Mouse does not work!
I wanted to like the product. It was working fine initially. Then the mouse just stopped working. The keyboard is still functioning. But the mouse? Nothing. I emailed and now have called. Looks like I have to buy a whole new mouse.

Defective wired/BT keyboard switch with no solution from Macally.
I got in contact with them because the wired/BT switch at the back of the keyboard is faulty. They gave me the same recommendations as in the manual (press and hold for 2 or 3 seconds etc...). I can't use the keyboard wirelessly. Now what should I do? I have called and e-mailed them. No more answers. Very bad customer service.

Looks the Part, but Feels Cheap and Falls Short on Quality
This Macally wireless keyboard and mouse combo might look like an Apple set at first glance, but that’s about where the similarity ends. The casing is lightweight plastic with noticeable flex, which feels disappointing at this price point. The keyboard isn’t backlit, and overall build quality just doesn’t match the premium look it’s going for.
Functionally, it works—Bluetooth connection is stable, and it responds as expected—but it never feels satisfying to type on. The keys lack the solid feedback you’d expect, and the mouse feels more like a basic office peripheral than something designed for long-term use.
If you just need something inexpensive to type and click with, there are more budget-friendly options that do the same job. This one mainly sells on its Apple-inspired appearance, not its performance or craftsmanship.
Verdict:
Serviceable for light use, but the cheap feel, lack of backlighting, and plastic construction make it hard to justify the price. Looks good on a desk—just don’t expect Mac-level quality.

This set works great for my little mini computer I use with my soundboard. It is comfortable to use, feels reasonably high-quality, and is pretty quiet when I type. It was easy to set up, with the single dongle to connect both of the them. Overall it works great as my main set for my computer.

When you’re always on the go and your iPad doesn’t have a keyboard this is great to have. Lightweight - comes with a mouse and can be used either via Bluetooth or USB your preference. The keyboard itself is a smaller size, but the keys strike nicely and it is quick to respond. The additional mouse is great to have, especially since you have your iPad most likely tilted and touch the screen every time you wanna move the cursor to a special spot would get old quick. I love the fact that it can be connected via Bluetooth or directly by USB. The included cord runs from USB-C to USB - A and his multifunctional for either the wired use of the keyboard or you use it to charge the battery in your keyboard. You were also able to use it to switch quickly from one device to another . Speaking of battery, it has a very nice lifespan. I used it for days before I had to charge it up. This may vary for other people, though depending on how long they use it each day. I love the space gray look and also the keyboard is slightly slanted for ergonomic reasons. You are not able to manually change the slope of it. It also has four nonslip pads to hold it in place.Once you’re done using it, just slip it back into your bag along with your iPad and you’re all set.

Fantastic keyboard and mouse with great feel and quality
This Macally Apple Wireless Keyboard and Mouse for Mac sure is great to use for my multiple Mac devices (Macbook Pro, iPad, etc., when I need it. Why? It has a great keyboard quality and is very comfortable when typing. It's got a good weight to it, yet has a slim design. I like the fact that I can type much faster (and with less errors) with the keypad on the keyboard. It just feels great. And best of all, it's easy to use and charge.

I recently tried this wireless keyboard + mouse combo that supports both Bluetooth and wired connections, and so far I’m really impressed. The build feels solid, the finish (in space gray) looks modern and pairs well with Apple gear, and the setup was nearly effortless. Switching between devices via Bluetooth is smooth, and when I plug in for a wired connection, everything registers instantly. Fantastic keyboard and mouse, works wired or wireless for up to 3 devices
I never even knew this existed. I have used MacBooks for many years. I also have a iPad and iPhone. This keyboard and mouse combo can link with all 3. Simply hitting the function key and B1, B2, or B3 can let me switch between which device I’m connected to (after initial pairing). I am totally amazed that I can switch in less than a second between using the mouse or keyboard on any of the 3 devices!
As for the keyboard and mouse…. They have a very high quality feel and look. The mouse is very high resolution, allowing you to pinpoint very small points when doing graphical work, word editing, anything really.
The keyboard is a joy to type on. The key pads have a very short throw, and solid feel to them, much like that on the MacBook. I can actually type faster with less mistakes on this keyboard than a cheaper BT keyboard that I have used for the last year or so. That keyboard will often miss letters or spaces when typing fast.
The only issue I have with the keyboard is that the keys are not backlit. That is the only thing I can complain about with this setup.
The keyboard and mouse are very easy to connect with Bluetooth or wired. Very simple and solid connection. Switching between different devices is super easy and in less than 1 second, you’re typing or using the mouse on another device. And just as quickly you can switch back. You have to switch the mouse to the other device separately by pressing a button on the bottom of the mouse. It lights up B1, B2, or B3 with a small blue LED on the bottom. Most of the time, I only switch the keyboard to the other devices. Texting is so much faster with a keyboard that works properly :)
The keyboard has a slight tilt built-in that makes it more comfortable to use. It has nice silicon rubber feet that keep it from sliding around when using. There is a small blue LED on the keyboard next to the B1, B2, or B3. You can tell which device you’re connected to without touching the keyboard.
If you forget to charge the keyboard or mouse after days and days of non-stop use, simply plug it into the computer and it will work as a wired keyboard and charge quickly at the same time.
On the outside, it looks like this is just an overpriced BT keyboard and mouse. But after using it and experiencing its’ quality, you will not be disappointed. I have just gotten used to using cheap Bluetooth keyboards and mice, thinking they would all be about the same. But this combo is several levels above all the rest I have used over the years. So for the price, it is very inexpensive.
I love this combo, and will be purchasing several more for friends that work between their computer and tablet all day. What a find! If you can’t tell, I highly recommend giving this keyboard and mouse a try and see the difference in quality for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Small But Mighty — Excellent Keyboard & Mouse Combo
This is a great combo! I already own several other Macally keyboards and mice that I use regularly, and like the others, this one did not disappoint. It’s smaller in size, making it easily portable — but don’t let that fool you, it packs quite a punch.
One of the best features is its ability to connect with up to three different devices, which can be switched at the touch of a button. It couldn’t be easier or more seamless. I live in the country where Bluetooth can be unreliable, but this keyboard and mouse have both maintained steady connections with zero hesitation.
Overall, this is an excellent product from an excellent brand. Definitely worth the cost and highly recommended!

This keyboard and mouse is high quality and provides excellent functionality.
Pros:
- Both the keyboard and mouse are solidly built.
- Ability to connect the keyboard via Bluetooth or USB depending on your needs.
- Keyboard keys are laid out perfectly for a MacBook, iPad, or even an iPhone.
- The mouse is lightweight and easy to control.
- Both the keyboard and mouse are rechargeable.
- Charging time is fast.
- The keyboard and mouse can be paired with multiple devices. I have them connected to my MacBook and iPad and switching is seamless. I wish my Magic Keyboard and Mouse could do this!
Cons:
- It’s relatively minor, but I wish the mouse was more ergonomic. It’s very lightweight but there’s no contours to make the gripping experience more pleasant.
- Keyboard is not backlit.
- There’s no Touch ID. I wouldn’t expect one for this price, but it would be great if they offered a version of this keyboard with it.
Overall, this is a really nice set of peripherals for your Mac or iPad. The set rivals the quality of Apple’s products and is an excellent value!

Works well with my MacBook!
It functions exceptionally well with my MacBook Air when I want to use a mouse and keyboard away from my laptop. I appreciate how slim, lightweight, and easy to type on it is. I'm excited to get an iPad for my work studio and connect this to it; it will look fantastic! I also love the mouse, and everything connects quickly, whether through Bluetooth or a wired connection.

Nice match with my Mac setup and comes in space gray and looks like it belongs with my MacBook, but also works great with Windows or your home entertainment like a smart TV. It is compact and great for smaller workspaces, and lightweight for travel.
I love that both the c. And if you ever want a wired connection, just plug in the included cable. As genuine Mac accessories are pricey, this one fits right in and has good value.

Great value for the money, game changer for iPad users.
This is a great product. It is a game changer. I am typing the review using this set. The set comes with a usb/usbc connector to charge both the mouse and keyboard. The devices work on Bluetooth or hardwired connection. I prefer Bluetooth because i can still use my iPad to take photos and utilize the keyboard and mouse for typing and navigation. The mouse has a scroll shell for up and down scrolling and can be used on any flat surface. The keyboard can also be used almost anywhere you can imaging. The set is compact and portable allowing for use on the go as needed. This set is a great value for the money.

10 out 10 recommend! I have a smaller desk where I connect my Mac laptop to a monitor for a desktop setup. The keyboard I had was too large for the area. I purchased this wireless keyboard set because it was smaller, compatible with Macs and bluetooth capable. I love the size! I have so much more room on my desk. I love that it is Mac compatible as I was able to connect it to my Mac laptop with no issues. There are even three items that I could toggle! I tested this out by connecting both my laptop and iPhone to it at the same time and I was able to easily toggle between both devices! The mouse has the same capability. I love that it is wireless as it makes the workspace less cluttered and easier to transport.

Perfect Pair for My Mac Mini
This keyboard and mouse set works very well with my Mac mini. The space gray color blends right in with the setup and gives it a clean modern look. The dual mode option is especially convenient since it can connect over Bluetooth for a wireless workspace or plug in with the included USB C cable for a reliable wired connection. Switching between devices is quick and seamless which makes it versatile if used with an iPad or phone as well.
The keyboard is compact but still comfortable for typing and the mouse feels smooth and responsive without noticeable lag. The build quality is solid and both pieces feel well made for daily use. Battery life has been great so far and recharging is simple with the included USB C cable. The only downside is that there is no way to adjust the DPI on the mouse. That does not bother me personally but I thought it was worth mentioning for anyone who likes that feature.
For the quality and functionality offered here this set is a great fit for a Mac mini setup.

Travel components for apple or mac
Very nice compact packaging and the components all feel well made. In the description it states that these components are made to be used with Mac/Apple products which is all I use. The directions are somewhat vague and getting both the keyboard and the mouse to connect simultaneously was quite a chore. It took many tries to get the components to connect and work. With that said the keyboard is a very nice size, not too big and not too small and it’s very lightweight. The mouse fit my hand nicely and felt like it was made well. It would be easy to travel with this small setup if the Bluetooth connection was easier to attain. It does also have a cord to allow you to connect the keyboard that way however I feel like that defeats the purpose of having a wireless device but at least there is a back up option.
