I just received this mouse and it’s the most fluid one I’ve ever owned. I love it. Hopefully it’s durable and will last a long time. I’m reminded of the saying you get what you pay for. It’s expensive but so worth it. I highly recommend it.

So comfortable and perfect for kids & adults
This is an outstanding mouse and ergonomic. It is comfortable reduces fatigue when using it and the nice thing is is that it actually allows for very natural movement. It will fit an adult hand as well as a child’s hand. In fact I bought these for my two children who are nine and 10. The only con I can think of is I wish they had more colors.

Helped reduce elbow, shoulder, neck and wrist pain! Try it!
This is the best change I made for my writing. I am an author and I spend hours on my computer. The old mouse was killing my right and causing me nerve pain and joint pain. The new one, within 2 days gave me complete relief! I highly recommend this mouse if you are working on a computer for hours, or even short periods.

It's Pink. What can I say, I bought it for my Pink Estimator. EVERYTHING she has is Pink. Now her mouse matches her scissors, stapler, coffee mug, tape dispenser and NEW KEYBOARD which will be my next review.

Great mouse, don’t get it in pink though
The mouse is great! Perfect size for small hands, easy to use, ergonomic. The only issue comes with getting it in pink. I have gotten many comments from a variety of people, since I bought this, that they initially thought it was a vibrator. So I would highly recommend getting this mouse, but just don’t get a pink one. Black or grey would be much safer.

Quiet Buttons & Comfortable
Very comfortable and easy to use. Had issues with the USB connection but was able to connect via Web Connect. Switching can be a little annoying when you have to pick up the mouse. There is also occasionally a lag when using the USB connection. Buttons are quiet and scroll is smooth. I haven’t programmed the other buttons.

Very easy for me to hold and scroll! My hands don’t feel cramped or hurt from holding this. It’s very comfortable to grab and I feel like clicking the mouse doesn’t take as much pressure as it used to on my old mouse.

Cute and helps with Hand pain!
I’ve been using this mouse for a few months and I have a few initial thoughts. The first is that I definitely think this is more economic than my original mouse. I was experiencing some carpal tunnel pain with my Windows PC mouse and this seems to have alleviated that significantly. It works really well connecting to different devices and I absolutely love that. It has Bluetooth and an adapter/dongle for options when connecting. My favorite part is that it uses actual batteries so if it ever runs out, I can quickly replace them and not wait for a charge in the middle of my workday.
I do think it takes some getting used to using a vertical mouse. It’s just a different way your arm moves and that can make you tiring in other places like your shoulder if you’re not supporting your elbow properly. The battery life is amazing and it saves battery when you’re not moving it by doing a soft shut off I bought a case and it travels with me since I work on the go.
If you are having any sort of pain related to typing or your mouse, this is probably a good option for you! However, if you’re just doing it for aesthetic, it might be annoying, It’s bulky to travel with and it’s not exactly going to solve all pain.

Battery Operated… I did not pay attention to that.
I love it… all the other reviews are true. My only drawback is, $60 for a mouse that doesn’t recharge is blowing me. I hate having to find batteries. I don’t regret my purchase but I wish I would have kept looking. It was pink so I had to have it 😣

I love this mouse! No pain in my hand after a full day at the desk!
I really have enjoyed this mouse. First of all it’s pink so it’s cute and that is important for my office design.
More importantly it’s comfortable. Before this one I only had the traditional mouse design so this one being the sideways hold I wasn’t so sure I’d like it but I LOVE it. No cramping or carpal tunnel pain after using it all day.
For a corporate working mom, this has been perfect for my home office. Looks good, feels good. And the battery life is great. I’ve also never had issues with it disconnecting or anything.

Great Aesthetic, but Not Built for Larger Hands
I really wanted to love this mouse. From a design standpoint, it’s exactly what I was looking for: cute, minimalist, and looks great on a desk setup. I was especially excited about the white colorway, which is surprisingly hard to find in high-quality ergonomic gear.
However, as someone who is 5'10" with 7.75-inch / 19.7 cm hands, this mouse simply does not work for me. In person, it is much smaller than I anticipated. Instead of relieving my wrist pain, the small frame forces my hand into a cramped position, defeating the purpose of an ergonomic upgrade.
I’m bummed to be returning this, as I now have to spend an extra $10 to upgrade to the Logitech MX Vertical just to get the proper support. If you have petite hands, this is a beautiful and functional choice. But if you have larger hands or long fingers, I’d suggest skipping this one and going straight for a larger professional model.
Pros:
• Beautiful minimalist aesthetic.
• Clean white finish.
Cons:
• Too small for larger hands (7.5" +).
• Didn't provide the necessary ergonomic relief for my specific needs.

Great Performance, But Pink Color Stains Easily
This Logi mouse works great—smooth performance, responsive, and very comfortable for long use. Setup was simple, and it does exactly what I need it to do.
The only downside is the pink color stains very quickly. I ordered mine in January, and the thumb resting area already has noticeable discoloration. It’s also difficult to clean, even with electronic-safe cleaning products.
Logitech, please make a plastic-only vertical mouse in pink. 🙏
If you don’t mind some cosmetic wear over time, it’s still a solid and reliable mouse.

quality ergonomic mouse with 3 programmable buttons
I have only been using this mouse for one 8 hr work day but so far I am IMPRESSED. I previously was using the logitech G502 (I think), which is a gaming style mouse with programmable buttons which is really helpful for my job. I wanted to try a more ergonomic mouse though because I was having some pain. this mouse is very similar to the other one in a lot of ways except it is a vertically shaped, has less programmable buttons, and is virtually silent. it also has high dpi options if you want fast mouse movement (I like mine lower and more precise). it wasn’t super clear in the description but there are three buttons that can be programmed with different commands (two on the left side by the thumb and one middle button that normally toggles between dpi settings but you can pick a dpi setting and then change the programming to a custom set up). all you have to do for setup is turn it on and connect to bluetooth. you do have to download logioptions+ app to program the buttons but overall pretty easy setup. it is compatible with virtually all devices and is super cool that you can easily switch between saved bluetooth devices (ie computer and tablet) with the little button on the bottom of the mouse, up to three devices). this is super smooth and easy transition. the scroll speed is faster than I am used to but can be controlled and is really nice when trying to scroll alot. overall this feels like a VERY quality mouse. a touch expensive in my personal opinion but I think worth the cost if using daily or for specific tasks. 10/10 recommend

A remote workers dream!
The multiple connection points for this mouse connecting it between my laptop, and my iPad is so nice and I love that it’s compatible with multiple devices. It’s very comfortable to use being that it sits at the perfect angle for your hand to rest on the quiet, clicks and smooth smart wheel feature make work so efficient and less bothersome. The easy set up features an online walk-through, which makes it practically dummy proof this mouse is built, tough and durable and easy to clean. The battery life is phenomenal and lasting.

Finally a good mouse fit
This is a very good mouse. I've tried many different kinds of vertical mice over the last ten years and the Lift is one of the best.
Vs. the MX Vertical
My hand is between sizes for the lift and the MX Vertical. I generally prefer larger mice but found the MX Vertical a bit too large for my "claw" style of grip. I had to hold my hand flush/flat on the MX Vertical in a way that made clicking and scrolling more straining. Otherwise I couldn't reach the scroll button effectively.
So if you're between sizes, I'd recommend the Lift if you prefer a more "claw" style grip.
Pros:
Forward/Back buttons are perfect. I prefer above the thumb instead of below so you don't accidently press them. Also the forward button is easily reached - on some mice it's too far to the front.
The scroll wheel is smooth, quiet, and accurate.
Button clicks have the right amount of resistance and are quiet.
DPI settings are spot on, good options for control.
Bluetooth connection works smoothly without disconnects. Many mice don't seem to work well with BT.
Wakes from sleep immediately when moving. A lot of other mice require you to click multiple times and have long wake delays.
Cons:
I'd prefer if the right side of the mouse kept my pinky off the table like the left side does with my thumb.
I'd also prefer if the back part that rests in my palm were a little thicker/chunkier and the front a little more curved. But overall this is pretty minor.

Easy peasy connection
First time using an ergonomic mouse of this kind and it'll take a little bit of getting used to. Color matches the theme of my home office and it has a pleasant feel to it. No lights or RGB on this one. Very easy to move maneuver around with. The mouse is very accurate when you move it around your computer screen. I even connected it to my tablet and the accuracy and speed is great. Fast but not excessively fast.
I do feel like that there is less strain on my wrist while using this mouse. It makes resting my hand in the wrist pad easier and more comfortable. The size is okay but I have big hands for a female so there will always be a size factor for me when it comes to various mice. The quality and build of this mouse is very good. I've had quite a few products in the past and now from Logitech so it's a brand that I trust. I'm not even opposed to buying another one of these for the office. Initially I thought I would have a problem adjusting to the scroll wheel and clicker being on the side of the mouse, but it's actually more comfortable and convenient than my current Windows mouse. Scrolling is much easier but still adjusting to clicking on things. I'm sure it'll become second nature soon.
Instructions on the cardboard are super easy to follow to set up which devices you want to connect the mouse to.
It took less than a minute to connect each of my devices. Being able to scroll back and forth on a website or folder without having to use the browser/folder's back and forth buttons is wonderful. I just have to not hit the left click button when I touch them. I decided to install the Logi Option+ software to see what all I could do with this mouse. I was a bit annoyed the software took longer to install than download. The actual mouse is lightening fast compared to the software. Since I'm just getting the product today and starting to use it today, I'm not able to speak on the battery life just yet. Comes work a typical AA alkaline battery which I'm grateful for, but at some point I'll change it to a lithium battery since those last a bit longer. Yet before I do that I'll check to set if the batteries last at least a year.
So back to the software, once it finally installed, it took forever to load so guess that portion will be an update. Any hoo, great mouse with a movie of comfort, convenience, speed, and accuracy. 10/10 recommend!

Great Mouse
I absolutely love my Logitech Vertical Mouse!!! It's so good for my hand grip and what I love the most is how comfortable it is and how quiet the clicks are. I work 4 days 10hrs shifts and ever since I got this mouse it has helped me a-lot since I'm on the computer all the time and it's also great for editing photos/videos. Yes, it quite expensive but you are getting a good quality mouse.

Actually Bluetooth, and easy to use.
This is a great mouse with users with small/medium hands. I connected via Bluetooth to my personal Mac and my work pc without issue. I love that it is really Bluetooth, but also includes a dongle for use with other devices. I’m excited to see how long the battery lasts for a person who works a 10 hour day.
Will update review should things change.

Decent, but could easily be the industry leader by giving it all the MX Master 2S features
I'm rewriting my review because I "like" this product, I need it from a health standpoint and I would like to see it get better.
The one major flaw: I'm coming from the MX Master 2S, probably the best mouse I ever had. If you applied the buttons and scroll wheels from the 2S to this mouse, it would be so perfect the universe might collapse in on itself.
The big one for me as a designer is the lack of the left thumb horizontal scroll wheel, this is crucial especially in 3D programs. I also miss the ability to switch between a ratcheting feel or a smooth feel on the main wheel, not to mention the speed when I need to scroll to the top of something in an instant.
No Bluetooth: I actually originally intended to return this mouse simply based on the fact that there is no Bluetooth, it's an old USB which is SUPER annoying because Mac M2 Laptops don't even have those ports anymore, I have to connect with an adapter!
Button Layout: Not bad, but very minimal effort, like they went the cheap route because they don't believe in the product. Logitech really needs to put some real thought into these because there are some real opportunities for innovation. The button layout works, it's just not very noteworthy. Yes you might occasionally get some accidental clicks, but it's not as bad as some people say.
Size: Nearly perfect. I have average size male hands probably. I could see some work on more natural contouring to fit the hand, but this is probably the best middle ground.
Grip: Comfortable, I can rest my hand on the desk or just on the mouse with much effort. I got more or less used to the vertical feel within a week, and it's definitely helping with the wrist problems I was developing.
Build Quality: This doesn't exactly come off as cheap, but it definitely feels like it's intentionally sparse, as if Logitech is still figuring out what to do with vertical mice.
Overall this is a good mouse that will get me by for now, but it easily be the industry leader with some real investment in the tech. I really hope Logitech embraces this tech in the future, because as it stands it feels like a prototype of an afterthought.

Perfect vertical mouse for my small hands - but started skipping clicks after 1 year
NEW EDIT AT THE BOTTOM
Just what I was looking for. Comfortable for my small hands, very natural ergonomics, good weight, great battery, and buttons are also silent
Software is neat. Still trying to figure out if it's possible to use the multi device switch button feature across 2 computers with 1 dongle
EDIT: After 1 year + 2 months, the left button started skipping clicks. For example, it is consistently clicking like this (1 for click, 0 for no click): 1111000011111110001111110000011111 (roughly)
I narrowed down the issue not being the computer, software/drivers, USB port, or battery - so it must be defective. I will try to open it up and clean it (which I keep a clean desk, so there should only be dust if anything) and if that doesn't solve it, then I will contact support and see where that leads me

Almost perfect mouse for me
I have large hands, so was a little worried about the small and medium hand description but also appreciate logitech including that per previous customer requests. See the pics, works fine with my thumb on the bottom 'ridge' of the mouse. Maybe a design cue for logitech but perfectly comfortable. I set the thumb buttons to cut and paste but may not use them.
Note gap between my palm and mouse. When i have to pickup mouse to scroll a long ways over large multiscreens, my hand cannot grip mouse in normal position without clicking a thumb or forefinger button, but just fine when thumb s in lower ridge.
My work is on 2 diff Mac computers and in Windows 10. Could not find docs describing how many bluetooth devices the mouse can connect to, but it does 3 without the USB dongle - beautiful. Only quibble is I have to pick up the mouse and push the button with my other hand to switch to next computer but its Ok and the switch works quickly. If I were designing it i woulda put the button on top end of the mouse where my pointer finger can click it fastest.
BTW still havent gotten cut and paste buttons working on Mac, only Windows but Ok I use keyboard for that anyway.
On the included K380 keyboard for Mac, I used swiftkeys app to remap cmd key to windows control key so same button works for both Mac and Windows for cut and paste- Cmd-C. Works fine for me!
Update: Still love this mouse and keyboard! Did get cut and paste working, turns out the logitech s/w allows you to change those settings per App, which is VERY useful, and I did not have that set right. The Options+ software is fantastic, and make sure you try Flow, which enables me to have one mouse and keyboard seamlessly work against all 3 devices. Mine 3 are setup left to right, so I roll the mouse left or right to auto switch BOTH mouse and k380 keyboard to next laptop. Sometimes takes a second to switch but very cool to do it without pushing both switch buttons on mouse and keyboard. The more you use it the more you like it!

This is wonderful
I haven't written a review for a long time. I fell in love immediately with this mouse.
I was getting a bit of wrist pain from my other standard mouse and wanted to try something new like this. Right away I notice the increased comfort and more natural holding style. It just makes sense, your wrist naturally rests in a more upright position like this, not flat and turned towards the ground.
The best thing about the mouse, which honestly I hadn't even considered before buying, is that IT IS TOTALLY SILENT. I'm not exaggerating...I cannot hear any clicks ever. The scroll wheel also is entirely quiet.
The mouse glides smoothly, there is less friction involved than a standard mouse. It also feels like less wrist and forearm action is involved overall, like all movements are minimized and reduced, and yet I am more accurate and quicker with everything I'm doing with the pointer on the screen.
The scroll wheel is the best I've ever used. It moves in such a frictionless yet intentional way, it is perfect. I never go past where I want to scroll or even consider that I am using the feature, and yeah it's totally silent!
I have long fingers and my hands are on the larger size, maybe medium to large. For me the mouse feels like it should, it could even be a bit bigger but I like that it doesn't consume my entire grip. Maybe it could feel a bit smallish for a larger, fatter hand, or too large for petite hands, but for most this will be a great fit.
I have not had it long enough to test the battery life, but I expect no issues there. Also, it's just one single AA battery, which I find more convenient and economical than the 2 AAA batteries which my other mouse was taking. The mouse does come with a single AA battery.
I had a bit of splurge money and I'm very happy I got this. $70 for a mouse feels like a lot, but consider that it's actually the most important part of using a computer. It is the vehicle through which you navigate everything in the virtual world. I can lose myself much easier in what I'm doing when I can forget my hand is even being used!
