It took me far too long to use this NEEWER 19" 100W High Power LED Ring Light. This is a fantastic buy.

Big, Bright, and Versatile — One Ring To Rule Them All
Back when I first started using ring lights, most were small units that attached directly to the end of a camera lens like a filter. Times have changed, and this Neewer 19" RH100B is a perfect example of that evolution. It’s big—too big to mount on a lens—and with studio lighting, bigger is better. At 19 inches in diameter, powered by 768 LEDs, it delivers up to 100 watts of output in Smart Mode (80 watts in Silent Mode) with brightness up to 8030 lux at half a meter.
A ring light works by surrounding the camera lens with a circle of light along the optical axis, producing even, flat illumination that minimizes shadows, smooths features, and creates distinctive ring-shaped catchlights in the eyes. I have added a shot I took many years ago with an on-camera ring light. This makes it ideal anywhere smooth, shadow-free lighting is needed, from portrait work to streaming setups. With an adjustable color temperature range of 2900K to 7000K and 0–100% dimming, it adapts easily to different environments and skin tones, and its CRI97+ rating means excellent color accuracy.
The light control unit is attached to the inside bottom of the ring, and there are three cold shoes along the top for mounting one or more cameras, microphones, or other shoe-mount gear. It also includes three phone holders, supports reverse charging via Type-C, USB, and DC ports, and offers control through the onboard touchscreen, Bluetooth remote, or the Neewer app.
It comes with a sturdy stand and, importantly for me, a case that holds everything, including the stand, for easy transport. This light is powerful, versatile, and for many creators, it could easily serve as the only light they’ll ever need.

I'm beyond impressed with the capabilities of this ring light! There is a downloadable instruction manual on Neewar's website; I printed it out so I can access it anytime I need to. It's easy to set up, and the light is large. It will be perfect for live streaming of any kind - wonderful if you are an online seller! When the days are shorter, this is a necessity. There is an option to place up to 3 recording devices in the ring. Also, everything is adjustable. I read one review that mentioned it is too bright...but every option for ring color can also be adjusted...so it can be very bright to a lot less bright so it is comfortable for your eyes. There is a remote so you can adjust it from wherever you are standing too. And you can also set things up to control it from your laptop as well. SO many things to love about this. I had another brand's ring light before this and there just is not comparison! I highly recommend this.

I purchased a Neewer ring light model 10088612 last year and love it, so I purchased a second one. I saw this one on sale, didn’t need the accessories that came with the others, and I liked that this one came in white. I purchased it expecting the quality to be the same! I was wrong! The brightness doesn’t come close to the other model I bought (as you can tell in the photos). So disappointed. I’d be better off using a lamp.

Update: originally gave this a two star review due to a faulty cord and missing screw which meant it wouldn’t stand up however: the customer service team reached out to me to replace the faulty parts. I had just gotten rid of the light since it wasn’t working and sat around for 6 months. They replaced the entire thing.
The replacement works famously. And the fact that they reached out to fix the issue meant a lot to me.

Worth it
Although my first package was lost and I had to get a refund and reorder, this is a great ring light. The stand is sturdy and the white is aesthetically pleasing. I got this light for work, I’m a hair colorist and need the best lighting to photograph my work. This light has an adjustable warm - cool setting, which is what sets it apart from other ring lights.

This is my first ring light ever. I am a freelancer MUA and I take a lot of pictures for my Instagram page, @gigifaceglam, and I can tell you that this light has changed the quality of my photos dramatically. Before it, my pictures were just ok, but kind of dull when compared with the ones taken with the ring light.
It comes with white and orange diffusers. If you've ever owned a Samsung phone (I use a Samsung J5 for my photos) you know that those phones give photos kind of yellowish tint, which looks very flattering if you ask me, but I don't want to add more orange to that, so, for this reason, I only use the white diffusers.
It fits in a regular photography tripod, although it's a little wiggly, but it stays put. I always keep the tripod in the lowest position possible when I'm not using the light, because It's so big and heavy that if you leave it standing in a position that is too tall, it might fall if there's like a strong breeze or something. So, be mindful of that. It has a dimmer which is awesome as sometimes it can be too bright.
When it comes to taking photos, keep in mind that the ring light works almost like a giant flash (although I'm not an expert in photography or anything, this is what I've seen happening). What it does is that it focuses attention on the subject that is directly in front of it, so it darkens everything behind you and sometimes it can also make your pictures too dark. In addition to this, it can make my pictures too yellow at times and it washes out the color in some of my looks (but sometimes that effect looks good, like the first picture you see above, so sometimes it is desirable to be directly in front of the light).
What do is I place myself not directly in front of it, but in front of my window to get as much natural light as possible and I place the ring light a little bit tilted to the side (kinda like a backup light), that way I get all the benefits of the natural light and a boost from the ring light without interfering with the colors on my look.
You're gonna have to play with the positioning of the light so you find that sweet spot that will allow to take the best pictures possible. So, it takes trial and error. If you look at the pictures above, the first one was taken directly in front of the light and the other two were taken with the light tilted a little to my right.
It comes in a big bag that allows me to take it with me when I do clients. I strongly suggest you get one of these if you work as a freelancer, as more often than not, the lighting conditions are not ideal. And people get very impressed when they see you coming with you light and tripod, they feel like a star for a day. ;)
So, all and all, I really like this light. It is my first one, so I can't compare with any other one. But this gets the job done and you can't beat the price.

FINALLY, a portable LED light that can cut it on any production at a price you can afford.
Truly an amazing light. This unit was designed to be used as a beauty light for modeling and makeup photography, However, i find it extremely useful in commercial production work regardless of the subject your shooting. it has an amazing lumin output with a very high Daylight CRI. They have a much higher distance throw then your average LED production light.
They are extremely light weight and portable for
on location shooting with the separately purchased battery pack that will last for hours when running at half output.
You will not be disappointed in the performance of this light and its price point.
