Weird wavy issue
Half the time, the video quality is fantastic. Half the time, there's like this weird wavy thing going on - on the footage (photo included). I just bought this a few months back and I'm already looking to replace it. I have tried troubleshooting it in every way I could think of, checked reddit, the whole nine yards. I think it's just an issue with the webcam. Also, the microphone is inconsistent. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it won't pick up audio at all

I love the camera. It will glitch out a couple of times a month. But it has saved us with a wreck we were in. We were so happy to have the video.
The cord did break off and I have had to order a whole new wiring kit . That is frustrating.

Good budget webcam, know what you're getting
Image quality is solid in good lighting. 1080p at 30fps looks clean and sharp enough for Zoom calls and streaming. The wide field of view is nice too, picks up more of the room than most built-in laptop cameras. That said, low light is where it starts to struggle. if your room isn't well lit, the image gets noticeably grainy. Worth keeping a lamp nearby.
The privacy cover that clips over the lens is a small thing but I appreciated it. The 360 degree swivel makes it easy to dial in the angle on any monitor.
The built-in mic is just okay, fine as a backup but if you're streaming or doing anything where audio matters, grab a separate mic. The slight fisheye effect on the wide setting is also worth knowing about going in.
TLDR: For the price, there's not much competition. Comparable webcams from bigger brands run you significantly more for similar performance. If you need a reliable everyday webcam without spending a lot, this gets the job done.

I had to make a big adjustment to the camera body, to get a level picture on my monitor. Otherwise the camera works great.

good budget camera
Pretty good for the cost. Needed this ASAP and it was on sale during purchase and came in clutch.
Easy to setup, just adjust the panel to your computer and plug in the USB. It has a bunch of options on its downloadable software to adjust things like brightness/contrast/saturation etc. Has been good to me for the couple of weeks I’ve had it, comes with a camera cover as well which is a nice inclusion.

Easy set up and versatile base. Great little camera.
Great little camera. I use this in my home office daily. Set was quick and painless. The base is pretty versatile and makes it possible to put just about anywhere and adjust. The video quality is good. I like the hinged privacy cover for the camera and the indicator lights for when the camera or audio is on or off.

This camera is amazing! The video is very smooth in OBS. Compared to a camera I purchased at WalMart, (which I paid more for), this camera is far more superior. The Walmart camera was very choppy and it got returned. I plan on purchasing another one as I am using this to stream drum play on twitch using OBS. Currently this camera is mounted to a tripod on the ceiling for a top-down view of the drum kit. Highly recommend this product!

Its a camera but not great
It’s OK. My cell phone has way better video. The lighting isn’t that great it looks very grainy. Kind of reminds me of a cheap android phone from early 2000s. The other thing I don’t like is the presets don’t always go where you program them they could be off slightly and then, even when you hit the button to return to home, it’s still not exactly where you put it and then all your presets are messed up constantly. It’s not my amount believe me. I checked everything tighten this thing down. It’s the camera 100%. I know it’s used maybe somebody did something to it. I don’t know. I don’t care. I wouldn’t buy it again and I would not recommend it if you want something cheap I guess this is the way to go but cheaper is not better than I learned that. Maybe it’s just this one I don’t know. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. It’s possible so if you want to try it, go ahead, but I’m gonna look for another camera. I might still keep this one for back up but then again I don’t know I could probably use a WebCam From back in the AOL days and get a better picture. I might return it.
Two of my monitors, you can’t even see because I don’t know what’s wrong with the camera. I just can’t pick it up. I went in my settings and changed everything in my screen. I don’t wanna have to do that. Again, my cell phone picks it up perfectly fine. I took one with my phone. I’m sure you can figure out which one it is cause it’s so much crispy in colorful and the other are foggy and ugly and pixelated.
When I first got it, I could barely even get it to work. I actually almost packed it up and put it away to return it, but after Kong continuously trying to make it work for about 2 1/2 hours I finally got it to work and I did nothing it just randomly started to work now I don’t know why or what but I don’t know. I’m not a big camera guy. Maybe some of you can figure it out or do better but I just wanna plug it in and it be working. I don’t wanna have to finagle all over the place. Also, I didn’t know that it has to be USB 3.0 otherwise it will not work. So keep that in mind you need to have a USB 3.0 port otherwise it will not work.

Works great on Xbox x
Some cameras don’t zoom in on the Xbox. I plugged it into a pc then back in the Xbox and it was perfectly zoomed to my face the way I needed it to stream from my Xbox on twitch or whatever. I havnt used the mic so I have no clue how the audio gets picked up. I got a different cam for my girl but I should have just got this one again

The Product Description is Misleading, and the Camera Doesn't Support Windows Hello as Stated!
I bought the camera specifically because it was stated that it supports Windows Hello. I eagerly awaited the product, connected it, and set everything up, only to discover that the camera is not supported when trying to configure Windows Hello login. Additionally, I checked the camera manual, and it states that it is not supported! But in all the product descriptions, it clearly says it does support it! I definitely do not recommend buying this, especially since the camera and microphone quality are very mediocre !

Worth the price
The microphone works well, the face ID works well enough, and the microphones don't pick up too much unwanted audio.
Since this product came refurbished, I wasn't expecting it to be perfect and there was some very mild wear on the top of the microphone.
I think that this is a great price for the product, and I would recommend purchasing it as refurbished.

Video Quality Good, but Microphone is Terrible
Attached a video comparing the webcam's mic to my 2015 Macbook Pro's built-in microphone. As you can see, there's a lot of ambient noise that gets picked up from the webcam's mic so was a little disappointed given that they advertise "built-in noise reduction" as a feature.
If you're buying this, you're buying it just for the video. Contemplating returning it, but if I keep it I will probably use this in conjunction with my laptop's built-in mic.

Full HD plug and play - Excellent quality even in low light.
Take a look at my video to get an idea of the quality. Plug and play for 1080/30P on Windows and Mac. Even when there is low light, the image quality is excellent and not over-sharpened. Daytime video quality exceeded my expectations. The webcam is plug and play, but Nexigo has an application you can download to gain more control over it. The only downside is that I couldn't get it to work on Linux (particularly the latest version of Ubuntu and PopOS) and there is barrel distortion in the far corners. For the price, you just cannot go wrong purchasing this.

Beats the IMac webcam...
I have decided to create two videos that I spliced together. Video one shows the picture quality through my IMac computer and after 1 minute, you will see the picture quality of the Nexigo webcam. The Nexigo webcam is so much clearer. What is also nice about the Nexigo webcam is that you simply plug it in and it works! Also, there is a privacy cover that you can easily shut and open when you want. Last, it is incredibly adjustable making it easy to get it set up just right for your height. I have been using it for about 10 days now daily and have had no issues. I wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Awesome for zoom. Put in my living room, computer connected to big screen TV. The camera works well. Haven't actually tried mic with zoom yet. Used Windows 10 camera app.
Note: I had to disable on board camera for this to work with camera app.
