Longevity Issues

Pros: Bought this to listen to some audiobooks and cd albums. It was a great player, and the Bluetooth and rechargeable battery was convenient.

Cons: Only lasted a little over a year before it started glitching and now won't play anything. There's no battery compartment or anything, so can't check and see if it's a bad battery. Screen just flashes when turned on. Battery only lasts 3-4 hrs.

For $40, it was worth the year of enjoyment I got out of it. Just wish it had a greater longevity.

Solid little player

Not much to say about this; it does exactly what you want it to. Good sound quality, nice compact design, runs well. Only thing I have against it is that the disk cover on the back feels a tad flimsy, so I wouldn't recommend giving this to any young children, but it's plenty sturdy enough for gentle, responsible use. Great player at a great price overall!

Loves this thing!!! Have a listen!

So glad this is a thing, apparently car manufacturers didn't think we would notice CD's going away. I haven't tested the FM but everything else is a go which is quite nice. Plugs in to my x5 via USB, so I can still hands free my phone easy peasy. GREAT sound quality, I've got quite a few old scuffed discs and I haven't had as much skipping as expected which is certainly a boon (bound to happen no matter how you clean em). Easy on the buttons and controls, so far I'm trying to run the charge down (love that its a recharge, nothing like popping back into the old days to relax and find the lousiest drive home bc you haven't got batteries lol). Best part of all (bc ik someone is all 'why not youtube' there are NO commercials and its already burned and paid for I've got a big af case of free music to play!!!) Very nice value.

Many happy returns!

It came damaged and had been a returned item. But they took they sent a new one out and it sounds great. The fm transmitter sounds great also. Love this! They did right by me with their service

Really nice, but flawed where you'd expect it to be flawed.

Loved the product, but I'm keeping it at 3 stars for people who expected a lot better.

For context, this is a pretty recent purchase, and I don't know how long it could take to wear down.

The speakers aren't all that good, and that's to be expected with how compact it is. It's very treble heavy like an iPod. Using headphones solves this problem pretty easy, and if you want a loud speaker, you can just use Bluetooth to hook it up to one of those. Bluetooth works great on this and I haven't had any problems so far.

Some people have complained about the CD stuff being on the bottom, but I don't see it as an issue. It's a portable player, you can just turn it over if you wanna switch a CD.

The USB player functionality is amazing and the main reason I bought this. I like to keep the physicality of my music without all the time limitations.

There's one issue I have that I feel like is just a me issue and not a problem for anyone else. I listen to Bull of Heaven, which is a band who's main gimmick is making ungodly long music. What I'm listening to right now is 2 months of music, split up into 3:38:27 long mp3s. Using the player's fast forward button is incredibly tedious with this type of music, and I can spend 15 minutes getting back to where I left off at. I assume this isn't an issue for anyone else though.

Battery life is pretty good, but also just won't tell you fast enough when it gets low. At full charge it shows 3 bars and you'll have 15 hours, like the product says. When you're at 2 bars, you'll have 2 hours left I'll have to charge it even when it appears full.

Overall it's a good product, but flawed where you'd expect it to be.

GREAT VALUE QUALITY - PRICE

This is the best thing that happened to me in January 2026, guys, I'll be honest with you, I'm going to order another one. I want to have one at home and one in the car. It's simply a unique item, super, the quality is extraordinary, the sound is great, and it's very easy to connect in the car. I don't know, God, what the price of this is, probably $100. Highly RECOMMEND!!!

P.S. I was not paid for this review. You can see that I leave a lot of negative reviews, but this one definitely deserves a 10+

Thank YOU ❤️

Clumsy CD loading

I cannot complain about the sound quality, but the design and connectivity to Bluetooth speakers are a challenge. First of all, the CD loads on the bottom of the device, which does not make much sense at all. In order to change the CD, you need to turn the player upside down which is very clumsy. I also had a very hard time connecting it to my JBL Flip6 speaker. I was successful on one attempt but am unable to connect it a second time. I will be returning this item and purchasing another one where I can open the CD compartment without having to lift it up.

funcionality

i've put some labels for the tabs on the side, so I could see them better.

The sound was good but the volume tab seemed flimsy.

Sound quality 😃

I love it. The sound is great!

It's a good CD player but it's not14 hours 💽🪫🔉hours of play time. It only 6 to 8. Sounds great!

First, pulling it out of the box was a disappointment😞 But it does have excellent sound quality 😁Expecting it to last for a full day and not having it be able to do that. I had a choice between two CD players, one that cost more that offered over 14 hours. This one said at a medium volume could last up to 14 hours but does not even come close to it. It has a lot of really cool features. I have yet to try and hook it up to the car. Dave came far away. I just needed something a little bit longer. but it has speakers👌 in it. It came with headphones, different modes👍. I can listen to my audible books and the price is great as long as you don't mind having a shorter play time than advertised. It's actually a wonderful CD player 💽🔊 update. It does sound really awesome. Unfortunately mine came with greasy prints or smears of shiny grease on it, but the sound quality is unbelievable having the feature of a speaker without having to have headphones. I haven't got a chance to try the other options to see if it connects with the car or not

Better then you think

This Walkman works pretty well considering what it is. It is pretty good that the CDS works with radio works for my area a little bit anyway. The headphones that it comes with are not the best kind of headphones, the speakers work really well and it gets pretty loud. So Overall I do like this and would recommend it, especially if you need it for your car and traveling. I do like this and would recommend it or what it is, especially if you just want to listen something on the go while you're traveling or if you need it for your car or traveling

Good for traveling.

First there was vinyl, then cassette and eight track. Then came the CD , Bluetooth and memory sticks. So if you have CD’S then this would be a good option to dig them out of the closet. Or connect it to Bluetooth or stick a memory stick with music into it. The tracks were the random mode.

If you want heavy bass forget it. However the earbuds produced better bass and if you have really good earbuds then you should get deeper bass. The CD loads from the back. Over the years I’ve collected a huge vinyl, cassette and cd collection. What I like about this is the small size that I can put on my bed stand or take it on a walk.

The equalizer is ok but I prefer to have slide bars to adjust the music. The volume goes up to 15 which is quite loud. The midrange and high notes are pretty decent. I even bounced the player and it didn’t skip a beat. I would have given this 5 stars if the built in speakers had more bass.

I have not tried the FM transmitter or Bluetooth.

Blast from the past

It is hard to find a CD player these days!

This device, similar to a discman, works well. It will play CDs through a set of headphones or through external speakers built into the device (the sounds from the speakers is understandably tinny).

The device works well and can also be Bluetooth connected.

The pack comes with the device, a charging cord for the rechargeable built in battery, and a set of earbuds.

If you have old CDs you want to play on the go, this is a great solution!

Works great

I've got tons of cds that I do not have stored digitally and didn't have a cd player until now. I am thrilled with this portable player. It works great for long car rides where I want to listen to some of my older music. It's also nice to use around the house when cooking or cleaning. I love that I can take it wherever I want and it's easily charged. Sounds quality is pretty good, as well. It's a keeper, for sure!

Now you can play all the CD’s you have stashed away

This came quickly and was well packaged, so in perfect condition. My fist impression was that this is a nice looking, solid feeling (well made) player. Being an old lady I went through all the up grades of electronics. I had 4 or 5 of these while they were the top of music players. My job required my hands and only a part of my attention and so I listened to music and books most of my waking hours. This is a good quality player. I am getting used to how this player works, The sound is great although I wish the equalizer was better,( you can choose between 6 or so presets) All of the functions work as advertised. I have not tried out the USB option yet, but it sounds like it would be quite a convenience. I am supremely happy that I can now listen to CD’s that I had stashed away. Oldies but Goodies. The battery is rechargeable, which is a nice feature. The battery life could be better ( an understatement). I can’t finish a book on one charge. Be sure that the play back time is something that you can live with. All in all this player sounds good, has blue tooth or wired ear buds. So I am happy with it.
