Amazing Djembe!

I’m a professional musician/teacher/healer. This Djembe is incredible! Instead of going for the cheaper ones I went with Meinl. I feel I can trust their products for being professional. The low tones, mid tones, high tones all reflect beautiful sounds. Great texture. Useful for practice, meditation sessions, jam sessions, recording, and teaching rhythms.

My beautiful original African wood Djembe

Es bello como decoraciòn y bello como instrumento con muy buen sonido producido al tu tocarlo♥️

I thought I order a new product

😡😡

Dirty, dusty and with a spiderweb! Out of tune!

Box is in great condition but the item shipped is absolutely unacceptable.

It’s dirty like someone was playing it for years. Has a spiderweb. (Maybe sat in a warehouse for more years after someone had used it and returned it). 🤔 Shame. I’m sending it back. But FYI I did order another one, hoping I will get a new one this time.

Not good

Came in really gross and dirty.

How to tune the Djembe?

I am is a beginner leaner, and I believe this is the nice Djembe for me to play.

Pretty good sound but for younger folks

The djembe is well made. Excellent sound straight out of the box. Finish is very good and it looks very nice!

My kids also enjoyed playing on it.

Note that the head is 10”. It is small hence there is a little bit of bass in open and slap tones as well unless you play on the rim.

If you want to play for enjoyment, this is a very good instrument. If you want to play with proper technique get a 12 or 13” djembe.

amazing

Beautiful product. Has amazing sound. What else is there to say... It fits needs.

Doesn’t look new at all!

This product came all beat up. The box was completely fine but the drum head was a wreck. It looked like someone had been playing it for years and was worn. You can also see from my picture that their is a small slit that came in the drum head.

Love the drum but something broke

I absolutely love this drum! I have spent countless hours learning and practicing on it.

Unfortunately, one of the pieces on the shoulder strap broke and it makes it very hard for me to practice.

I really wish this did not break on me. Especially when I did nothing to damage it. I would love to have a replacement if possible. I will be a drummer for life and I am looking forward to purchasing more of your great products

This Djembe rocks! Has excellent sound!!

I like the sound of the Djembe, it has a bongo like sound to it. The outside of the Djembe makes it easier to hold while playing it. The Djembe has lots of different sounds that can be played on it.

Definitely worth the investment for its price! But...

I was looking for an inexpensive and easily portable djembe and I’m thoroughly satified on the quality, use, and design of this particular one. Sounds great in small to large spaces and works well for a full acoustic worship band. It looks just like the picture and I love the material it is made out of.

I’ve had this for a month now and it is very sturdy. However, one thing I am concerned about was the rope’s stability. The top seems to be falling apart (the rope used to wrap around my shoulders for transport) but I feel that it can be easily fixed with super glue or of some sort. This does give me some anxiety but I also purchased the warrenty just in case so hopefully it doesn’t worsen!

In conclusion, definitely worth the investment for it’s price!
