Rly powerful and pretty colors
I got these lights to start setting up my own photo studio at home and im so impressed. The packaging was rly pretty and everything came safe. There are so many color options to choose from and they are way more powerful than I thought they would be. I love that it has a digital screen on the back to see all the settings, makes it preaty simple to use. They work great for creating cool backgrounds for my shoots and its easy to change the vibe. Setup was a breeze cuz the instructions were clear.

Lights Up 30+ Feet Away
Placed over 30’ away, it was able to change an unusable light situation, to one my speedlite could handle. The bay had overhead light, but close to the light of a room.
I even had it turned to under 90% because at 100% it was too much for those who could directly see it. They commented it seemed like it was the sun. Being a constant, it worked out great. Ran it for over an hour and a half, consistent and strong performance.
I also used it for a reptile shoot in a home. Standard 60watt would be too low for clear photos, but reptiles wouldn’t like the flash. So I lit the whole room up, worked great.

Powerful full featured light.
Neewer does it again. This Neewer 300w RGB light has all the functions and features a high end photography light needs to have. First, the light color range of 2400-7500k fills the full gamut. Going down to 2500k is a blessing. It's a comfortable cozy light. 7500k is higher than most at 6500k. The high 95+ CRI makes colors pop, a very important quality needed. Different colors are available via gels or full RGB control in different ways. The 300w with the included Bowen mounted reflector gives a balance between throw and fill. Because it uses the standard Bowen's mount, there's an almost unlimited accessories list. Creativity is easy to achieve by using the control knobs or a more intuitive app using 2.4mhz. Multiple lights can be linked and controlled together. I also love the fan options, if needed there's a silent setting. Only use when needed. This light gets hot, understandably so with 300w. Using the app for convenience sake, I also have the choice between 17 lighting sources and 17 scenes adding to creativity and natural looking scenes. This light is well made, easy to travel with especially with optional battery packs, I'll be buying one. The carrying case if a nice add on, I do wish it was a little bigger to store accessories. I purchased a tripod that I mount this light to. The light does slip on and locks onto the tripod well. The locking arm does a good job, I would have preferred a beefier unit. With everything this 300w light offers and the professional quality and build I highly recommend it for the price.
