Plasticky construction but good overall

Good light, usb c powering is limited

Construction is plasticky and the yoke is not replaceable, i prefer the FS construction better

Its lightweight so that is a pro

Good prosumer level light at a good price , package and case came damage/ poorly packed

The product is a good brand. I worked for a camera company for / years and they’ve use Nanlite a lot (forzas and the FS for smaller events, not FC ironically) so I felt good purchasing. It seems to work great and good for my small studio i live in. Fan isn’t really audible to me til i passed 65%. And it’s not a loud fan noise, just audible at this level. I haven’t tested it pass that becuase this was bright enough with 1 diffuser to light half my 350sq ft space.

I don’t see the difference between this and the FS version in light power. The material isnt metal but some type of strong plastic. I feels durable and Since the battery is seperate it does make the head of the cob lamp lighter, which is convenient if you are going to put soft boxes and modifiers beside the reflector. Feels more premium that way. Also has some type of strong rubber band . Which you use to attach the battery to a stand. YOU WILL NEED A HEAVT DUTY STAND. Don’t risk breaking your stuff. Check the weight the stand says it can hold. I got one for $40 and it said it holds up to 17lbs. More than enough for this light and a soft box (~8-10lbs)

the travel box came damaged and the inside of box had no protection. We are being sent a light. It should be packed better than this. It’s Very disappointing that I bought something new and the carrying protect case already came damaged. It’s made out of some thick heavy foam Material.

As of now product seems to work and be affected by the damage box and case , but spending $100s on lights and no shock or bubble wrap or anything to keep our equipment for being damage is unacceptable.

Buen producto.

Excelente producto, una pena que ya no esté disponible para envío a Colombia. De lo contrario, tendría 5 estrellas.
