Now my display shows blinking CCC, there is no info what to do about that. Nothing i press change that display. There is no manual for it, no option to contact support either- only write review.
Also connecting to wifi is impossible as well, there is no manual for it. The app says press reset on device and enter paring mode. There is no such button on fire place. Again incomplete instructions.
But for now I just want the display to stop blinking CCC

Modern looks and simple install
We love this fireplace. We previously had a traditional natural gas fireplace that took up a lot of space in our living room - the bricks came out about 3 feet from the wall. When the gas insert had to be replaced, we decided to knock out the old look and bring in the new! This unit is super cool. You can operate it from an app on your phone. You can use the remote or the buttons on the front lower right corner. It has a multitude of color combinations. It has real fire sound (3 volume levels). The 1500 watt heater has both a low and high setting. We couldn't be happier with it.
If you follow the instructions and make sure the opening is the right side, it literally slides in, secures to the studs and is ready to go.

Will not connect to Alexa
If it was controllable by by Alexa I would give 5 Stars. The fireplace is beautiful and installs easy. The flames are very realistic and remote works well. My issue is the software. The instructions to connect to their app are lacking at best. After spending 2 days working through that with customer service ive found it will not work with Alexa. The app & skill can be found and launched with Alexa but it does nothing. There are no working commands after linking. It’s useless. Do not buy if looking to work by Alexa.
There is no quality control before allowing sellers to advertise “Alexa Compatible?” The “skill” is there but is useless.
As you can tell by my pics I spent a lot of money and time on this expensive fireplace. I just wished the Alexa worked. Btw, I must add the product support was excellent with some small issues I had.
