$500 purchase with a box that showed up like this (see picture). The product was purchased for gift and wasn’t about to give a defective box for a present. Who knows how the Xbox was effected. Had to scramble at the last minute to find another unit in time for the party.

So far everything is amazing. I couldn’t have gotten better for near the same price 🫶 in my opinion this is well worth the money! Everything came clean, neatly wrapped and all accounted for! The controller was honestly better than I was expecting & don’t get me started on how small it is and better it looks size and appearance wise. So far all games I’ve tried work & look amazing. Couldn’t be happier

Bought an XBox series s for Christmas and when we set it up all I got was a E203 error. Could not get past the update. Exhorted all trouble shooting. Even tried the offline update by setting up a usb drive per Xbox instructions but the system won't let us select that option. Don't buy this product.
