So far so great. I’ve only used this for one night, but it gets nice and hot and I love the size. The wired remote is very simple to use, it heats from 1-5, and has a timer on it. The remote also unplugs so you can wash the pad easily which was a big attraction for me. I wanted something that I could get my neck and the length and width of my back with at the same time, this works for me (laying against it in photo). Make sure you check your own measurements to be sure though. Hope this holds up as I use a heating pad multiple times a week and so far I love it.

DO NOT OVERUSE!
I've had this pad for a year, and today it caught fire! I always kept it plugged in, next to my bed for conveince. It WAS great for overnight night pain relief, after a long work day. I only turned on when in use, BIG MISTAKE. As of yesterday when turned off, it never cooled down. I thought that was strange, so I kept kept it off. Then today, I turned it on and all of a sudden I started smelling smoke! NOT GOOD, there must've been a power surge, because the pad began to catch fire quickly. I loved this pad, it's great for lower back pain. Word to the wise, use for a few minutes/hours, then UNPLUG.

Easy to use, works well
This review is for Luwanda Heating Pad, in dark green- 6 Heat Settings, Auto Shut Off, Moist Heat Option, Machine Washable, 24×12 size
The heating pad is a hunter green color. It's made of a very soft fabric. It's easy to use. It heats up quickly, and works well. It has 6 heat settings, and will automatically turn off, after 2 hours of use. The box states the heating pad has a dry or moist heat option. The dry heat option is just using the heating pad as is. The moist heat option essentially amounts to lightly spraying the backside of the heating pad with water, prior to use. The heating pad can be machine washed, and laid flat to regular air dry (no machine drying). You must disconnect the cord from the heating pad, before washing it. It must be completely dry before being plugged in and use. The manual is easy to read, and provides all the necessary info. Further info is provided in manual. It mentions retaining the product packaging, in case it needs servicing. I store mine in the box anyways. Otherwise, it should be stored flat, instead of folded. Being rolled up, as it comes in it's packaging box, helps prevent the pad's heating elements from being damaged. I especially like that it has a longer warranty. It's a good quality heating pad. I have used and reviewed many other heating pads. At time of review, the list price is $20. In my opinion, it's a good value, for the price.

This arrives really nicely boxed. Inside, you will find the heating pad protected by a plastic sleeve. Pop this out, and then slide it out of this protective sleeve.
Now, this is a great color. A man would like it. But, also it's a great color for women and kids! (I know my better half won't use my pink one or my lilac one ... so, here's a masculine color for you!) And, this is so soft! So, it feels really nice!
Set up is easy, the controls are basics and easy to use, and this heats fast as well as evenly.
Everything here is just as you would want it. No frills, no silliness, just good therapeutic heat!

This is a nice lightweight heating pad which will be great for use on my sore shoulders and back. And on other places I suppose as well though shoulder and back are my current problem areas.
May just be an aesthetic thing for me but I like the deep green color. It makes it look less “institutional” unlike other typical pads.
Intuitive and quite user friendly as far as set up and operation goes.
Heats up nice and quickly.
Professional looking user manual is included and it’s quite through as far as operation and care go for this product. Some grammatical wording issues which show this was not written by a native English speaker but there is no problem in understanding the content.
One of the really nice thing about this item is that it can be machine washed (air dried)! Hurray!

Beats others of similar cost!
For a long time now I've kept several heating pads for various reasons, mostly pain relief or injury healing aid. So, when I saw this larger heating pad available I picked it up and I'm happy I did.
In the box, you receive the controller and the heating pad - which is quite large @ 20" x 24" and extremely soft made from a microfiber material. The plug and controller are connected via a circular plug on one corner of the heating pad. The controller is super easy to use and read with six heating levels and four different timing options (30 mins, 60 mins, 90 mins, or 2 hours).
Most of the time I don't need more than 60 minutes at a level 1 or 2 as those are hot enough for most of my uses.
In comparison to other pads, like Sunbeam, I've purchased in the past for about the same amount, they have less functionality, aren't as soft and plush, and have basic controls.
Overall, for the price and functionality, this heating pad is a home run and worth every penny. I've purchased others from CVS or Walgreens that were similarly priced with much less coverage and blah controls. If you're in need of a heating pad, I'd recommend this one first, every time.

Nice and large!
Heating pads are one of the best things you can have in your house. They are wonderful if you have any back aches, leg, arm aches, or period cramps. This one has a decent length cord which is great so you can use it near a couch assuming there's an outlet or near your bed. It gets pretty warm after it gets to full Heat. It takes about 30 to 40 seconds to start filling the Heat come through the pad. I've been using it for about a month now and the quality seems very high and I've had no issues. The material is very soft and it's also very thin so if you're laying on it it won't feel uncomfortable. If you're looking for a heating pad I would definitely recommend this!

A great improvement over older heating pads
I ordered another heating pad a month ago that looked just like this for a comparable price. While this one is very nice, the other cover was much softer. Also I can feel the wires in this pad where I could barely feel the wires in the other pad. So even if they look the same, pads can differ.
I love how large this pad is. The edges are very soft, too.
The remote is easy to use and the pad heats up quickly. Timer function is a great option as are the multiple heat settings.
My one complaint about this pad (and the previous one I ordered) is this remote is so big and heavy. It’s two cords joined together, with the control hanging off to the side, instead of the remote being worked into the cord itself.
I find it too easy for it to slide off the bed or chair or wherever I have it. It’s workable but I would certainly like a smaller profile on the remote. Also, the large thick white plug on the pad itself isn’t comfortable if it gets in you way. That also needs to be redesigned.
But for now I’m still happy and the item arrived as described. Now I have a pad for each floor. Just having it in my lap helps keep me warm on these chilly Southern California mornings when I’m at my computer working from home.
I like that the pad is washable though I would probably hand wash it or at least put it on a delicate cycle.
A good value and I would order again. If you have an FSA account, you might be able to get reimbursed for the expense.

Great for easing back pain
This heating pad is quite nice. I’m loving the larger size for my back. It has a soft fleece cover and the heating elements aren’t felt through the fabric which is great. The cord is very long so it’s easier to get comfortable and have no worries about it getting unplugged or needing an extension cord. The controller is simple enough to use with a power button, a heat level button, and a timer button. It provides a nice even heat that loosens the tension in my back. I’m very happy with the nice quality, large size and ease of use. Great to have on hand.

Nice, BIG, Heating Pad!
This is a nice, large heating pad! The material is really soft, and I like it because I can cover my entire back, top to bottom and side to side, with room to spare, at the same time!
The heating pad warms up quickly. The cord is a good length. There are multiple heat settings, as well as a timer function, with several options as well as an auto-shut off feature. Something I noticed while using the timer function is that if you select say 30 minutes, and several minutes into your heating session, if you push the timer button again, the display will show you how much time remains. I've never seen that feature on a heating pad, but it's nice to have!
I really like this heating pad, and will be using this one primarily from now on!
