Perfect Low-Dose Melatonin!

This helps me fall asleep so easily! I love that it’s a lower dose - around 2.5 mg is perfect for me, since higher doses make me groggy. It also tastes great and is a fantastic price. Highly recommend for gentle, effective sleep support.

Nature's Bounty Melatonin

This product is a waste of money. The first night I took 1 3mg pill, couldn't sleep. Second night to 2 3mg couldn't sleep. Now I'm up to 4 and still am not sleeping. I'm not impressed with this at all.

I’m a terrible insomniac. It won’t solve it but the dose is helpful.

3mg is great. It’s gentle and effective, especially when using other herbs. I’ve researched it a lot, some say 6mg is detrimental. I find this dose and company to be reliable and helpful. Have been using nature’s bounty for years and trust it more than other brands.

I have been taking these for many years. NEVER realized until now that they contain BIOENGINEERED FOOD INGREDIENTS! If you think this doesn’t matter, LOOK IT UP! Goodbye Nature’s Bounty.

Sleeping A Problem?

Look no further! This tablet is dissolvable, cherry flavored, and allergen friendly (gluten free). Drop this tablet under your tongue 30 minutes to an hour before bed, and GOODNIGHT!

Poor quality. All vitamin capsules arrived stuck together

Would give 0 stars if able. Bottle arrived sealed however when opened, all vitamin capsules were stuck together. Completely unusable.

Safety seal open

Not inly was there no clear wrap on outside of cap, the safety seal was open on one side. Not taking any chances- need a proper replacement!

Puts me to sleep

I dissolves this under my tongue and it knocks me out in about 30min or less. It kinda tastes good. The only thing is you want to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep on this or you probably will wake up feeling drowsy (at least in my experience everyone is different)

What I like about this melatonin is that it helps you fall asleep fast.

What i dislike about this particular product is the ingredients that cause you to wake up multiple times in the middle of the night to pee and not being able to go back to sleep some nights!

There are 2 ingredients you should be wary of when purchasing your melatonin: Sucralose and Mannitol. Sucralose contains a lot of harmful chemicals and Mannitol increases urination and both of these ingredients cause gastrointestinal issues and side effects such as Nausea,headache, drop in blood sugar,Night-time urination & actually worsened my depression.

Be extra careful in buying this product it does what it says but at a COST OF YOU WAKING UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO PEE.

Very effective

In past weeks I've had a problem falling asleep despite being tired, but one of these while getting ready for bed puts me right to sleep.

My quality of sleep also feels like it's gotten better.

Si y no.

Llevo usándolo tres meses y todo muy bien, se diluye rápido y sabe a fresa, lo pongo bajo la lengua y al ratito quedo dormida y no me despierto hasta el día siguiente 6 am, una sola. Sin la pastilla tardo horas en quedarme dormida y me despierto al menos una vez.

Pero últimamente estoy tardando en quedarme dormida, aún con la pastilla.

Effect in 30 minutes, easy to swallow. Cherry flavor. NICE

It tastes like cherry, I tried it, and it causes a state of heaviness that makes you feel tired and helps you sleep fast. I have tried it 5 times this week and the effect is very fast, as the package says in 30 minutes you start to feel the effect. Dissolves very quickly and is easy to swallow

Doggy dementia

My veterinarian suggested 3 to 6 Milligrams of melatonin twice a day. It’s heartbreaking to watch him during a dementia episode walking into corners and try to find his way out. Since he’s been taking this, he has not had a A major episode. As well, he’s been sleeping better at night. He was panting every day all day long, in so much stress that it was not only heartbreaking but was driving me up the wall watching and hearing the heavy panting. My veterinarian also helped me learn that I needed to quit babying him when he pants now, because he was trained that it got him a lot of attention. Thank God for good veterinarians. He’s like the best pediatrician lol

Basically False Advertising

For a company called Natures Bounty there’s a line below the ingredients section above the warnings section of the bottle that is not on the ingredients picture on this products page that says contains bioengineered food ingredients! Kind of false advertising considering the name of the company is Nature’s Bounty who say their committed to health? See attached picture. Might be a bit blurry because the writing is super small.

Good as any

If you're looking for melatonin this is as good as any. Some people like melatonin and think it works, others not so much. Give it a try and see what you think and like everything consult with your doctor before trying.

Strange taste and texture

The last bottle delivered had the same label, but a different style bottle and the tablets had a strange taste and texture.

I’ve been scammed: there is less than half of 240!!

I’ve bought 3 with 240 each, hence 720 and received less then half of it. What a shame!

Look for the expiration date!

I have found this to be a great product. It's ok to take Melatonin once in awhile to help you achieve a deep sleep. I would suggest not taking it every single day as your body can develop a tolerance for it. I've found the 3mg dose to be more than adequate for my occasional needs. I really like the quick dissolve tablets.

One thing that concerns me is that on my most recent order, they put a sticker over the product's expiration date. Normally I wouldn't dock a review stars based on something the shipper did but where the shipper is the same as the manufacturer I find this significant. I was able to gently peel off the label and found the product to not be expired which was comforting but I don't think it's a good practice to cover your own expiration date. I would urge anyone who receives a product as shown in the photo to carefully remove the sticker and check for the expiration date.

Supposed to be Cherry -- but was not.

I like melatonin, it does seem to work for me. But the plain tabs taste like sand and you are supposed to take them by putting them under your tongue and letting them dissolve so you really have to taste the sand. So I was pleased to purchase this type since it is supposed to be naturally cherry flavored -- and I have had other fruit flavored melatonin which tasted much better than sand - yet the fruit flavored kind tends to be a lot more expensive. So here was a cherry flavored kind at a lower price, so I bought it....but I just received my bottle of 240 pills and --THEY ARE NOT CHERRY FLAVORED - THEY ARE THE SAND FLAVORED KIND. In this review the photo on the side has cherries on it. Also see attached photo. On the enclosed merch form that came with the package they changed the order to plain. That's what I ordered but its not what I got.

Nighty night!

Melatonin works for me. I'm a chronic insomniac, and I prefer natural over prescriptions. I do have to take one extra than recommended, but that's expected with the sleep problems I have. Using these for sleep has me almost drooling on the pillow, and I don't have a "sleeping pill" hangover the next day.
