Proof of concept…Great for beginners. Price point is reasonable. Comes with what you need to get started, but you need more than gloves and goggles when playing with molten metal. Still figuring it out, but melted aluminum, copper and brass so far without any issues. You will probably want dedicated crucibles for each metal. Have fun, be safe.

Great Smelting Furnace - Quality Equipment
Not a single issue when I constructed the furnace and got to work. Melted the copper I was using within 20 min. The double burner set up is amazing. This is a top tier product.

Great starter kit that melts metal!
Great first time smelting kit, came with everything you need to basically get started.
Went with this one because the tongs seemed better suited to the task at hand. Will say that these do everything you need while giving you lots of room to safely maneuver your crucible.
Assembly took just a few minutes. You'll want to get the bigger molds if you are going to fill up the crucible unless you are only melting down a few small things. The mold will do about a 7oz bar(weight) of aluminum. Crucible will hold just about 200 cans for a full pour.
Durability of the crucible is to be seen though. During the melt today (first use) there is noticeable graphite coming off the top. Not sure if this is normal or not, but crucible is still functional. Will have to see after another batch if it gets any worse.
You'll want to treat the kaowool with rigidizer and satanite. Best not to tempt fate with kaowool fibers getting breathed in. Only reason I didn't start smelting as soon as I got it.
Not a star reduction, but you are warned: gloves are only OK and they do the job well enough if you don't have anything else. Invest in a good quality pair of welding gloves that are better insulated and fit your hands (big hands). Hands got way too hot through the glove just pushing in a few cans with the graphite rod during the test. Switched to my welding gloves and the issue went away.
For a good first experience: get a long handled spoon with holes in it and a throwaway baking sheet or for dross. Get a good sized metal bucket for quenching ingots. A long graphite rod is also a great tool for pushing cans into the molten puddle. Get a few fire bricks to put crucible and molds on (you'll blow your concrete up if you put it on there!)

Great buy especially for the price. Id recommend!
Arrived in excellent shape. No broken refractory, crucible looks good, tongs went together no problem, bottom firebrick plate in-tact. Havent fired it up yet, gonna seal the kaowool with satanite, but the wool itself is in excellent shape. Stainless is prob about 1.6-2mm thick so pretty decent, very rigid. Really surprised with the out-of-box quality for the price. Crucible has some imperfections on the outer edge, but thats seems negligible. Id say the room around the crucible to the interior walls is perfect for fitting the lifting tongs in and allows for the addition of rigidizer/refractory cement/mortar. Honestly a PERFECT overall size too. No complaints here yet! Reading some early reviews about some parts coming cracked, and burner issues - seems like the company has put attention to those and addressed them with better packaging and coarse burner adjustments. The ingot mold seems like it’ll do fine if you pre-heat it for the metal you are casting (although personally i dont plan on using it).

Possible regulator quality control issue but some of the best customer service
Original review with 3 stars after the return window was closed to return
Propane regulator broke pretty early on but good unit definitely would recommend I'm hoping maybe mine's just a one-off on the regulator durability but when it worked it worked good
UPDATE!
The seller reached out to me making first Contact to find out what they could do to fix my situation even though they were completely outside of any obligation to have to do any of it however they chose to go above and beyond and take pride in there company and stand by what they sell.

Gloves are NOT high heat resistant
The gloves they include are TRASH and a safety hazard. They caught fire as I was using them, fortunately I was able to quickly remove them. They should stop including them with the purchase of the crucible because they're going to have a big lawsuit on her hands one of these days because someone is going to get seriously injured.
Just use the crucible for the first time and it melted aluminum pretty quickly, son is stoked.

Great Product, but Questionable Crucible
I got this for my brother so he could melt the soda cans we have stored up, and after the first use, it worked great. It melted cans quick, and the design is easy to use for a beginner like him. However, the durability of the crucible is questionable. After the second use, and attempting to clean it of the residue, it began to crumble and is basically unusable. The quality of the overall product is great for the cost, but the crucible durability is disappointing.

Furnace
Everything feels good feel like it’ll last a good bit, I do know I ordered the 6kg one but you’d think the actual furnace would be bigger but it’s just big enough to hold the crusable and get the tongs in and out great product but for the price along with the pics they have it feels underwhelming from what you see

Bad Y tube splitter flow
The flow through one branch of the Y tubing is restricted and that burner does not flow enough gas to burn in the furnace, it burns about halfway down the mixing tube. This is confirmed by flow testing nozzles and Y tubes. The discoloration on the tube shows where combustion occurs. No gas burns in the furnace through that tube. The restriction is in the Y tubing, the nozzles and tubes are not the problem.

Use a good layer of refractory cement and make sure it dries.
Long as you put a nice coat of refractory cement or I used refractory mortar and let it set for 4 days. It held up nice and I smelted. 2 pounds of copper and a pound of aluminum with no issues. Just make sure your heat is right.

Good Product, Good Value, and Good Customer Service
This melting furnace worked for me to melt about 50 oz of silver into 5 bars. It took a little while and a few attempts to get used to the time and heat required to completely melt the silver and pour into nice looking ingots. I think the 3 kg crucible was the perfect size for me to melt silver into 10 troy oz bars. Actually it was enjoyable to melt all the scrap silver that I've been collecting for the last 30 years.
Seems like it took about 20 minutes to heat the 3 Kg crucible to bright orange and melt the silver into liquid form and pour the first bar. After the furnace was hot maybe it took about 10-15 minutes to complete the next melt. Pulling the red hot crucible out out the furnace and pour into the mold is a bit scary, but the the supplied tools were tough enough to do the job safely. The gloves were a little short and barely adequate to protect my arms from the heat. A long sleeved heavy shirt is certainly required. I would recommend a pair of leather welding gloves to protect your arms since working around the furnace is extremely hot.
The Nelyrhu service department responded very quickly and they really do stand behind their product. This kind of customer service is important to me.

Works fine nice size
I bought this to melt some copper for a table top. It's did great. If you have problems with The crucible cracking may I ask, did you preheat The crucible. With any crucible work you need to slowly bring the temperature up. Then add your metal allow that to come to temperature and boil off water and then crank up the heat.

Buy your own gloves
Got it 2 days ago n haven’t used it yet but I know these gloves not only aren’t going to protect me from the heat but are definitely NOT the ones in the picture. Done a lot of blacksmithing so I know when a crappy pair of glove is gonna get me burned. Do yourself a favor and buy good gloves

The thing works GREAT!
I've used it a handful of times and I love it. Got a couple ingot molds to go with and it's great. Sets up super easy, everything I needed besides aluminum and propane. I started with aluminum with the first melt and went nicely. Next was copper and then brass. Hard to pour the big crucible into the smaller molds but very easy to pour into larger molds. The two tongs are an absolute MUST! I couldn't imagine pouring without the side hold tongs. I'd absolutely recommend this kit to anyone wanting to start hobby casting stuff. I just collect random metals and tos them in a bulk box and now I've got something to do with it! Get a box of fire bricks and you're all set to melt.

It works
I bought this to melt aluminum cans. Assembly was easy. All the parts were in the box and they all work together well. They suggest you use the provided, heavy duty gloves when lighting the fire, but they're too thick to use with a fireplace starter, so I used my bare hand and ended up singeing the hair on my hand. Oh well. Subsequent re-lights were automatic because when I'd restart the gas flow, the crucible was so hot the fire re-lit immediately. The two sets of tongs to lift the crucible, and to hold the crucible while pouring work well. The crucible size is okay, but makes melting a large amount of cans, tedious. Initially, I can only put in four flattened cans... then 3... then two.. then one, as it fills up. So it's going to take me a long time to melt 3 years worth of cans (but that's my problem, not the furnace's). I've only done one melting session and I have to get better technique because there was a bunch of aluminum in the slag when I removed it. It comes with one small mold so I used an old muffin tin (sitting in a tray of water) and that worked fine. Overall, it works and I like it.
