Lots of uses, came with waterproof sleeve, magnetic, app controllable
I am using it as my key light in my super portable interview lighting kit with some other compact Neewer led lights . It has built in diffusion, lots of control via the Neewer app and has a touchbar for cycling through the RGB colors. It Comes with a waterproof sealable plastic sleeve, eggcrate light modifier, and a lanyard. It has a 1/4 20 you can use to attach it to ballheads, stands etc.... It also has built in magnets that give it even more mounting options. Only two minor cons are that I wish that it was slightly brighter and it had better battery life. The battery life issue is easily resolved by powering it directly via USB. Aside from those two minor issues, it's a really great value for the money, especially because of all the included accessories.

Impressively more professional little wand light
To me, Neewer is the main name brand for value photography equipment. With this 10" RGB light, I'm surprised at how professional they've gotten.
• magnets that are actually strong enough to easily support the light (one of my pics shows it grabbing onto a thin, flexible steel ruler I'm holding)
• color rendering index of at least 98 (wow—I don't really *need* that, but it's awesome)
• green-magenta color balancing (amateurs probably aren't going to care)
• a grid attachment for controlling light splash (love it!—see the difference across two of my quick pics)
• a waterproof bag included for underwater lighting (cool if you want it)
• a touchbar that quickly lets you pick an approximate color in RGB mode (mine got caught and lifted up a tiny bit when putting on the grid, so be careful; still works fine, though)
• silicone endcaps for protection (unfortunately, they slide off easily—don't lose them—but this also is convenient for getting the grid on)
• enhanced functions/option in the app (vs. older lights from Neewer; there are actually different options for the special effects like speed, hue, white balance RANGE, brightness RANGE (like for a candle variation), and these new options make the special effects much less cheesy and much more likely to be useful)
• seems pretty hardy
You can keep it going longer than the 90 or so minutes of battery life by using your own USB adapter and its USB-C port.
If you're new to these lights, don't be fooled by the pictures that show a rainbow of colors simultaneously on the light. There are LED lamps that do that (I have one), but listings tend to simulate that in the initial photo so you don't think the light only ever produces one color. It's one color at a time.
I am a little surprised at the small warmth/coolness range for the CCT (white) mode. It only goes from 3200K–5600K, when one of my cheaper little lights goes up to 8000K—though definitely not at a CRI of 98! I think they're more focused on the other modes, but honestly, I personally never go over 5600K anyway.
The light remembers your last setting, but the app still has an issue where it changes the light's mode/setting when you first connect it. Not a big issue, since it's really easy to change the settings in the app, but it's confusing that the app would still be doing this since they've obviously put some effort into updating the user experience side of things.
This is not an unnaturally powerful light for full-body portraits. It's good for small-product photography, color/mood lighting, light-based design elements, and maybe close-ups.
For these purposes, I'm stoked.
If you don't care about all the extra features I listed above, or you just need to save money, you can get something cheaper and handle things fine. If you want a really nice and professional little RGB light that travels well, Neewer has made something great for you.
