Very comfortable. I ordered this chair to use after surgery. Perfect size for me. I’m still using it after 4 weeks after surgery. Love the usb outlet and cup holders . I use the outside pockets for my kindle. Not too soft but perfect for me. I would highly recommend this chair especially after surgery helping you lift you up. Cones in 2 parts. Easy to put together.

Purchased for a procedure that needs leg elevation and minimal abdominal strain. The chair works well for lifting the body. It’s slightly firm and requires lots of extra pillows, especially after surgery, to help prevent sores. It has cup holders, USB connectors, and side pockets, which are very convenient. You can also attach the remote, so if it drops, you can still access it. After surgery, movement can become more difficult, and the chair helps. I recommend the chair because it functions well and provides stability for recovery.

After getting out of the hospital due to extremely high blood pressure i needed a relaxing recliner that let me sit comfortably. i’m 67 years old, 5’4”,177 lbs. i bought the medium size. determined to put 4 pieces together. came in 2 very heavy boxes. took my time. clicked the armrests and back, then connected the other parts. at first, the recliner is sturdy and with time it’ll be comfortable. i've taken naps, ate and watched tv. enjoyable because i’m not slumped or slouching in a chair. this recliner has what i need. comfort and legs lifted.

Well, I guess I got what I paid for. I received this chair on November 5. It went together fairly fast. I came in three boxes. It worked fine until November 28th when it locked up in the up position. The remote is blinking as well as the power button. I tried to contact customer service and got someone in India that completely insulted my intelligence. He said that I would have to handle this though email. I went ahead and did everything asked of me from the instructions that was texted to me including several photos. I am anxiously awaiting a reply from the support team that I sent the email to.

It is beautiful. Very difficult to get boxes open and pieces are very heavy. Unable to lift out last piece. Ended up hiring furniture assembler. All good though. Had to put plastic protectors for my cat.

Excellent choice of Power Lift Recliners, the setup was easy and very helpful. The instructions had diagrams that matched all the corisponding accessories, the wiring connectors all fit firmly.
Most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. After unboxing, the assembly only took 15 minutes to complete. I had help positioning and aligning the armrests and back rails, which easily fit together. All functions worked perfectly.

My mom has an issue with her balance. She is 82 years young. Hence the neck brace. This chair is comfortable and easy to use. It took me a little to figure out how to put it together. I like the fabric, it is soft and looks durable. Thank you. I would buy it again.

Truly amazing customer service. We accidentally ordered two -and they helped arrange for a pick up so we didn’t have any issues with our mistake. My grandma was very nervous about getting her chair online. Yes we did have to put it together but it was super easy. You click 3 pieces together and plug it in. So glad we made the choice to give this chair a try! Highly recommends.

I’m 6’1” and 310#, easy to assemble, solid cushion, quality material, quiet smooth motor, works way better than cheaper one I got last year! My husband fractured his hummus bone and left arm was put in a sling. He could get out of his recliner. I ordered the lift chair and it was delivered the next day. Our son assembled it and our other son cleaned and broke down the boxes. It was a team effort! The chair has been a blessing for a 85 year man.

It’s not comfy. It works, it looks good, quality is good. It’s just uncomfortable for everyone that has tried it. Needs a lumbar pillow, pillow under knees, and seat cushion. Because it doesn’t recline very far, and the legs are straight, it puts your weight on your tailbone. Firm padding, stable, easy to vacuum, wide and roomy. I just wish it was comfortable.
UPDATE 5/30/2026 The remote stopped working in Nov 2025. Mccombo sent another one free of charge. Today the new remote stopped working. The recliner still looks new. The fabric is easy to clean and does not show wear. It has become our favorite.

I and my husband are very happy with this lift chair, He had problem with lowering from reclining when it seemed to fall from last position but seems much better now when he doesn't stop several times on way to lift position.

I purchased this for my father who was having back issues and needing some help getting to his feet after sitting on the couch. His face lit up when he saw this and it has been an incredible help. It was so easy to assemble (no tools necessary)! I did have a problem with the shipping, they sent me two of the same side armrests, but the company was swift to send me the correct items and all was resolved with great customer support.

Easy to assemble, great directions. Very comfortable chair and quiet smooth lift. Fits me great at 5'7 but not big enough for my husband at 6'1. Cupholders and USB plug in is a nice touch. Requires 2 socket plug ins. Needs a minimum of 17 inches behind chair (clearance) to fully recline.

I purchased this chair for my father in law, who is having difficulty getting into and out of seated positions due to back pain.
The good:
He loves the functionality of the chair (lifting, usb ports, recline)
He talked the UPS guy into bringing it into his living room (it is heavy!)
Assembly was no problem
The bad:
The chair came out of the box with a giant hole in the right arm-rest (as shown in the picture). The box was not damaged. It is a manufacturing defect. I have not been able to get any response from the seller about how to fix this. A $500 chair should not be delivered with a hole in it.
If you can get one in good condition, it may be a good buy.......It may be worth rolling the dice but do not expect a reply from the seller, if there is an issue.
Of course I can return the chair but my father in law is hours away and unable to package everything up by himself. The seller should be able to send an un-damaged arm rest, if I could just get a response.

Customer service was great. The arm on one of the chairs was slightly damaged. I sent a picture and email to customer service and they responded quickly and said a new arm would be sent out the next day. Tracking number was received the next day, and the new arm came 4 days later. Great service! We love the chairs, they are comfortable and work well.

costs 2/3 less than the medical supply store! easy to assemble & operate for my 89 yo mom!
Update - it's been over a year of frequent daily use and still operates like new. upholstery material & cushioning still like new. my mom loves it.
Update - it's been 2 & 3/4 years, still functions fine but the material on the arms has worn out. for the money, I expected the material to last a lot longer.
