Xbox series S lasted 7 months before the HDMI port started having problems. This was already past the warranty period. They refused to help. I opened the case and looked at the motherboard and this is what I found. Terrible repair. Its going to cost me another $225 to get it repaired. You're better off buying a new system.

First of all this is a refurbished/preowned console and I didn’t catch that when I first ordered it. Secondly, it has performed just like it’s supposed to. It took about 5 hours to transfer all my data from my older Xbox One and then I played on it for another 2 hours. Did just fine and I’m really happy with it. Being a refurbished console you may get a controller that’s a different color or something (I got a blue one) but it works just fine. The console was clean and in very good repair and condition. It even SMELLED clean. It wasn’t in the original box but it was packed in another box and great care was taken to pack it well and the console was even wrapped in plastic to prevent dust buildup. This seller knows their stuff and I would definitely recommend buying from them. Works very very well.

This refurbished Xbox Series S exceeded my expectations. The product was re-packaged as if it was brand new. It came with all the accessories and a controller as advertised. As soon as I turned it on, I was able to set it up and begin using it. So far I’ve played a couple games on it with no issues and I hope to get a good life out of the console. Five stars!!

After I noticed it was a renewed item I got nervous it would not be in the best shape but now while I use it I’m amazed at how good they did and how good of a price it was!

It just came in today and has major over heating issues and I can’t play anything I had to go to my local game stop and buy a cooling stand but still over heats every 10 to 20 minutes other then that issue everything is fine but it is a massive issue

I used to cope and think that I didn't need to upgrade from my xbox one, and I used to think 60 fps was fine. I can tell you right now IT IS NOT. After playing on 120 fps and looking back at my old 60fps xbox, it pains me and I have no idea how I ever played on that. Very happy with this purchase the difference of frame rate is insane. Only issue is that it lags sometimes? The actual UI menus of the xbox lag more often then I'd imagine is normal. Clips are EXTREMELY laggy sometimes. And there's weird delays of just a black screen when I try to switch applications or open a profile or go to the home screen. Still glad I bought it though, just a minor inconvenience

I love this x box, the affordability is the sole reason i bought it as well as the forza horizon games on game pass. Batteries died a week in but i was on it day in and day out. Great product at the end of the day.

Opened the box and nothing works. No sound or lights….completely dead.
I hope I hear from the seller, it’s seems to be very difficult to actually return the product. They say they have a 90 day return policy but no simple way to actually return it. If I hear back and they actually return this product I’ll be more than happy to change my 1 start to 5😉
If anyone has found a simple way to do a return please let me know. Thanks

These things are obviously not tested as the advertising states. Purchased one for my kids Bday and the damn thing has zero video output. Tried on 2 different tvs with different hmdi cables and nothing but random blips.

Came in great condition with the box and even plastic packaging inside! Everything looks nice and clean and presentable. Very happy with this purchase. Came with good cables and a controller as well, all in perfect condition.

It was a total WOOOOOOOWWWWWWW moment. This is my third Microsoft console in 20 years. I am just amazed with the speed, quality, sleekness and performance of this machine. Literally half the size of its predecessor with more than twice the power. Still got my XBox One for what discs I do have, but streaming is the future my friends.

I was very excited when I received the notification that it arrived. It looked brand new practicall, coming in an official box and all packed like it was never used. It took me a little time to figure out since it's my first time owning an Xbox but I love it. I also appreciated the customer service when I had a question about the delivery itself. Looking forward to playing more Hogwarts Legacy on it haha!
