Pleasantly surprised! 🤩
I am pleasantly surprised by these tuning forks. I wasn’t expecting much but thought I’d try them out and to my surprise they all are tuned pretty well. I did test them out and their frequency. What I’ve found is that the 512hz vacillated between 512hz and 511hz. It would start at the 512hz and then go down quickly. The other two were at their correct frequency and stayed there. For the price point you can’t beat this. For me, having the two I wanted which are the weighted ones to be where I needed them to be is perfect. Also the weighted ones can be adjusted with the L wrench to tune to its correct frequency. So if you need the 512hz to be exact this can do the job but it does vacillate between that 512hz and 512hz. Otherwise I’m very satisfied with what I received. Now if you want to totally be sure of how to use them, don’t beat this company up, you should be aware of what you’re purchasing and why you’re purchasing it. There is a short instruction booklet that gives basic information that anyone buying a tuning fork should already have in chakras and the purpose of the frequency. However, there are tons of books and videos that can teach you the rest. Be kind… I’ve included a few shots of the frequency being tested.

This set is very nice, and the price is unbelievable.
I could find quite a bit of information about health benefits from various frequencies and the use of tuning forks. I've been reading about the practice for a couple of years and decided to order this set to feel them and see what they do. They are different from the frequencies I am reading about with respect to bio tuning, but there are practices that use these frequencies to test or harmonize the body. This is a good starter collection, but you'll want to read about the research that's been done over the years and gather other tools, but these are very interesting.
I always use my cat to experiment on. He has diabetic neuropathy that shows in his back left foot sometimes. I used the C 128 and the mallet included to provide a constant hum over his lower spine and hind legs, and feet. He stood still for it, and eventually completely relaxed, laid down and stretched out, kneading the carpet while on his side. He does that when he's very blissed out, usually when he's glad I've come home and as part of a greeting. But, this is a pretty good sign that the tuning fork felt very good. I didn't touch him, just moved the tuning fork around him without touching his fur. He has issues with ease of bowel movements as well, and he has had daily bowel movements while 'playing with the tuning forks.'
I tried all of the three devices on myself, my feet, ankles, knees, head, neck and shoulders, and they definitely vibrate and sound nice. I can't tell the difference and can't verify that they are precise, but they do feel good and I do feel relaxed by the vibration of the frequencies. I imagine using these tuning forks as a part of meditation practice, much like the singing crystal bowls, would help to bring about a greater quality of meditation.
This is a great starter set, there are many very nice and specialized tuning forks that are used for specific practices, but as a gift, or a treat for yourself as a beginner curiosity, this is a really great value. Not to say they aren't quality, they could be very good or as good as the higher priced tuning forks.
The one thing I did was to write the tuning on the velvet drawstring bag with acrylic paint marker. It makes it easier to find the fork you want while keeping it in the protective cloth. I kept having to pull them all out to find the one I was looking for, and that quickly became frustrating. So I labeled. For this price, I'll label or buy the wooden box for the items, no problem. ha!
I can't evaluate the tuning or accuracy of the tone. I don't have a device that will measure that reliably. The effect, for my evaluation, comes from my cat's response. He loves C 128. I'm still reading about these particular frequencies.
This would be a good gift, for someone who doesn't have any Health related Tuning Forks yet.
