Amazing cymbal, horrible shipping, atrocious outcome.
I love this cymbal company, but I've never been so shocked at how I've received one of their products. This is insane. 2 sheets of paper-thin packing in such a large shipping box, the plastic bag for the cymbal was torn through..
The cymbal has a 3" crack in the bow. Upon further inspection, the cymbal is dented!...like actually dented in on the edge of the cymbal. So, why did this even leave the factory???
I'm forced to return this garbage and waste my time.
