Hexagon pieces that hold the drums on.

So I am missing the hexagon pieces that hold the drum heads on to the frame how to do I find new ones and the one that holds the one symbol on too.

Pedal broke twice after a couple weeks of use

Only had the drum set for a couple weeks. The foot pedal for the kick drum wasn’t working at all. Had to open it up and reconnect the connectors. One week later, the pedal just snapped. I was really enjoying it, but it seems some of the materials use are not that high quality at all.

Broken kick pedal.

Over all the drum set is very good with the exception that the kick pedal is made from plastic and can't withstand to much pressure. A reinforcement with a metal plate will solve the problem.

Great little drum set

Bought for my 3 year old grandson. He loves it, plays for hours. He’s pretty hard on it and it’s holding up well.

Cheap system

It’s a pretty good system but the bass pedal is kinda weird and double taps when I want just one tap and viceversa. Could be a defective pedal ( ¯\_(👦🏽)_/¯ I don’t know). Will try replacing the pedal and if that fixes it will put better review. I am just using it to practice. Very easy to put together and easy to put away.

Tom stopped working

It's literally been one year with this kit.it works fine as first bought but after moving and setting up the kit again (make sure to see in the video that it's all connected correctly)

Tom 3 does not work at all. See video for complete proof. We just want a new 3rd Tom so she has a complete kit that's only one year old?

Good starter kit, bad instructions

Firstly, the instructions to set this guy up are TERRIBLE. I struggled to put it together since the booklet was only about 2 pages long besides the item checklist. Luckily I figured it out. It's a great starter set and I haven't had any complaints besides the fact that the bolts seem to be a little loose and hard to tighten. I have enjoyed it so far with headphones. You would have to buy a seperate compatible speaker to play music outside the headphones. Giving the review a 4 due to manual sucks & the setup is a bit loose.

Very disappointed!!!

The snare suddenly decided to fall and no matter how tight I try to get it, it won't stay. Pretty useless without that. I want my money back. Didn't even last 2 weeks.

No support, broken kick pedal

You get what you pay for... No support (i asked a question 2 weeks ago about how to upgrade one part, they replied on the same day saying that a case was created and after that never reached out. I sent follow up emails and no answer.

Now less than 3 months after my purchase, i probably have about 40 hrs Max playing it the kick pedal broke.

U get what u pay for, it got me started but not buying this brand anymore. More for the lack of response.
