, I wish it was a bit longer. Seems to be good Logitech quality. I use it sometimes for my gaming computer which is connected to my television. Haven't had any significant lag or problems. The mouse pad works fine. I found a helpful tutorial online for the keyboard which helped me understand the mouse pad better.

Function Key no bueno
Keyboard is fine for everything general use. The only bad thing to say, that’s very annoying, is having to use FN key to use the F keys because they are hotkeys. If it was the other way around by default this is a 5 start product.

Funcional

Only improvement would be a backlit keyboard. Pay attention to find the dongle.
Review of Logitech K400 Plus Wireless Touch With Easy Media Control and Built-in Touchpad, HTPC Keyboard for PC-connected TV, Windows, Android, Chrome OS, Laptop, Tablet - Black
Since I trust Logitech keyboards and mice, I opted to order this to be used as an alternative to my Firestick remote when the remote doesn’t cover all the features. This wireless keyboard connected right away to the “almost hidden” dongle provided. It allowed me to type, have a mouse, and do lots of functions that I couldn’t do before and the others much more easily. I like that it takes 2 AA batteries (cheap ones are included). It’s lightweight, but it is slightly larger than anticipated. There is no backlight feature, which would have really added to the value of this. As I stated earlier, the dongle is almost hidden. So don’t quickly unpack this keyboard and toss the box. I included a photo of where the dongle is placed in the box. It says it works up to 10 meters (33 feet) away from the dongle via Bluetooth, but I have not tested how far away it will work. The price was reasonable.

Good keyboard for people who want a mouse
This is a nice keyboard with very easy setup. I like it because it gives a built in mouse with keyboard functionality. For people looking to have a keyboard that not heavy and can travel with that needs a mouse attached this is for them.

Decent keyboard for my sim racing cockpit
Overall I'd say it's a decent little keyboard. The keys have a nice plushy feel to them and the trackpad works great. I will say the keyboard does have a fair amount of flex to it. So it does feel a little cheap in that regard. But honestly, the price does reflect this, so you really can't expect too much here. I'm using mine with my sim racing cockpit, and the keyboard sits in a metal tray. For this purpose, it works quite well. I'm just not sure I'd use this as a standard keyboard at a desk. You might want something a bit more rigid.

It does the job, but...
I needed another option when the keyboard for my SurfacePro 6 broke. I tried several, but finally settled for this model. I wanted something small and mobile with a TouchPad. The only challenge is using the toggle buttons to highlight and drag. Also, look fir the USB extender on the product box, not the inside the battery storage compartment. I returned the first keyboard when I thought it was missing. It could easily be tossed with the trash. See the photos

A must have!!!
If u have a smart TV, u must get this. As someone who watches movies and kdramas on many different streaming sites, when searching for a title the TV remote is painstakingly tedious. This keyboard just made owning a smart TV even better.
When u open the box, make sure u look at the little plastic piece towards the front of the box. You NEED the USB that wirelessly connects this keyboard to whatever device u want to connect it to. I nearly threw the box away without even seeing it, it's small.
Make sure to remove the tab in the battery compartment on the keyboard as well. Switch it to on and voila!! It doesn't need a WiFi password or anything as it is directly wirelessly connected to the device that you insert the USB in.
You can only connect one device to this keyboard at a time.
All the functions seem to work on it in correspondence with the smart TV, for example pressing esc is equivalent to pushing the back button on your remote. Volume adjustment works on the device. You literally don't need a remote anymore.
If I ever purchase another TV, I'm definitely buying another one of these!!!

It is not perfect but for the price is good enough.
Pros:
- touchpad on keyboard by your right side is pretty comfortable
- pleasent design
- compact and light enough
- easy to connect (comes with a receiver and you can attach multiple devices to it)
Cons:
- no keyboard backlight (well it is a budget keyboard after all)
- keyboard is not as ergonomic as on the normal size ones. You might need practice to get used to it. Too tiny.
- wobbly keys
- sensivity of the touchpad is a bit frustrating. It wont react to slight scrolls.
Overall it is a good deal for the price. I bought it mainly to connect to my Smart TV so it is more than enough for me.

Great inexpensive wireless keyboard with touchpad/hotkey support
Logitech K400 Plus is a great choice for HTPC setup. It comes with an "unifying receiver" (using USB port) and the receiver can connect up to 6 devices supporting this protocol. 2 AA batteries are required to power the keyboard.
PROs:
- Lightweight, thin, and comfortable to hold. The keys are responsive and easy to type on. It's easy to store the keyboard under furniture after use.
- Special hotkey support. The F1-F12 keys also work as hotkeys for media controls, back, search, home, minimize/maximize window...etc. They can be further customized to be any key combo pressed if Logitech Options software is installed (optional).
- 3.5" large touchpad with gesture support. Although the touchpad doesn't show as "precision touchpad" inside Win 10, I can still do 1 & 2 finger gestures without a problem. Supported gestures include zoom in/out, left click (single touch), right clock (2 finger touch), webpage scrolling (2 finger slide up/down). There are volume control buttons near the top of the touchpad and mouse left/right keys are located under the touchpad. I like that there is an extra mouse left click button located on the upper left corner on this keyboard.
- Good wireless range. I have been using this keyboard regularly at ~15 feet range and it's very responsive. Connection is also stable when I'm using it at ~25 feet.
CONs:
- There is no backlight support so it will be hard to use this keyboard in dark room.
- The "unifying receiver" only supports Logitech proprietary protocol. It's not a Bluetooth adapter.
- The key labels are prone to wearing off. I'd suggest to always keep hands dry while typing on this keyboard.

Refined features, worsened functionality
Summary: As usual, Logitech improved the device's features (more precise track pad, better key feel, bigger power slide button, better placing of volume buttons, bright yellow colored left-click corner button), but in true Logitech fashion, worsened its overall functionality (removed media buttons, tiny arrow keys, opaque color scheme, moved power slide button to an uncomfortable position, among others). So, if you are looking to replace your old K400 with the newer K400+ keep in mind that it was created with a focus on being a generic wireless keyboard for use in multiple applications rather than being a media center keyboard like the k400.
Full Review: I want to start off by stating that I write this review from the perspective of someone who uses these keyboards with a media center (HTPC, Console, Smart TV). After all, this series of keyboards replaced the old K700 keyboard that was used in the Logitech Revue, which in my humble opinion remains the gold standard for media keyboard functionality. That keyboard had almost everything you would ever want in a media center keyboard and it is a shame Logitech never bothered to refine it. The K400+ is technically a much better keyboard, but only because it is newer and has refined tech in it. Functionally, it is not even half as good. It is this observation that I want to make the focus of this review. Logitech went from the K700 to the K400r, and now K400+ each time making the keyboard less media center focused.
If you look at the picture of the K400r and the K400+ in full light you'll notice a more opaque color scheme for the K400+. The K400 had a deep black colored casing with bright bold white lettering for the keys and blue colored function icons. The K400+ on the other hand, has a grey colored casing with opaque light grey colored lettering and darker grey colored function icons. So, you why does this matter? Well, if you look at the picture of the two remotes in front of a TV in a dark room you'll immediately notice the keys on the K400r stand out much more. If you plan on watching TV in the dark at night or even during the day in dimly lit conditions you'll see the K400+ will not be as easy to use. This though, isn't a problem if the remote is ergonomic and well layed out to serve its function. For example, the old K700 did not have backlit keys either, but because of the way it was designed, you never had any problems pushing the right buttons. The K400r was not as functional but retained some of the K700's features, like the dedicated media buttons on the top left. Unfortunately, in the K400+ Logitech has done away with them entirely, and with it, done away with any pretense that this keyboard is anything but a generic wireless keyboard that can be used with a media center if desired. This couldn't be more evident in the shrinking of the arrow keys. Of all the keys in a keyboard meant for use with a media center, the arrow keys are some of the most important. If you look at the picture of the K700, you'll see it had a dedicated navigation area with a D-pad, then in the K400r they deleted all that but at least gave us large arrow keys that even had blue function options in them that helped them stand out. In the K400+ though, Logitech decided to completely shrink the arrow keys so that you end up pushing shift key instead of arrow up. Another button they ruined was the power slide button. Logitech did a good job improving the button itself by making it beefier. but, if you look at the comparison pictures you'll notice that, in the K400r, it was easily accessible with your index finger when holding the keyboard normally. In the K400+, the button was moved towards the center of the keyboard. So, unless you have very long fingers, you have to bring your hand around to get to it. Two substantial improvements they made, and two of the only features carried over from the K700, are the left-click on the top left corner and the trackpad. The left-click corner button in the K400+ is now a bright, almost neon-colored, yellow which makes it easy to see in the dark. The trackpad's functionality has been refined, it is now more responsive and has a bright yellow line along the bottom edge to make it easy to locate.
In the end, I think Logitech is trying to make a product that appeals to a broader range of applications, and it makes sense. Why make three different keyboards when you can make one that can be used for all three purposes. Unfortunately, anything that is meant to fit everything usually ends up fitting nothing. Logitech is slowly ruining something they had gotten right long ago. If Logitech is reading this, please bring back the K700 series. Make a new version with all the refined tech, and with the bright yellow paint for the lettering.

Great for Raspberry Pi or Computer Repair and Tinkering
Works great for raspberry pi, especially a headless design with a built-in display. More often than not when working on a Pi or Computer you need to drag out a wired keyboard and mouse. Then there's the mess of wires and the mouse gets caught on something or sometimes need a mouse pad. Here's where this product fits the bill and solves all that frustration. With the built-in mousepad all we have to do, is turn it on and connect the USB receiver. Immediately the device is detected in Raspbian and Windows. While the keyboard is small it's very lightweight and handy to use even though the overall feel is Fisher-Price toy-like. The mousepad left click being the yellow button in the top left corner. It's actually intuitive after a few minutes of use. I wish I had bought this years ago!
While not immediately obvious the usb receiver stores in a pocket on the battery compartment door so you can put this thing away without worrying about losing the receiver. See attached pic for reference.

Good purchase
I've had this keyboard for about five months now and I am very happy with it. I have a laptop connected to my TV with a very short HDMI cable, so I bought this keyboard to be able to control the laptop from across the room. It's durable, lightweight, it doesn't take up too much space, and after almost daily use since August, the battery seems to still be going strong.
The only reason I gave this keyboard four stars is because once my computer goes to sleep, I cannot wake it up from the keyboard. I have to access the power button or keyboard on the actual laptop- it's annoying to have to get up and manually switch it back on each time the computer goes into sleep mode. It appears that there is a PC power button along the top row of keys, but I can't get it to work, or maybe my computer isn't compatible with this feature. Other than that, it's a great product.

Excellent mid-priced wireless keyboard
Including this one, I own three of these keyboards. I now own three not because anything's went wrong with the others, but because I have these in different rooms for different purposes. As I'm sure you can gather, I'm a big fan of these. In short, I certainly recommend these. Here are my thoughts after owning these for quite a while:
Pros:
- These sync out of the box, in just a few minutes and are foolproof, even for those who are tech challenged.
- Range is not quite as claimed based off my experience, but it's perfect up to 26-28 feet. That's more than enough.
- I'm a heavy typer/user and I've never failed to get less than a year out of a set of batteries. Logitech claims an 18 month battery life but I suspect they are applying that claim to medium users. Either way, batteries are cheap, so it's going to cost you at most, a few dollars a year to run one of these.
- Key feel when typing is very good.
- The keyboard has every feature you need and only lacks short cuts.
- The trackpad is quite responsive for this price point and functions very well.
Cons:
- If you're gong to extensively use this keyboard resting on your lap, you're going to notice a little flex in the keyboard if you rest a lot of your arm weight on it. It's not going to break on you but these are a little on the flexible side. At this price, that's just a reality. It's a very small issue.
- Adding to the above, if you're intending to use this primarily resting on your lap and you are a very heavy typer based off intended use, you're the one type of person I would NOT recommend this keyboard for. Because of its relatively compact size, your wrists and forearms will end up sore. On the other hand, IF you simply rest a portable laptop table/cushion on your lap and then place the keyboard on that, you'll be fine. Just a thought that I feel needs pointed out!
Overall, considering the price these sell at, features, and how well it functions, even at distance, this is a very solid option for those seeking a wireless keyboard. I feel very comfortable continuing to recommend these!
Cheers!

Works with Chromebox and some applications on a Sony Android TV
Since there was a recent Android update for smart tvs, I decided to get this for my 2015 Sony XBR49X830C. I was happy when it recognized the keyboard but, unfortunately, it does not work with all apps. The volume control works with everything but then so does the remote. The touchpad also seems to work well with it. As far as typing in a search, which is the main reason that I wanted this, it depends on the app. I found it annoying to have to switch input modes depending upon which app I was using, so this is not an optimal choice for me to use with the tv.
Instead I am using it with my HP chromebox since it takes up less room than a traditional keyboard and mouse. I tried it with my Acer chromebox and it works well there too but that is my main computer and I don’t find this K400 Plus as comfortable as my and my T400 mouse. The keys are not as well spaced, so not as easy to rapidly touch type. I hoped that the touchpad would be an easy way for me to zoom in or out since the T400 mouse’s tap to zoom works only with Windows. However, it is faster for me to use the mouse for 2 clicks to adjust size than it is to use the touchpad.
If one is choosing this to replace a light use keyboard and mouse, it does save space. However, it is not as rugged as most keyboards and the touchpad replaces the right side numerical keypad. If one is choosing this to use this with an Android tv, be aware that it may not be much better than a standard remote with some applications.

The best one to buy- reviewed 5 keyboards to reach this conclusion
I did a collective review of 1 by One, Gosin, Anker, Microsoft, Logitech k400 to give everyone a clear picture and best product. Rating parameters- Overall, Keyboard, Track Pad, Build Quality.
1. Microsoft: 3/5 overall, 5/5 keyboard, trackpad 2/5 and build 4/5. Microsoft tried copy Logitech k400, the keyboard is well spaced out and good feel to it. Lighter than Logitech as well. Bad- Trackpad is downright bad no buttons and clumsy to use. Large size but no precision.
2. Anker: Keyboard only, Overall 4/5, build 5/5, keyboard 3.5/5. Well built keyboard nicely spaced layout, But not good for windows and keys are a bit wobbly low key travel.
3. Gosin: Overall 3, design 3, keyboard 2, trackpad 4. keyboard is too bad to use, the trackpad is good. no key travel wobbly keys.
4. 1 by one- design 5/5. overall 4/5, keyboard 3.5/5, trackpad 4/5 well built and good trackpad but the keyboard is bad not for long use.
The Winner. good key travel and the nice touch to keyboard. keys are not spaced but it has not been an issue. Same as using a physical big keyboard. The trackpad is the best. a bit thick than others but best to use. My pick and it's best seller in the category go for it.
