The keys are also soft when you press down so you can play it with ease! this was my first ever midi keyboard and I am so glad I got it! I was honestly shocked at how much I love this little MIDI keyboard. I've had larger models, similar sized models but never one quite this compact... And the sliders and buttons actually worked for me out of the box! I love that it can be wired or it can be used on Bluetooth. I take it with me everywhere in my backpack since it hardly takes up any space.

I needed something to throw in a backpack with my laptop so I can make music anywhere I go. The features that go with this keyboard at this price point make it very hard to beat. It doesn't feel cheap at all and responds well. I like the fact that it has Bluetooth for completely cordless connection if you want it. I would recommend it for those that need a portable solution.

I have used various midi keyboards such as Akai, Arturia, Korg etc. However, this is so universal item. I can connect any computers(pc and mac) and tablets like ipad.i have the 4th gen. ipad and it's lightning socket is too picky to connect usb as a hub. This midi keyboard has bluetooth so i can directly connect keyabord and my old ipad via Sunday-worship key. So Awesome product!!

I’m an aspiring musician working out of my bedroom. I purchased this controller so I could have something in my backpack while at school or work, but I was so impressed by this thing when I started playing around with it that it’s replaced my $1000 synth as my main workflow tool. I’m planning on purchasing a second one soon.
PROS:
- MIDI Bluetooth has almost ZERO noticeable latency (the time between hitting a key and sound being played on the computer) which means I can make music from my bed while my iPad is on the other side of the room. Other models have the same technology, but none at this price range. This is the biggest selling point.
- LOVE the built in arpeggiator
- Drum pads are responsive and haven’t double triggered while playing — something that happened frequently on my more expensive AKAI.
- Build quality is sturdy, and it’s just heavy enough to be satisfying to hold without feeling like a brick.
- Excellent selection of colors.
- Impressive battery life, AND IT CAME WITH THE USB CABLE. So many companies are making you purchase accessory cables separately, but this small company I’ve never heard of throws theirs in for free. Bravo.
CONS:
- Connectivity issues are frequent enough to be annoying. I usually have to turn it off and on once or twice to get my MacBook to register that it’s nearby. Once it’s connected, it stays connected and doesn’t have any issues.
- Keys feel ‘spongy’ and weaker than they should. The springs should be upgraded for a tighter response and better playability.
- Software setup for DAW control could be more intuitive. Look up YouTube videos and you’ll figure it out.
(Personal gripe) - Pitch control is a touch pad. I prefer mod wheels but I know some people don’t.
Overall, I think this is the perfect choice for someone looking for a portable, playable, cost effective MIDI controller. The Bluetooth is responsive once you get it connected, the battery lasts forever, and it’s sturdy enough to bring on the go without the fear of breaking it. You won’t be disappointed.

easy firmware update and settings change using their CubeSuite app and connecting via Bluetooth was very easy (ps you connect to BT within the app, not in settings like normal)
You can change the foot pedal controller output to be a midi output instead, do this in their app.
The keys are velocity sensitive.
Arrived charged and charges through the usb b port.
All of the functions are easy to learn

The product functioned as intended. I only tested it on three devices, an iPhone, a Galaxy tab S7 FÉ, and a laptop. The Bluetooth connection worked really well on the iPhone, there was no latency to speak of. The pads work well for making beats and all other midi functions worked well. As for the laptop and tablet, I had to either wire it or use the m-vave Bluetooth midi system to use it wirelessly. Other than that, it was a good product overall. Perfect for making music at home or on the go.

This amazing midi controller allows you to connect to most IOS devices and bypass usb cables. Cheaper than the Korg Bluetooth midi keyboard controller which has the same features. Best apps to use with are Synthmaster 2 and NanoStudio 2 where knobs could be easily assigned with.

After looking for MIDI controllers/keyboards that were under $100, I found this M-WAVE keyboard, compared to other keyboards and controllers, has the most customization options and features for a beginning musician/composer. As anything bigger than this size would be well over my budget, this is a great starting keyboard with more than enough drumpads (a feature I really wanted) and dials. IMPORTANT NOTE: this controller WON'T work if it's not connected to a DAW/music program on a computer (not sure if it works on the phone). That's why it's called a keyboard controller, you use it to play virtual instruments and sounds. Even though the dials have labels for their "functions", you can program them in your DAW or music program to do almost whatever you want (the dials won't work until you apply a function to them anyway). Having used this for a few months months now to compose, though the smaller size makes it a bit difficult, this controller is very powerful for the size and price and I'm very happy with it!

Nice device for wireless bluetooth connection to iPad ( GarageBand, Korg Gadget ). Works great via USB as well ( Garageband, Logic ). Some fun features like the arpeggiator. I tried pairing it via bluetooth by adding a device, however, you just need to go into the actual music application and select it via the software ( I didn't realize there must be a special MIDI protocol for bluetooth ). Definitely recommend for the price. Nice to be able to move from desk to couch to bed to plane to train.
EDIT: less than 4 months and I’m getting button glitches that make it seem like the body is warped ( it’s not ). One of my pads are stuck depressed suddenly - sadly because I just pulled it out to actually use it for the first time.

I half-expected it to have built in speakers, but it makes sense that it doesn't. My only complaint is that you may need to buy and read an audio production book before you're fully able to operate this thing. So many customizations and studio-quality features in a highly portable deck.
