Missing pages 😕

I understand this was an ex library copy. However, how can you sell a book without an ending? My daughter was pretty upset.

the book is stained

Book is not in perfect condition, looks like have been used !

Baby Shower Gift

These books are fantastic. I have purchased them multiple times for family and friends. Reading them is entertaining for children and adults. But this one (and another I purchased) showed up with sticky film and goop all over them. Not sure I can give them (even after wiping down) as a gift. Very disappointing.

Look closely, dear reader

Love the nuances in Mo’s books. He never pitches low. Lots to talk about with a young reader (the pencil lines above the pigeon’s head, the mustard comment from duckling at the end). Heck...lots to notice with more experienced readers!

Great book, but came dirty

This is one of my my all time favorite books, so I was so excited to purchase it for my son when it went on Lightning Deal on Prime Day! However, when it came it, it has some kind of sticky stuff on the cover.

It's not a big enough deal for me to go to the hassle of exchanging it, but kind of upsetting. I understand books getting banged up a little bit, but not having nasty stuff on it.

A good scrub with a clorox wipe took care of it.
